Gideon&Sidney is an award-winning wedding videography team based in southeast England.
Marcus and Jordan (Gideon&Sidney), met studying BA Film Studies at the University of Kent in September of 2016. After three years of studying and living together, they decided to put their newly learned visual storytelling knowledge to the test.
In early 2019, they formally began operating under the name of Gideon & Sidney (both Marcus & and Jordan's middle names). Since then, they have attended over 120 weddings spanning across the entirety of the UK, and in some cases abroad. This stands as a testament to their love for capturing stories and bringing them to light in the form of moving pictures.
Almost seven years on, they've received numerous awards and accolades from fellow peers and bodies of the UK's wedding/event industries. The team at Gideon&Sidney delicately weaves together the cherished moments of each couple's special day, creating timeless masterpieces that retain memories for a lifetime.

Robin and Cass's wedding
I was the celebrant recently for Robin and Cass's wedding, I worked with Jordan from Gideon and Sidney and he was fab. If your want Videographers at your wedding that are fun and approachable then look no further. We worked really well together and nothing was too much trouble, I'll definitely be recommending them to future couples I work with

The Dream Team!
When looking for suppliers, we wanted to find people not just who were excellent videographers, but also that we were looking forward to spending our wedding with, as such an integral part of the day. Marcus & Jordan were exactly that - it felt like being with really talented friends!
Marcus & Jordan are friendly, relaxed and created a calm but professional atmosphere from our first converation right through to the end of our wedding day. They were brilliant at working with other suppliers, were really flexible to make sure all elements of the day were shot and made all of our guests feel so comfortable, capturing the essence of the day in a really unobtrusive way. We're not 'naturals' in front of the camera and so felt a bit out of our depth, but we've had our highlights reel back and we're so thrilled that Marcus & Jordan have created something so beautiful because they made us feel so comfortable. Would highly recommend!

The dream team 🤩
Wow where do I even start? I’m lost for words as to how amazing Marcus & Hayden were! The whole process from the moment we booked them for our videography to the wedding day has been absolutely spot on. Cool, calm and collective is the way I would describe these guys. They have captured our day SO perfectly whilst keeping us at ease, letting the day flow naturally and taking the time to get the perfect moments that we wanted. I cannot thank you guys enough for all you have done for us, it was amazing to have you there and I would 10000000% reccommend you guys to any future couples. I can’t wait to see our full video!! Exceeded my expectations with the most beautiful videos
Thank you so much to Gideon & Sidney for giving us the wedding videos of our dreams. They were brilliant on the day, fitting in with the guests seamlessly, we didn't know they were there! We had the Dream Team package with our content creator Get Garcia'd and we really felt it was excellent value for money. They sent us an amazing reel 2 days after the wedding (which is still one of my favourite things to watch from our wedding), 3 more reels of the morning, a romantic one and then a party one, and the most beautiful wedding film I could have hoped for. Honestly exceeded my expectations as the edit was just perfect. We also paid a bit extra for the full speeches and ceremony which I'd totally recommend. Thank you guys for giving me the exact wedding videos I hoped for.

Truly wonderful pair
Marcus & Jordan were a dream to work with, they blended into the background to get the pure, authentic parts of the day. They were incredibly professional and produced the most beautiful reel that had me and many guests in tears. They were incredibly friendly and personable and made us both feel so comfortable in front of the cameras.
Together with Soph of Get Garcia’d they worked as an excellent unit. Making sure never to miss a moment capturing the whimsy and fun of the day in the most beautiful way possible.
I cannot recommend G&S enough!

We can't thank you enough!
Wow, thank you so much to Marcus and Jordan from Gideon & Sidney. We had the best day and both of them fitted in so seamlessly, they are so skilled at capturing the magic without interfering in the flow of the day at all. We had so much fun with them during the video shoot parts of the day too. The first video came through unbelievably fast after the big day and is absolutely stunning. I would recommend these guys to absolutely anyone. Thank you a million times over!

The most incredible videographers!
Jordan and Marcus are the most incredible pair! From initial contact to our wedding day they were absolutely fantastic.
On the wedding day they blended in to the day perfectly, it felt so natural.
We chose their platinum package and we are so happy with the results. The still images are so beautiful!

Couldn't be happier
Amazing pair of geniuses who are passionate about the results they produce. I had the pleasure of hiring Gideon&Sidney for my wedding. We talked a few times prior to the date to get a good idea of what we wanted etc. they're both incredibly friendly and professional. Sent a proof version of the video to make sure we were happy before finalising. Amazing quality of film and really tastefully shot. Super happy, would and have recommend them to anybody and everybody. They were also able to send me another video when I'd lost the original which considering it was almost a year later, I was blown away by. Really can't say enough good things about them. Thank you for capturing our special day so beautifully!
