My husband surprised me with the Singing Waiters Masters at our wedding at Notley Abbey this August. Myself, my husband and all of our guests were completely blown away by the amazing talent and quality of performance. They were not only incredible performers, but the atmosphere and fun they incorporated into our wedding breakfast was next level. Having all of our guests getting up singing and dancing before pudding was even served elevated the whole day.
The fact that there were "undercover" waiters serving us throughout the day - that I was completely unaware of was just hilarious - I even commented at one point how friendly one particular waiter was before he dramatically dropped a plate full of cutlery ...
We cannot thank the team enough for the incredible experience they gave to us and everyone who attended our wedding - memories we will never forget! Can't wait to get our wedding video back so we can experience it all over again.

We booked the singing waiter masters after being blown away at a previous wedding and wanted to give our guests a day to remember. I’m so glad we did it was absolutely incredible! Everyone couldn’t believe it after they had spent the day talking to them at the bar and at dinner. The set was absolutely amazing, a true west-end performance. EVERYONE was up dancing and singing along. They really make an effort to involve all the guests and provide pure entertainment. Gavin was so helpful in the lead up to the wedding making sure all details were tied up and we didn’t have to worry about anything! No wedding is complete without the singing waiter masters! 😁❤️ 10/10 recommend.

On the day of the wedding the team were absolutely fantastic! They performed brilliantly, the quality of their voices were amazing, they lifted the energy post the main course and I’d highly recommend them! We had so many compliments from all our guests who were blown away by their talent. Definitely book if you want to inject energy during your meal!

I saw Gavin and The Singing Waiter Masters (SWM) over two years ago at a friend’s wedding and I was so blown away that I had my then fiancé (now husband for clarification :)) run after Gavin for his card. We had an initial call not long after and Gavin was engaging and genuinely interested in our story. When it came to discussing our wedding in October 2025, Gavin continued to demonstrate his investment in our day and was an absolute joy to speak to and we built up great rapport.

The wedding day arrives, and I see Pēteris (sorry I kept calling you Pavel) and Mandy from Leeds joyfully serving guests, making conversation and raising a few eyebrows with some very very funny conversation. Only my husband and I were in on the secret, so we were allowed to improvise and react to them, which was so much fun.

When it came to the show, this was sensational and felt so personal to us. As soon as Gavin started singing, we had goosebumps and I felt tears because he truly has the most stunning voice and that coupled with being such a genuine person, brought an extra dimension to how special it felt because we could see how much he cares. Julie was an absolute sweetheart, and her voice also blew our minds. Their two voices complimented each other so well and when they sang Nessun Dorma, it got even more emotional as it was my late Aunt’s favorite song. The execution was stunning. The incredible singing, the comical timings and improvisation, was nothing less than phenomenal.

The guests have been speaking non-stop about them, and word has spread about how amazing the SWM are across the continents (US through Asia and Australia).

Gavin and team, thank you so much for making this the most amazing day. Your talent and genuine kindness have moved James and me. We wish we could do it all over again.! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. xx

We knew we wanted surprise waiter singers for our wedding day and after a bit of searching we came across Gavin and The Singing Waiter Masters, they had great reviews so we contacted Gavin for a quote. Gavin took the time to talk me through the performance, his passion and understanding of what works shone through and we knew they were the perfect fit for us.

Before the day itself Gavin went through all the details and asked questions about our guests so he could really get to know them.

On the day itself our ‘waiters’ were serving drinks and canapés and interacting with our guests. Even when undercover as waiters they were fantastic, Mandy from Leeds found us while having our pictures and saved us a load of canapés, she even put aside some champagne for me.

Then the time comes for the waiter to drop cutlery in front of us and that’s when the real magic happens, a live performance from west end performers. It was absolutely incredible, Gavin and Mandy from Leeds are absolute powerhouses, we didn’t want it end. The surprised faces of our guests was brilliant and half of our guests were in tears. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about it.

We cannot recommend The Singing Waiter Masters enough, 5 star service and 5 star performance.

25/09/25 - Had our wedding recently and it was THE most amazing day! A day that our guests will speak about for years to come due to The Singing Waiter Masters (one of our guests told us that!).
We found them at the Essex Wedding Show and took us all of 30 seconds to know we wanted them to perform at our wedding.
They take everything out of your hands (even though I’m a control freak and other brides may also be, just know you do not have to worry at all). Reliable and friendly.
A lot of our guests commented on how attentive they are as waiters and no one guessed a thing! They made conversation, cleared tables and served drinks like second nature - blended in enough to not be noticed but stood out enough that people remembered them.
Then there’s the singing - phenomenal performance, have no words to how good they were and worth every penny. So many guests ran to our top table after to say how much they enjoyed it. Gavin and Julie you were the loveliest people and best we could have asked for. Tears, laughter and dancing all the way. Would fully fully recommend. Thank you for the best day.

We got married at the stunning Chapel House Estate in Ramsgate, Kent on Friday 5th September 2025 and one of the most unforgettable, jaw-dropping moments of our day for EVERYONE at our Wedding was thanks to The Singing Waiter Masters. I literally cannot put into words how good these guys were but I’ll try my best 😭🎤

From the very beginning, Gavin was an absolute dream to work with. He planned everything with us down to the tiniest detail, and you could just feel how passionate he is about what he does. Gavin didn’t just plan it… he performed on the day under his character Pēteris, blending in flawlessly with the venue staff. The level him and his team went to was next level, they even liaised with the venue to ensure their outfits matched the actual staff uniforms and they worked all day and no one suspected a thing.🎭

And then… BOOM 💥 . The moment was executed perfectly and next thing they burst into a spine-tingling, tear-streaming, West End-calibre performance that had our guests on their feet, on their chairs, and partying like I have never seen before during a wedding breakfast! It was electric. Emotional. Unforgettable 😭💖

We had three powerhouse singers, and with 142 day guests, the reaction was unreal. People couldn’t stop talking about it and still haven’t! It was the highlight of the entire wedding for our guests and for us as bride and groom.👰🤵

This was hands down the BEST money we’ve ever spent, and we would do anything to go back in time and relive it all over again.

We knew we wanted Singing Waiters at our wedding day from the moment we started planning our wedding and The Singing Waiters Masters were recommended suppliers on our venues website, so after doing some searching and watching their videos - we knew straight away they were the ones we wanted. We had an initial call with them where they found out who the surprise was for and more about us as a couple and our plan for the day, told us more about what they do on the day and potential songs they sing! Followed up by another call closer to the day to go through how the surprise would happen and the set list! The performance on the day was incredible, it was a real highlight of the day for us and the guests and it is something we’ll be talking about for years! I highly recommend these guys and you won’t be disappointed!!

Wow!!! I'll start by saying you can't put a price on this incredibly unique and special experience. Everyone at my daughter's wedding were blown away by how amazing the singers were. My wife and I had experienced the Singing Waiter Masters (SWM) experience at an event several years ago and we decided we would book them for our daughter's wedding whenever that happened... which happened to be 3 years later. When our daughter announced her engagement, we contacted the SWM and Gavin called me and talked through the whole process. We felt in very safe hands from the start. The communication throughout the process was excellent - friendly, timely and efficient. None of our wedding guests had any clue something special was about to happen at the end of the main course. The waiter and waitress wore the catering company's uniform and served canapes and drinks after the ceremony so they blended in perfectly. At the end of the main meal, one of the waiters "tripped over" and spilt a load of spoons. Everyone went quiet while guests looked to see what had happened. He immediately got up and began to apologise for spoiling the wedding. He then picked up a radio mic and continued to apologise, at which point their first song started to play and he started singing. The singers were very experienced west end performers and their voices were astonishing! The performance will live long in the memory and it transformed an already special day into a spectacular day! Singing Waiter Masters were honestly phenomenal the best thing I’ve ever seen! I was lucky enough to experience them at my sister’s wedding and then again at my own, and they still completely blew me away with a whole new set. It truly felt like being in the West End watching a show. our meal was transformed into a party and a full celebration! The songs were exceptional, and the talent of all five singers was incredible. I can’t thank Gavin enough it was so lovely to see him again, and he made the day extra special. Having them there made our wedding unforgettable and was worth every single moment. If you want something unique and memorable, this is it! 🎶✨

Gavin and his team just smashed it!! They created the most amazing atmosphere at our son's wedding. We have booked them as a surprise for our son and his bride to be. They made the bride cry (happy cry!) with their last song, which wasn't our intention, but it confirms that they are just brilliant.

They arrive earlier in the day and pretend to be waiters and even serve drinks and food, which I thought was incredible that they were prepared to do that too. After their performance a lot of the guests commented how they were charming with the guests and made them laugh! Result all round and can't recommend Gavin and his team enough. The Singing Waiter Masters were simply sensational at Tirtha and David’s wedding (held in a marquee in Sussex). Only the parents of the bride and groom were in on the surprise (apart from the caterers!) and it was a wonderful performance. All the guests are still talking about it, with the bride and groom amazed and so happy with the song choices. Watching the videos in advance is great, experiencing the team live is magnificent.
