Captured all the special moments of our day
We had seen Melanie’s work through the reviews on this app and checked out her website before reaching out to make an enquiry. What drew us to her work was how she captured all the small details and made the most of the surroundings and backdrops at the venues.
We had a fun Get to Know you shoot before the wedding which I think is a great idea to break the ice.
On our wedding day at the start of Jan 2026, Melanie captured all the special moments we had asked for and more. She was brilliant at ensuring none of the ideas we had discussed got missed.
We got our first look photos the next day and the full suite of photos arrived a few days after that.
We were so pleased with the results and have had many compliments from friends and family about Melanie’s work.
We would not hesitate to recommend Melanie to anyone.

Amazing Photographer
We met Melanie for our get to know you shoot earlier in the year and she spent the time getting to know us, how we like to be photographed and the smaller details too which she remembered on the big day.
Melanie turned up on time and took 1000’s of photos throughout the day. She was happy to adjust the schedule when needed and capture as many group shots as we wanted. She called us outside during dinner because there was a beautiful sunset and she even pinned my hair down with her hair clips because of the wind!
Melanie was extremely professional, and she blended into the crowd seamlessly - we didn’t even notice her moving around during the ceremony!
She stayed until after the first dance to capture lots of photos of our evening guests, and she sent over our first look photos that night!
Couldn’t have asked for a better photographer.

Our magical Christmas wedding
These are just a small handful of photos from our wedding day, there are just simply too many amazing photos to share and we cherish them all. Melanie our photographer was a lovely lady, very friendly and easy to work with making our day even more special. Melanie is very thoughtful with her photography, with attention to detail, captures all the little details, mindful of what you like and want, and more importantly really captures the love and bonds with friends and family on the day, just perfect! I would recommend Melanie, and the price you pay for the experience and photos is worth every penny and I would say more. :)

Great Photographer!
We used Melanie as our wedding photographer this year and she was highly organised and helpful from the beginning. We had our GTKU session with her where she ran through what we wanted on the day and we came away with lots of great photos. On the day Melanie was professional, friendly and super helpful. As promised we received our first look photos within a few days and the remainder within the 3 week timeframe. We are so happy with our photos and the service we received from Melanie. Would highly recommend.

Incredible!
Melanie Jane was exceptional, from the 'get to know you' shoot to the day, Melanie is a professional, shown through her amazing photographs! First look pictures were with us within 2 days and we love them all. Melanie knows where and how to pose you and its never awkward, she is so relaxed and accommodating to your wishes and ran with the creative artistic shots we asked for! We have a variety photos and whatever we asked for, she made it work! I am so excited to receive the whole collection but I highly recommend!

Fantastic Photography
We had Melanie and Beth take our wedding photos at the end of June at Parklands Quendon Hall and they were just fabulous from start to finish. Melanie was great at putting us at ease in her helpful 'get to know you' session, had some great ideas and really listened to what we wanted.
On the day our best laid plans went slightly out the window with the crazy hot weather with the Bride (and main camera) temporarily overheating in the afternoon sun! But they stayed calm and were quick to juggle things about, so we ended up taking our main group photos after dinner, and in fact, it all worked out for the best as the photos were fantastic at dusk and really captured the fun and informal style we wanted, plus some amazing night time photography of just the two of us, which was on top of the more classic formal photos they took from the morning and of our ceremony. So it couldn't have been more perfect in the end.
In short, if you're looking for talented and friendly down to earth photographers who really take the time to understand whats important for your day, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend.

Amazing photographer! 🤩
Melanie was very professional but also very friendly. We first met at our Meet and Greet session which was at a place of our choice to discuss our options and take practice shots.
Both my new husband and I have never liked having our photos taken in the past but Melanie made the session fun which made us both so comfortable and we were very pleased with the pictures.
On the wedding day Melanie took all the photos we had requested and many more. She was very professional which helped with organising the guests but was also very friendly which put our guests at ease. Melanie went above and beyond making our day special and we are so pleased with over 600 pictures which we have received on a usb stick in a presentation box on our return from our Honeymoon.

Simply stunning 😍
Melanie was fantastic from start to finish, very professional, friendly, got people where they needed to be, and captured the most amazing photos, very quick turnaround too! I am not someone that likes having their photo taken or in fact looking at them, but honestly I cannot stop looking at the photos melanie took, memories and photos to last a lifetime made possible by melanie. Perfect day….
Melanie is so friendly and made us feel so relaxed during our shoots. We have only received our first look photos so far but even they are perfect. She has managed to capture all parts of the day and piece them all together to tell a story, we even managed to get her in the ball pit with the kids 🤭 thank you so much for everything and all your help during preparation x

Friendly, Responsive and Professional - Highly Recommend
I couldn't recommend Melanie enough - throughout the entire wedding process she was extremely friendly, responsive and professional. From the initial getting to know you session to receiving our photos everything felt very organised and straightforward. And most importantly we absolutely loved the photos Melanie took! We were also fortunate enough to have Melanie's assistant Nat help out on our wedding day, so thank you both!

WOW an amazing photographer couldn't have asked for anything more!
Mel was absolutely amazing. She made everyone feel comfortable by blending in but also by taking charge when important shots were needed. We were running on a tight schedule and Mel was put under pressure yet she remained calm and professional and got all the shots that were needed and so much more.
The Getting to Know You shoot was great as my partner hates having his photo taken but this let him get to know Mel and feel more comfortable on our big day because he already knew Mel.
We really couldn't thank Mel enough or have found a nicer or more professional photographer if we tried.
