Where do I start? The experience I had with Sam of Rose and Rainbow was incredible. We booked her for a sunset shoot as well as our wedding day and we had the best experience. She is a master at her craft and has an eye and is ready to put in the work. She is so easy and fun to work with, down to earth and just a joy to be around.

We first chatted over a video call. Sam was very interested in knowing the venue, our style and our vibe. We liked her immediately. She was professional and forthright and was on the same page as us all the way. We decided pretty last minute that we wanted to get some additional couple shots at sunset the day before our wedding. We messaged her and she got back to us immediately. Thankfully she was available and loved the idea.

Upon meeting her we lead her around the venue showing her some spots we thought would be lovely. And she snapped right into it, capturing poses, smiles, laughs, action shots, profiles, weird goofy moments which all came out stunning. She took hundreds. And the laughs and smiles were so genuine. Something that could very easily be awkward (posing, dipping, kissing, embracing) in front of another person was effortless and fun. She sent over the previews the same night and I was and still am amazed. To look as beautiful as I felt in that moment is an incredible feeling.

She came back the next day for the wedding and it was like seeing an old friend. She met the family, the make-up and hair people and blended so wonderfully into a whirlwind day. She knew the best shots, the best lighting and the best poses to capture the dress, my makeup, the shoes, the cake, the flowers, our family, everything. She got candids of the guests and the groom and was literally my eyes for much of the day that I couldn’t see. She is professional, concise, approachable and communicative and will ensure you are made to feel beautiful and comfortable throughout.

I got the preview for the wedding the next day. Again, incredible. Weddings are special, but they go by quick, and after all the planning and preparing you don’t always get to take in everything in the moment. Looking back at these photos (and these are just the previews) is a magical experience. I haven’t gotten back my full photo album of the day but I truly can’t wait. I can’t wait to relive the day, to admire the details, to feel the feelings and excitement of that day all over again. And Sam made this happen.

So Rose and Rainbow is fantastic, a professional, an artist who will take the time to capture the joy and feeling and beauty of your special day. 10/10 would recommend.

We had the absolute pleasure of Sam photographing our wedding on Saturday 4th October. I don't think I can put into words how kind, caring and incredible she is. She made everyone feel at ease, everything felt natural and the shots we have received in our sneak peak pack are absolutely gorgeous.

Sam has done a couple family photo shoots for me and more recently my wedding. She is so relaxed and easy to be around. Her photos are always so stunning, but what I love most about our wedding photos in particular is how she managed to capture the characters of our guests and all the emotions of the day so beautifully.
