Jack and Robbie were amazing the whole day. They made me, my guests and my husband! feel super comfortable and were so discreet too.
They made sure we got all the shots which were requested as well as many more that we didnt think of before the wedding.
They were punctual, reliable and very easy going. Would definitely recommend.

Have had a few sneak peeks back at the moment and the photos look amazing. I also had a video for the day and have already got both videos back and it was honestly such a beautiful video and captured so many great memories. I cant thank you all enough!!

We booked and paid upfront in 2024 for our wedding in April 2026.

Unfortunately, communication was quite difficult throughout the process. In the lead-up to the wedding, responses were often slow and there were issues with emails not coming through, which caused some delays. After chasing, we managed to arrange a call around two weeks before the wedding to go through everything. We came away from the call feeling reassured and positive, although I hadn’t realised until then that Jack wouldn’t actually be there on the wedding day himself.

On the day, however, the team were absolutely amazing. We had two lovely women, Georgie and, I believe, Georgia — one operating the drone for a few hours and the other filming throughout the day. Both were brilliant. They were friendly, professional and so discreet that most of the time we didn’t even realise they were there. I honestly couldn’t recommend the two of them enough, and everything on the day itself went perfectly.

Unfortunately, communication became difficult again after the wedding. We didn’t receive any content until mid-June, when we received the draft of our full wedding video. At that point, we still hadn’t received any of the shorter videos/content from the day, which was disappointing. We were very grateful that we had also booked a separate content creator, as it meant we had some footage to look back on while we waited.

I responded to the draft with some corrections and changes I would have liked made. I also asked whether I could send over a short video taken by a friend after the videographer had left, as it captured a moment that was really important to me and I hoped it could be included in the final edit.

After two weeks without a response, I chased, but unfortunately still didn’t hear anything. After several further attempts to get in touch, we eventually received the final wedding video along with all of the shorter videos. However, there was no response explaining which of my requested changes had been made, and I never received an answer regarding the additional clip I had really hoped could be included. That was probably the most disappointing part for me.

Overall, the footage itself is good, and the two women who filmed our wedding were genuinely fantastic. They helped make the day feel relaxed and captured it without ever feeling intrusive.

For us, the biggest downside was the communication and turnaround both before and after the wedding. When you’ve booked so far in advance and are waiting for something as sentimental as your wedding video, regular updates and a more personal level of communication would have made such a difference. Sadly, that part of the experience took away some of the excitement and specialness of receiving our wedding films.

Overall great experience, the captured our wedding day perfectly. The final video was amazing, we are so happy with it!

The quality of the highlights video and main video is superb, the use of the different angles from both videographers really helped capture the moments perfectly, so many of the shots captured we didn't even notice we were being filmed which helped make it all really natural. Highly recommended

Extremely professional, replied in a timely manner and nothing was too much trouble! You wouldn't even know they were there on the day! I would highly recommend!

Firstly a huge thank you , two lovely ladies attended our day , we wanted our day slightly different to the norm, I was made to feel very relaxed and the experience of walking into the Marquee at home to greet my intended , was absolutely better than expected, every smile every tear and all expressions captured both on Photographs and Video . We wanted to create our own day , and past middle age , we wanted everything captured by the best , so we did not compromise on this. The ceremony was beautiful, every word captured of our ceremony as we requested . All our requests met and choice of music on the videos truly keeps our day and memories alive. We feel very blesses and emotional at our time of life because this means so much to our family and Adult Children. People are captured and this is so important to us to have our family and friends and all the memories for the future years. Thank you to Jack who is a star , and followed all what we wanted and made sure his lovely team did what we had requested . A self planned/organised wedding , created via us newlyweds including cooking the food ! a wonderful day that was captured , and even amazing pictures of the details on my Ivory wedding dress , I was encouraged to do a few twirls and the video looks like I am very royal ! Very professional and excellent service
I cannot begin to thank Jack and the team enough for the outstanding work they provided for our wedding video. The highlight video capture the day and emotions so well and the full video still gives me all the feels I had on the big day a few years on, we look back at our video more than we do our photos (we had different company for our photographer!)

On our wedding day Jack and the team blended in, were discrete and didn't get on the way of guests (which has happened with other videographers at weddings I've been to!) and remained professional at all times. The finish products have blown us away. The editing and musicality is outstanding and captures the days emotions beautifully. Our friends and family have both giggled and been in tears watching it which just shows how the emotions of the day come across so well in the video. We originally weren't thinking of having a video for our wedding, both for financial reasons and the fact we are a bit self conscious on camera but it was the best decision we made! For anyone on the fence about having their wedding video'd do it!
