John is a gentlemen and an amazing photographer. We couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone looking for someone to capture those special moments.

He was our photographer for both our English wedding and Chinese banquet, and we’re so glad we didn’t go with anyone else. He made us feel relaxed, was very flexible, and honestly helped make our day one that we’ll never forget.

Photos had a quick turn around and were absolutely stunning. He really captured every moment and emotion of our day. All our guests have commented with just how beautiful they are. He also included a slideshow which I now watch every night before bed to relive that day.

John makes you feel at ease, not just as as bride and groom but guests to. He always wants to make the shots perfect for you, from how you are holding bouquets to the placement wedding dress train. He is so professional and always makes sure he does his research into the venue to ensure you get the best pictures in the best locations and covers all areas just incase the weather turns.

John was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He was so friendly, yet professional and was fantastic at getting all of our guests together and organising them for group photos (as well as ensuring the train of my dress was perfectly fluffed at all times!). Everyone commented on what a lovely man he is and Callum and I felt so at ease having our pictures taken. John was able to balance the right amount of time for posed photos so that we didn’t feel overwhelmed either. He even got our 2 year old smiling and giggling too! His natural shots of all of the guests have been a steal highlight for us. The pictures are more wonderful than we expected and I can’t thank him enough!

John from Pure Image Photography is wonderful! We had such a great introductory call with him where he explained the process clearly, answered any questions, and just had a lovely chat about what to expect.

In the lead up, he was helpful and prompt in responding, and then when it came to the day, we just felt at ease knowing that we already loved the quality of his work. He was a lovely presence to have at the wedding, and his shots felt natural and fun.

John was very professional but friendly so so everyone felt an ease. Half of the time we were unaware that special moments were being caught on camera. John captured our day beautifully from getting ready in the morning to everyone having fun on the dance floor.

We loved the slideshow that John provided using a selection of the photos, it will be a great keepsake from our day that we will treasure.

Another point of note is John asked us back outside to have some twilight photos taken later in the day which was a really nice touch.

We booked John through Hitched after recommendations from others. We were put at ease from day 1. We had an engagement shoot in the months before the wedding which was a great touch and a good opportunity to get to know John and how he works. While we had some planned portraits, John was fantastic at blending in with the crowd and capturing those natural shots. He was super helpful on the day engaged with everyone which was great.

We also hired Johns Photo Booth and props which everyone absolutely loved!

What an incredible photographer. From start to finish John has been so kind, mindful, and like speaking with a friend. Me and my partner are definitely not comfortable infront of a camera but John put us totally at ease. He's great with communication. John's style of photography is relaxed and captures memories so beautifully and naturally. We were totally blown away and over the moon by the photos we received. He captured every moment and photo we wanted. I am an ambulatory wheelchair user and he was very mindful with this and captured photos perfectly and adapted where needed. I really can't emphasize enough what a phenomenal photographer he is. And really a lovely lovely person. My friends and family have complimented how great he was. I will forever recommend him.
