I have taken some time to write this review for Gavin, Every time over the last month and half I have sat down and started but could not find the words to justify how amazing Gavin and his team truly are! We have been blown away with complete happiness to put it truthfully.

The way in which they blend into your wedding day as a waiter & waitress is a master class act alone. (Very funny to watch)

My wife and I wanted to plan something special as a thank you for all our guests, a surprise and we found Gavin!

From the first phone call which lasted about hour and half just chatting away and a bit of Gavin singing down the phone to me like an audition! Haha! Was class! Myself and Gavin built a close relationship over the last two years it was almost like I was going on a first blind date! I couldn’t wait!!

Asides form the act itself which was “masters class” I would like to say this also Gavin is a man you can trust his word is his bond, he assured me he would give us and our guest that something special on our wedding day to remember! He delivered, Infact he excelled on that delivery!

The most incredible voices everyone was blown away!

Each and every one of our guests have said to us how our wedding was and is the best wedding they have ever attended and that was down to the performance by The Singing Waiter Masters! It changes the whole day it really did! My wife & I are eternally grateful and thankful for you both being a part of our day!

If I could do it all again, I wouldn’t have changed a thing!

We booked the singing waiter masters following a corporate event that we attended and they were there. We were absolutely blown away. My husband and I managed to keep it a secret right up until the performance started and WOW - what a show it was. We were just as blown away on the day of our wedding as we were when we first saw them, and so were our guests. They are honestly jaw dropping. They are not just your average singing waiters, they put on a show and their voices are pure class. Not cheesy, classy, fun and exceptionally professional. Aside from the performance, the waiters on the day provided a 5* drinks service to our guests and did their very best to get the crowd going and entertained all day. I honestly would not recommend this company enough. Weeks down the line and still our guests are blown away by their performance and i am sure they will be talking about them for months and years on end!

I booked The Singing Waiter Masters as a surprise for my husband and all of the guests and they are just simply amazing at what they do. Myself and my (now) husband love going to see musicals at the theatre and this was a perfect way of including that in our wedding day.
Gavin really explained well how the day would work and gave me every confidence that he had everything under control to pull the surprise off and he really did!! It was amazing to see him in character on the day and watch the surprise unfold. He creates such a loveable, memorable character as a waiter and made all of my guests feel special throughout the day and also gave them a good laugh! Everyone was truly surprised when the surprise began!
The performance itself was just incredible! I was blown away by how amazing Gavin and Cleo were. The set they performed was perfect for us as a couple and the Mamma Mia medley got everybody up and dancing.
It was a truly magical and special part of the day. I know it’s a big part of what we will remember from our wedding day in years and years to come.

They were absolutely brilliant and had all of our guests astonished, laughing, swinging their napkins, and up for a standing ovation at the end. If you would like to completely blow away your guests, this is the way to do it. Their act from start to finish was impeccable and our guests were completely fooled, their faces were a picture! So much effort goes into the act itself and their "characters", which made such a great impact. Our guests have not stopped talking about them. My husband surprised me with the Singing Waiters Masters at our wedding at Notley Abbey this August. Myself, my husband and all of our guests were completely blown away by the amazing talent and quality of performance. They were not only incredible performers, but the atmosphere and fun they incorporated into our wedding breakfast was next level. Having all of our guests getting up singing and dancing before pudding was even served elevated the whole day.
The fact that there were "undercover" waiters serving us throughout the day - that I was completely unaware of was just hilarious - I even commented at one point how friendly one particular waiter was before he dramatically dropped a plate full of cutlery ...
We cannot thank the team enough for the incredible experience they gave to us and everyone who attended our wedding - memories we will never forget! Can't wait to get our wedding video back so we can experience it all over again.

So incredibly talented. The whole act, from waiting on the guests and getting to know them, to the final performance, was perfect. None of the guests had a clue about what was going on, which made the surprise even more magical. They had guests in tears of joy with their performance.

We first saw them at a tasting event and loved every second of it. They were even better on our wedding day. The song choices were brilliant and very thoughtfully selected to tell the story of our wedding. Gavin was fantastic from the point of booking, meticulously discussing each part of the act and answering all our questions.

The performance had everyone on their feet, singing and dancing. People are still talking about it to this day and looking to book them for future weddings. Guests mentioned that as a waiter, Gavin was incredibly kind and fun-natured. Highly recommend!

I booked The Singing Waiter Masters for our wedding day for a surprise for everyone, including the groom! From the very first interactions with Gavin, I knew they were incredible. The passion for what he does, his energy and enthusiasm was contagious, I was already excited for our day but he elevated it to the next level. On top, he put me at ease that he would work out with the venue and seamlessly integrate himself and the team into our wedding.

Fast forward to the day, I saw Gavin in his waiter uniform, serving drinks and canapés to our guests, he was now completely into his character, Pawel from Poland. He made every guest fall in love with him and his personality, so much so, that when he fell over as part of his act, all the surrounding guests jumped to help him, smashing their own glass in the process, I could see in my bridesmaids face she was genuinely mortified for him as he went down with such a loud bang.

And then the show began… there were so many shocked faces when he started singing. The skill and talent is insane and then Cleo joins in for the second song, equally as incredible. You aren’t just paying for Singing Waiters, you are paying for a western performance for each of your guests and for that, the value for money is incredible. They were entertaining, interactive and absolutely outstanding! They chose songs that everyone knew and could get involved with and ended with the most stunning operatic performance that had my grandad in tears.

They exceeded expectations and people will be talking about them for many months to come! I cannot recommend them enough, if you book them, you surely will NOT regret it! I cannot wait for the video and photos back!

After watching some of the real wedding video clips, we decided to enquire about booking these Singing waiters for our daughter’s wedding. We contacted Gavin and he sold us this by saying the Singing waiter masters were a quality act, and of course he would do.
We had our reservations but we were definitely not disappointed! The two singers were world class! They blended very well with the waiting staff and even when their “accident” happened, they were so convincing!
When Stuart burst into song, the whole room looked completely startled! His voice was amazing and at world class level. Second song Sabrina launched herself into the room, and once again, the guests were stunned! She matched Stuart’s world class level, and then they sang together! Wow! The room erupted into song and dance as one, whereas before they were just attending a wedding sat with strangers! The whole dynamics of the room changed! The sound quality was also spot on!
They interacted with the guests too!
They are NOT a Karaoke team, these are professionals! West end singers! Opera trained!
And then, just when everyone thought it couldn’t get any better, the finale! When I looked around the room through my emotional crying eyes, all I could see was napkins wiping eyes all around the room, male and female! It was so emotional!
My wife and I have both said the same thing, it was the best money we have ever spent! The rest of the evening we’ve had people tell us it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended!
We cannot praise Gavin and his team enough for making our daughters wedding such an amazing experience! I have even had people ask if I’m on commission because I haven’t stopped recommending them.

I booked this as a surprise for my husband and guests at our wedding on 23rd November 2023. It was the best decision I made! I did some research and The Singing Waiter Masters appeared to be the best and I was NOT. WRONG. They were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and I can’t recommend them enough. They spent the whole time before the wedding breakfast acting as waiters and waitresses so everyone thought they were the staff from the venue. We had a lovely venue with a harpist playing whilst we having the wedding breakfast. Just before desserts were served Gavin ‘fell’ in front of our top table making a loud crashing noise with the cutlery! There was silence in the room until I stood up and laughed out loud to which my husband looked at me in disgust and whispered that I shouldn’t laugh as he was embarrassed. Obviously the show started shortly after and the reason I say show is because that was exactly what it was! They both sang and interacted with the guests and everyone was up dancing. The songs were amazing and it was hilarious when they sang Beauty and the Beast, referring to me as the beauty and my husband as the beast! Everyone roared with laughter and the vibe in the room was amazing. Everyone of my guests told me that they were totally surprised and absolutely loved it. I would definitely recommend this for your wedding or even another occasion it is AMAZING. Additionally when I called Gavin to discuss the details it was a pleasure and I could tell how much effort he puts into their performance.

Gavin and his team are amazing!! Our wedding guests loved him even when he was pretending to be a waiter, but when he went into his surprise performance everyone was just blown away! He and Cleo put on the most fantastic show, got everyone up dancing and singing, and their talent took everyone's breath away. It was the best decision to hire the Singing Waiters Masters. Gavin and the team absolutely blew us away with their performance. We had a mixed crowd of British and American wedding guests and wanted something to spice up the wedding breakfast. This was 100% the right call and was a hit will guests of all nationalities and ages. We still have guests reaching out to us after the wedding to say this was a highlight and that they’ve never seen anything like it.

Leading up to the day, Gavin even managed to get us a lead talent from Wicked to do our favorite Defying Gravity. It absolutely crushed with our guests! They had our guests all up on their feet waving napkins and singing. A few guests were even in tears because they were so blown away by the talent. Our parents haven’t stopped raving about it. My face hurt from smiling and know this was an unforgettable part of our wedding. Will be forever grateful to them for this performance!

Their sound tech also went above and beyond to help us with our wedding entrance and some of our recording needs. Complete lifesaver! Just book them if you’re considering it. Talent was way beyond what we saw from competitor companies.
