My husband surprised me with the Singing Waiters Masters at our wedding at Notley Abbey this August. Myself, my husband and all of our guests were completely blown away by the amazing talent and quality of performance. They were not only incredible performers, but the atmosphere and fun they incorporated into our wedding breakfast was next level. Having all of our guests getting up singing and dancing before pudding was even served elevated the whole day.
The fact that there were "undercover" waiters serving us throughout the day - that I was completely unaware of was just hilarious - I even commented at one point how friendly one particular waiter was before he dramatically dropped a plate full of cutlery ...
We cannot thank the team enough for the incredible experience they gave to us and everyone who attended our wedding - memories we will never forget! Can't wait to get our wedding video back so we can experience it all over again.

I was fortunate to have witnessed The Singing Waiters at another wedding and I knew, they had to join mine.
From the start of the process, Gavin was so passionate and fun and driven which in turn got me so excited to have them perform on our big day. In all the wedding planning chaos, talking to Gavin and planning this was a much needed respite.
I booked them as a surprise, I told nobody (apart from those who needed to know) and Gavin's team handled the rest.
On the day, they slipped in seamlessly to the days plans, completely undetected. As part of the plan, Gavin and Julie interacted with guests, served drinks, gave excellent service as waiters, to make the guests notice them.
Then it came to the big reveal during our wedding breakfast, this moment will stay with me as one of the happiest moments of my life. Watching the surprise, then joy and euphoria of our family and friends was everything. The skill of their singing is why you should book them alone, the power and beauty of their voices brought some guests to tears. It made your jaw drop and made you want to join in.
Afterwards having people come up to us and share their surprise and shock was so much fun. I will never get over it, it was amazing, 10000/10, no notes, flawless, incredible. If you're considering it, just book them.

Simply incredible and beyond what I ever imagined!

I got in contact with Gavin around 16 months before our wedding after seeing some clips online. I wasn’t totally sure, but a chat with him made me feel so enthusiastic and excited for what he could offer. I wanted to surprise my wife-to-be with something completely unexpected and something she wasn’t going to know about. And she certainly got that!

Roll on our wedding day in August 2025 and I waited in excitement for the big moment during the reception. Not a single person other than me knew about it, making it all the better. Before the performance, Gavin had worked the room, getting round to lots of guests, so they had some stories about this very enthusiastic waiter when they found out who he actually was! When Gavin started, the faces of everyone were such a picture. Shock, disbelief, confusion. I cannot tell you how amazing it was! From starting with “Your Song”, Gavin’s voice blew everyone away, before Cleo came on, performing the most beautiful rendition of Never Enough. The songs continued and had every guest up and dancing – Beauty and the Beast, That’s Amore and the unforgettable Abba medley, before a spine tingling version of Nessun Dorma.

I cannot tell you how amazing it all was. My bride was in tears throughout and one of her highlights of the wedding day was dancing on a chair to Dancing Queen. Every guest was blown away – we received more comments about this than anything else! Weeks and months after, people still bring up Gavin and Cleo, and they have created the fondest memories.

It also completely started the party, got everyone going and brought such a memorable lift to the day.
Gavin really was wonderful to deal with throughout, he brought the most amazing energy and fun and I could not be more delighted I booked him. He works with the venue to sort logistics and gave great recommendations for his setlist.

I would not hesitate to recommend him and the money really is worth every penny. Gavin, thank you for making our special day what it was – it couldn’t have been any more perfect.

The Singing Waiter Masters were an unforgettable surprise at our wedding and quite honestly one of the absolute highlights of the day. From our very first interaction, the team were fantastic, warm, personal, yet highly professional. They genuinely felt a cut above every other company we looked into.

In the lead-up to the wedding, the calls with the team were incredibly reassuring. They answered all of our questions and really put our minds at ease, especially when it came to logistics. Our venue was a little quirky, and with all of our guests staying on site we were apprehensive about how a sound check could possibly work without giving the surprise away. However, with their incredible team and sound engineer, they pulled it off flawlessly. The result was an exceptional surprise performance that our guests still talk about to this day.

They are incredibly knowledgeable about timing, song choice, and reading the room, while also thoughtfully weaving in meaningful songs. We were a little undecided about including Nessun Dorma as it’s not usually our style, but Tulay reassured us on the phone that it was a showstopper, and oh my goodness, was she right! It left guests in emotional tears, and we were completely shell-shocked by how outstanding it was.

The performance itself was phenomenal from start to finish. Jayson opened with Your Song, which holds a very special place in my heart, before Julie absolutely brought the house down with Defying Gravity. The energy was electric, it truly lit up the room. It felt like the most intimate West End show you could ever experience.

Thank you so much to each and every one of you for creating such an unforgettable, emotional, and magical moment on our special day. We will treasure it forever.

When I tell you the SWM’s have created the most precious core memories we have with our friends and family, I truly mean it. They were the first supplier we booked after our venue and we knew we wanted ‘One Day More’ from Les Mis performed at our wedding as it’s an incredibly special song to us. I searched high and low looking for a company that could offer that. Most singing waiters I came across were on the cheesy side which whilst great, were not the vibe we were wanting. When I found the SWMs and saw they were west end performers I knew they would be perfect! From the moment we booked, through to our big day, they were excellent to deal with. On the day, they had everyone fooled and played into their characters so well.
During the performances, there were tears, laughter and so much dancing & singing along from our guests. We cannot believe every single person who was able to got up and sang, danced and jumped around during From Now On, especially given probably at least half the people in the room would never have heard the song before, that proves how captivating and electric their performance was! They are memories we will cherish forever.
Our guests couldn’t stop talking about them after and since! They and we were so blown away and a few have said they wish they could get married again just to have them perform.

OMG! As this was our first visit to the UK, we found the wedding to be the most exciting event. When the singing Waiters began their show, the guests went wild! Everyone participated in the fun. They even started dancing with the guests, everyone was waving their napkins in the air, in addition to singing the most beautiful songs! This was an experience of a lifetime!

OMG – what an absolutely amazing performance Gavin and Lucy delivered as part of our wedding day! During the drinks reception, they blended in perfectly with the venue’s waiting team, serving drinks and canapés so naturally that nobody suspected a thing. Throughout the wedding breakfast they stayed completely in character… until boom! The big reveal!

I’d seen The Singing Waiter Masters at a wedding and as soon as I started planning my wedding they were my first booking. From my first phone call, I knew I’d made the right decision. Gavin was so professional and passionate about each performance, talking through how it works, the setlist, how each song flowed. It really put me at ease to ensure the surprise would be a success. They truly are the Masters, everything is perfectly organised, we never had to worry about a thing! All guests enjoyed the friendly waiters and were in shock as soon as they began to sing.
Honestly will never be able to put it into words how thankful we are. If I could bottle up the energy and emotion during the performance, I would keep it forever. It was truly magical!

Wow, what can I say? The Singing Waiters Masters were absolutely incredible and put on an outstanding performance. Our guests were completely shocked, and it truly kicked the party off in the best way possible. My husband and Gavin planned the entire surprise for me, and I had no idea!

We’d previously seen singing waiters at other weddings who used the classic “falling over” routine before bursting into song, so Gavin worked with my husband to create a completely fresh approach. The new delivery was brilliant - so unexpected and so entertaining.

We had tambourines as place names, and Gavin made sure the song choices tied in perfectly. The energy, the vocals, and the interaction were all fantastic. So many guests commented on how memorable and fun it was.

I booked the Singing Waiters to perform at my daughter's wedding earlier this month and they transformed the wedding from a great day into an absolutely brilliant one.
Their performance began with one of the "waiters" dropping a tray of cutlery causing all of the guests to look on in shock which soon became a look of joy as the waiter apologised and began to sing. Each of the songs from then on received a standing ovation. The Abba medley had the whole place rocking and the Nessun Dorma finale brought the house down.
Both of the singers were exceptional vocalists and had appeared in many of the biggest West End shows, but they were also the most charismatic and delightful entertainers. They moved effortlessly among the guests flirting and delighting everyone with their singing and their antics.
I had seen a similar act many years ago at a corporate event and in the run up to my daughter's wedding I checked out a few of the websites. I loved the clips on the Singing Waiters Master's site and after my first conversation with Tulay I was confident that I had made a good choice. Tulay took the time to find out about my daughter and fiance and about my expectations for the day. I quickly made the booking and over the next few weeks I had several conversations to finalise the set list and arrange the timings for the day. Tulay liaised with the venue to arrange many of the details and her communication with me was excellent.
The performance on the day really had the Wow factor and became such a special memory for all of the guests and especially the bride and groom. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We booked the singing waiter masters after being blown away at a previous wedding and wanted to give our guests a day to remember. I’m so glad we did it was absolutely incredible! Everyone couldn’t believe it after they had spent the day talking to them at the bar and at dinner. The set was absolutely amazing, a true west-end performance. EVERYONE was up dancing and singing along. They really make an effort to involve all the guests and provide pure entertainment. Gavin was so helpful in the lead up to the wedding making sure all details were tied up and we didn’t have to worry about anything! No wedding is complete without the singing waiter masters! 😁❤️ 10/10 recommend.

On the day of the wedding the team were absolutely fantastic! They performed brilliantly, the quality of their voices were amazing, they lifted the energy post the main course and I’d highly recommend them! We had so many compliments from all our guests who were blown away by their talent. Definitely book if you want to inject energy during your meal!

I saw Gavin and The Singing Waiter Masters (SWM) over two years ago at a friend’s wedding and I was so blown away that I had my then fiancé (now husband for clarification :)) run after Gavin for his card. We had an initial call not long after and Gavin was engaging and genuinely interested in our story. When it came to discussing our wedding in October 2025, Gavin continued to demonstrate his investment in our day and was an absolute joy to speak to and we built up great rapport.

The wedding day arrives, and I see Pēteris (sorry I kept calling you Pavel) and Mandy from Leeds joyfully serving guests, making conversation and raising a few eyebrows with some very very funny conversation. Only my husband and I were in on the secret, so we were allowed to improvise and react to them, which was so much fun.

When it came to the show, this was sensational and felt so personal to us. As soon as Gavin started singing, we had goosebumps and I felt tears because he truly has the most stunning voice and that coupled with being such a genuine person, brought an extra dimension to how special it felt because we could see how much he cares. Julie was an absolute sweetheart, and her voice also blew our minds. Their two voices complimented each other so well and when they sang Nessun Dorma, it got even more emotional as it was my late Aunt’s favorite song. The execution was stunning. The incredible singing, the comical timings and improvisation, was nothing less than phenomenal.

The guests have been speaking non-stop about them, and word has spread about how amazing the SWM are across the continents (US through Asia and Australia).

Gavin and team, thank you so much for making this the most amazing day. Your talent and genuine kindness have moved James and me. We wish we could do it all over again.! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. xx

We knew we wanted surprise waiter singers for our wedding day and after a bit of searching we came across Gavin and The Singing Waiter Masters, they had great reviews so we contacted Gavin for a quote. Gavin took the time to talk me through the performance, his passion and understanding of what works shone through and we knew they were the perfect fit for us.

Before the day itself Gavin went through all the details and asked questions about our guests so he could really get to know them.

On the day itself our ‘waiters’ were serving drinks and canapés and interacting with our guests. Even when undercover as waiters they were fantastic, Mandy from Leeds found us while having our pictures and saved us a load of canapés, she even put aside some champagne for me.

Then the time comes for the waiter to drop cutlery in front of us and that’s when the real magic happens, a live performance from west end performers. It was absolutely incredible, Gavin and Mandy from Leeds are absolute powerhouses, we didn’t want it end. The surprised faces of our guests was brilliant and half of our guests were in tears. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about it.
