Where do I start? The experience I had with Sam of Rose and Rainbow was incredible. We booked her for a sunset shoot as well as our wedding day and we had the best experience. She is a master at her craft and has an eye and is ready to put in the work. She is so easy and fun to work with, down to earth and just a joy to be around.

We first chatted over a video call. Sam was very interested in knowing the venue, our style and our vibe. We liked her immediately. She was professional and forthright and was on the same page as us all the way. We decided pretty last minute that we wanted to get some additional couple shots at sunset the day before our wedding. We messaged her and she got back to us immediately. Thankfully she was available and loved the idea.

Upon meeting her we lead her around the venue showing her some spots we thought would be lovely. And she snapped right into it, capturing poses, smiles, laughs, action shots, profiles, weird goofy moments which all came out stunning. She took hundreds. And the laughs and smiles were so genuine. Something that could very easily be awkward (posing, dipping, kissing, embracing) in front of another person was effortless and fun. She sent over the previews the same night and I was and still am amazed. To look as beautiful as I felt in that moment is an incredible feeling.

She came back the next day for the wedding and it was like seeing an old friend. She met the family, the make-up and hair people and blended so wonderfully into a whirlwind day. She knew the best shots, the best lighting and the best poses to capture the dress, my makeup, the shoes, the cake, the flowers, our family, everything. She got candids of the guests and the groom and was literally my eyes for much of the day that I couldn’t see. She is professional, concise, approachable and communicative and will ensure you are made to feel beautiful and comfortable throughout.

I got the preview for the wedding the next day. Again, incredible. Weddings are special, but they go by quick, and after all the planning and preparing you don’t always get to take in everything in the moment. Looking back at these photos (and these are just the previews) is a magical experience. I haven’t gotten back my full photo album of the day but I truly can’t wait. I can’t wait to relive the day, to admire the details, to feel the feelings and excitement of that day all over again. And Sam made this happen.

So Rose and Rainbow is fantastic, a professional, an artist who will take the time to capture the joy and feeling and beauty of your special day. 10/10 would recommend.

Sam is a wonderful bubbly lady who went above and beyond for us despite having lots of setbacks! She handled the day with grace and with immense pride in her work! You can really tell how passionate Sam is to make sure she gets the best photos! I would wholeheartedly recommend Sam to anyone and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to do our wedding. Sam made all of our guests feel comfortable and made me feel so special. Sam has great ideas and knowledge behind her photos and is so creative with different shot ideas!

It is very difficult to put into words just how fabulous Sam is as a photographer and as a person. She instantly put us at ease with her careful planning and pre-wedding call. She is the perfect balance of friendly and professional. Our guests loved her and it’s so clear that this is more than just a job to Sam. It was just like having another guest at our wedding. We cannot praise Sam highly enough she is a fabulous wedding photographer. Our photos were absolutely gorgeous, she has a unique style which must be seen to be appreciated catching all your precious memories in a very natural way. She is also a great person, and a lovely person to have on your wedding day. She has a lovely calm and reassuring presence and she is very unobtrusive, most of her work is catching natural moments throughout the day and you dont even know she is there. She has a classy and I would say timeless style, cannot recommend Sam hightly enough.

I was drawn to Sam initially from her candid style of photography that really captured the heart of the wedding. She was warm and cheerful from the get-go. She was very organised and easy to work with beforehand, and happy to accommodate our long list of organised group photos. On the day she took some stunning photos, and had multiple lists printed and ready to read from. My husband and I aren’t the most comfortable in front of cameras, but she really put us at ease and we’re so happy with the previews that we’re already leaving a good review!

Sam was amazing, she knew how to put me my partner and all our guests at ease. She has an amazing skill of making it feel natural easy & fun but also making sure to secure all the shots you’d asked for as well as ones you didn’t know you needed! She worked so hard for us to capture our special day. Highly recommend !

We had the absolute pleasure of Sam photographing our wedding on Saturday 4th October. I don't think I can put into words how kind, caring and incredible she is. She made everyone feel at ease, everything felt natural and the shots we have received in our sneak peak pack are absolutely gorgeous.

From the moment Sam arrived at the venue, she took so much care and attention to capture all of the important moments with absolute professionalism. Her planning was meticulous - she really worked some magic with how and when to get the most beautiful images for us.

I booked Sam after seeing a friend’s gorgeous photos of their wedding and we weren’t disappointed.

Sam went through everything with us in advance of the day so we knew exactly what to expect, and made us feel at ease right from the start.

The day went exactly to plan and Sam’s style of shooting is so natural rather than posed. She made eveyone feel at ease and we had so much fun shooting our couples shots. I hope she enjoyed it as much as we did.
