Our experience with Serenity Rose was absolutely amazing—they captured every special moment of our wedding beautifully and gave us memories we’ll treasure forever. The value for money was outstanding, especially considering the quality and creativity of their work. They were flexible and able to meet our budget needs without ever compromising on excellence. On top of that, their professionalism and positive attitude made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable, and we felt completely comfortable in front of the camera. We couldn’t recommend Jess highly enough to other couples!

John makes you feel at ease, not just as as bride and groom but guests to. He always wants to make the shots perfect for you, from how you are holding bouquets to the placement wedding dress train. He is so professional and always makes sure he does his research into the venue to ensure you get the best pictures in the best locations and covers all areas just incase the weather turns. Honestly an amazing chap and photographer and I would recommend him 100%.

Highly recommend Marcus! We had the hybrid package - so videography plus as many photos as he is able to take. The videos are absolutely magical and make me cry every time I watch as they are so beautiful. And his photos are equally beautiful! We will treasure his work for the rest of our lives. He’s also just an all round great person; punctual, funny, makes everyone feel relaxed around the camera and just blends into part of your big day. So happy we used him for our wedding.

We had seen Melanie’s work through the reviews on this app and checked out her website before reaching out to make an enquiry. What drew us to her work was how she captured all the small details and made the most of the surroundings and backdrops at the venues. We had a fun Get to Know you shoot before the wedding which I think is a great idea to break the ice. On our wedding day at the start of Jan 2026, Melanie captured all the special moments we had asked for and more. She was brilliant at ensuring none of the ideas we had discussed got missed. We got our first look photos the next day and the full suite of photos arrived a few days after that. We were so pleased with the results and have had many compliments from friends and family about Melanie’s work. We would not hesitate to recommend Melanie to anyone. Thank you so much for helping us capture such amazing memories, you are so talented.

I met Shannon at Chelmsford Racecourse for the 'Wedding Fair' and from the beginning Shannon stood out against all other photographers. Her work had so much beauty and felt so natural and that was exactly what we were looking for. When speaking to Shannon she was polite, friendly and what I loved the most was that she was not pushy, like other vendors and she let her work sell herself!! Our first consultation with Shannon after securing our date was so helpful, she gave us so many ideas and her online planning portal was so clear. Any concerns we had or questions Shannon was more than helpful to answer or put our concerns to rest. My husband had not met Shannon at the wedding fair but agreed on meeting Shannon that it was 100% the right choice for us and her work was exquisite and for such a very reasonable price. Shannon had never undertaken a wedding at our venue Gaynes Park before, but was more than happy to book a visit with us (at no extra cost!!) to the venue to get an idea of the layout, the scenery and to get a feel for what we wanted for our day. When Shannon asked us what was most important for us to be captured on our wedding day , we expressed that seeing each other getting ready for our wedding ceremony and as many pictures of our dogs at our wedding and with our wedding guests. Shannon did exactly that and more! When we received our sneak peak shot approximately a week after our wedding, the images brought tears to our eyes and we are so grateful that captured these innate moments of us getting ready for our ceremony with the bridal and groom party. They were so beautiful! The images of our dogs at the wedding are so heartfelt and every image they were smiling in them. Our boys absolutely loved working with Shannon. Although, unlike our boys my husband and me are not fans of being centre of attention and taking photos. Shannon made sure we felt comfortable with our photos and represented our fun and silly relationship and is represented in Shannon's work. Throughout our wedding day the photoshoot did not fell forced or fake, Shannon made sure my husband and me had time by ourselves to be ourselves whilst having our photos taken, which we appreciated greatly. When doing our group photos, Shannon was very clear and directive with our guests, to make sure the process was quick but also precise. Even 48 hours prior to our wedding day, our venue made a vital change to our confetti shot and changes were made to the photo timeline. This caused us a lot of stress and anxiety. However, Shannon took that stress on board and she worked with our venue and other suppliers/vendors that day to make sure we still got our confetti shot. Nothing is ever too much for Shannon. She is professional in her work, but also what was important is that she was happy to have a laugh with us and not make us feel like another client. Shannon is incredibly talented. We cannot thank you enough Shannon for capturing our day and our sneak peak have been out of this world. We are so excited to see the rest of our photos. Every time we look over our photos so far, we are able to relive the feelings and remember that day so vividly!

Danielle is incredible. I found her during my research phase and fell in love with her photography style - it was the only one where I could feel the emotions as if I was in the room with the people from the pictures. Danielle is highly organised and I never had any additional questions, she just naturally answered all of them and helped us ask the right ones. We appreciated the check-ins down the line. Initially we only budgeted for a half day but around two weeks before the big day, we decided to go with a full day instead. Danielle kindly adjusted her schedule and was happy to stay with us for longer. The wedding day itself, she was flawless. We had a group of guests who kept interjecting the “official” pictures part, as they also wanted pictures with the newly married couple but weren’t officially on the shot list. Danielle was super flexible and accounted for them all. We received our previews in record time - 95 stunning pictures in 24 hours. We cannot wait to see the full gallery! Thank you again, Danielle. You are incredible.

Where do I start? I’m not sure there are enough words to adequately express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude and to describe our feelings, emotions and thoughts after all that you did for our family on Monday. Jack and Leah continually told us, very excitedly, that they’d found a photographer who they felt would be ideal for their wedding day. They did so much research and were extremely thorough, knowing exactly what they were looking for. They explained that they’d found someone who would be fun and who they felt they could trust. One that they knew would be professional but equally relaxed and confident. One who they felt would capture their day perfectly in modern, contemporary and traditional photographs. One who knew the beautiful, stylish, award winning Crondon Park, so would know where to get the best photos. And one they felt they could talk too and most importantly would listen. They weren’t wrong! Jason, you were absolutely incredible. You are far more than a photographer. You are a kind, warm and caring man. One who truly cares about the people you are working with. It was so apparent that it really mattered to you what the end result would be and you worked your magic with everyone. You are very emotionally intelligent, having worked out very quickly the individual characters and their relationships, if any. You were able to put people at ease and get the best from them in a gentle, fun yet respectful and unique manner. Not only a photographer, the effort, dedication and time in which you helped organise the day was remarkable and so much more than any of us could have ever hoped, imagined or expected. And in that heat. Not once did you moan, shy away from the constant requests from us all or your responsibilities doing what is a very very special and important role. You are amusing, sharp and intelligent, all wrapped up in such a kind, thoughtful and caring man. To have had a photographer that put so much effort, energy and enthusiasm into Jack and Leah’s day was outstanding. You acted as a master of ceremonies, which was so helpful and we honestly appreciate you getting us all organised! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything. We all enjoyed having you there with us and talked animatedly about you the following morning. Every single person was full of praise, full of their little stories about their experience with you and that they’d been shown some truly beautiful and amazing photographs through your lens! They even loved having selfies with you. And taking photos with your £10k camera was a lot of fun if not a little stressful! I hope they came out well?!! I was relieved to hand it back! We all look forward to seeing the results of all your hard work and dedication which I’m sure will help us relive what was a magical day making memories to last a lifetime.
