Yes, i'm based in Billericay, Essex and travel UK-wide. From local venues to far-flung celebrations, I'm always happy to travel for good people and great parties
What is the charge for travelling?
Travel is included across most of the UK. For longer distances or overnight stays, any extra costs will always be discussed clearly in advance — no surprises

Blended into the day perfectly!
I apologise for not writing a review sooner! Derek was absolutely amazing on our wedding day on the 8th of August! From our initial consultation all the way up to the day itself he was nothing short of professional! On the day he was patient and caring and was great at giving directions for the few staged shots we had. We were looking for someone who was more casual with the photos so real emotions/reaction were captured and he delivered that 100%. He was great fun to be around as well and blended into the day perfectly! Thank you for being a part of our day and I can’t recommend you enough.

Amazing photographer!!
Derek is so professional, responsive, flexible and easy to communicate with. We only wanted a few posed shots and the rest natural moments being captured and he absolutely delivered. My family don't like posing for photos but he captured so many genuine moments of us all just having fun.
He wasn't intrusive on the day, he just blended in. We were only away from our guests for a short time for couples photos which was great as we wanted to enjoy every minute with our guests. He was so relaxed and friendly people thought we must already know him. But he's just a genuinely lovely bloke and made us feel at ease. I would 100% recommend to anyone, especially if you want a mix of documentary style photos and posed shots as you can have any combination of the two you want.

Amazing guy & amazing photography
Derek was amazing from start to finish, we had a zoom call & discussed our wedding which was a twilight.. Derek had the perfect package for us.
Derek was so calm, a great bloke & all our family & friends commented on how lovely he is!

The Real Emotion of the Day
We met Derek after he did an engagement shoot for us. We liked his natural style so much we booked him for our wedding and to photo us christening our daughter a year later. You don't even realize he's taking your photo, all images are taken with the real emotion of the day. We've had many comments from guests on how fantastic he is, Derek made our day so relaxed. Absolute fantastic photographer and man, could not ask for any more. Although I now need more excuses to need a photographer.

Derek is brilliant! Derek recently done the photography for our wedding day in October & we have just received our wedding gallery & just wow!!

He made me feel so relaxed like I’ve known him for years
We got Derek at short notice for our wedding. We only booked for 2 hours. He came early and started taking photos straight away. Our ceremony was running late and I was so anxious and he made me feel so relaxed like I’ve known him for years. He captured every special moment and all the photos was amazing. I would definitely recommend him to everyone and will definitely book him again for other special occasions.
