My husband surprised me with the Singing Waiters Masters at our wedding at Notley Abbey this August. Myself, my husband and all of our guests were completely blown away by the amazing talent and quality of performance. They were not only incredible performers, but the atmosphere and fun they incorporated into our wedding breakfast was next level. Having all of our guests getting up singing and dancing before pudding was even served elevated the whole day.
The fact that there were "undercover" waiters serving us throughout the day - that I was completely unaware of was just hilarious - I even commented at one point how friendly one particular waiter was before he dramatically dropped a plate full of cutlery ...
We cannot thank the team enough for the incredible experience they gave to us and everyone who attended our wedding - memories we will never forget! Can't wait to get our wedding video back so we can experience it all over again.

From the first time we saw them we were blown away. I had personally not heard of this kind of entertainment before and took the time to ‘shop around’. Let me tell you, you wont find any better. I’m convinced they should be at the top of this industry and West End quality is what you will get. Their ability to blend in and then captivate your guests is second to none. Forget the singing, we’d have even hired Gavin just as a waiter!

From the moment Gavin and Julie revealed their incredible talent to the guests, the room was buzzing with excitement, and they instantly became the part of the day everyone remembers most. Weeks and months later, our guests are still talking about “those amazing singers at your wedding!”. We had the absolute pleasure of having singing waiters at our wedding, and they completely stole the show! The surprise element was fantastic, none of our guests knew what was coming. As the day progressed, the waiters seamlessly blended into the crowd, serving drinks and canapés , until suddenly during the wedding breakfast, they broke into song.

The highlight was an ABBA medley that had everyone on their feet, clapping, and singing along. The energy was infectious, and the performances were so well-executed. The singers had incredible voices, and their interactions with the guests were playful and engaging. It wasn’t just a performance, it was a full-on party starter!!

We were amazed at how they managed to create such a memorable, fun atmosphere while remaining professional. It was the perfect touch to make our wedding feel truly unique and filled with joy. The guests are still talking about it! If you're looking to add an element of surprise and high-energy fun to your event, we can't recommend these singing waiters enough. Gavin and the Singing Waiters were an absolute highlight at our wedding! They really are worth their weight in gold and I cannot recommend enough. They blended seamlessly with the staff, so when they burst into song, the surprise element was incredible. Our guests were completely stunned and quickly joined in the fun. The singers had amazing voices and lifted the energy in the room. They were so interactive and engaging with the guests and getting everyone involved in sing-alongs and dancing. Book them whilst you have the chance.... this literally was the best decision we have ever made, including getting married.

We have seen singing waiters in the past who were good and provided a talking point, but The Singing Waiter Masters are just on another level.

We weren't sure whether to go with this company, looking at budgets, it was slightly more, but then.... Gavin sells you the dream and they did not over promise and under deliver - his genuine passion and care shines through.

The team are with you for the whole day, set up their professional sound system and have a seperate sound engineer who secretly operates the sound for the show, the Waiters interact with the guests from the drinks reception throughout the meal (everyone thought they worked there), then after the main meal the magic happens... The videos on the website do not do them justice, in real life it's even more magical, 2 weeks on we still fall into the bubble of the performance. It genuinely brought a slice of the West End to our Wedding.

I think this sums it up the best, we got married on the pier in Bournemouth, it was a great day and the venue was fabulous, family/friends who have been to multiple, multiple weddings have all turned round to us and said...

'Genuinely this is the best Wedding I have ever been to'

I arranged the Singing Waiters Masters as a surprise for my daughter Amy and son in law Daniel’s wedding, and it was absolutely incredible!
From start to finish, Gavin and Julie’s performance was nothing short of amazing . The surprise was met with pure joy , and filled the whole venue with love and celebration. Their dedication , genuine warmth and passion throughout their entire performance both as friendly waiters to spectacular singers .

I cannot begin to put into words just how special it was to have The Singing Waiter Masters there on our wedding day. Myself and my husband arranged for them to perform as a complete surprise from everyone, and that moment is one we’ll cherish forever.
They performed such a variety of songs, and everyone just loved them. Gavin went above and beyond to make an impression with the guests from the minute the drinks reception kicked off, which made it even funnier when they all realised he’d been having them on the whole time!

My sister booked the Singing Waiter Masters as a surprise for my wedding and honestly it was the best surprise ever! Gavin and Sabrina were absolutely incredible, their performances were unbelievable and their voices amazing! They got the party started and got everyone up singing and dancing which was so much fun! From the first call we made to The Singing Waiter Masters to the last, Gavin and Tulay were so pleasant , helpful and professional. During the first call Gavin explained the complete package from dealing with the venue and how the singers would play their part in the build up to their performance, he filled us with confidence and was really enthusiastic about how much the guest would enjoy the performance. Tulay emailed several YouTube acts which had us hooked instantly.
After researching other acts it soon became obvious that The Singing Water Masters was a cut above the rest, their initial communication and enthusiasm was superb.
On the day of the wedding everything was just as Gavin explained it would be, the sound engineer arrived at the venue as planned and the sound system was in place before any guests had arrived, the singers were dressed in the same attire as the venue staff and were playing their part as the guests arrived, Gavin sneakingly introduced himself and made sure we were happy with the set up, he then continued serving drinks.
At the arranged time The Singing Waiter Masters broke their cover and the show began, the venue fell silent until the singing began, it was like being at a West End Show. For 30 minutes the guests were entertained by two amazing singers, the sound engineer controlled the sound and volume from a distance and the venue staff watched in awe. After the first song every guest was on their feet dancing and singing along, the Bridge and Groom loved the surprise and the show.
During the wedding reception and for several weeks after all the wedding guests said they had never seen a show as good as The Singing Waiter Masters, they are truly professional.

We booked the singing waiter masters following a corporate event that we attended and they were there. We were absolutely blown away. My husband and I managed to keep it a secret right up until the performance started and WOW - what a show it was. We were just as blown away on the day of our wedding as we were when we first saw them, and so were our guests. They are honestly jaw dropping. They are not just your average singing waiters, they put on a show and their voices are pure class. Not cheesy, classy, fun and exceptionally professional. Aside from the performance, the waiters on the day provided a 5* drinks service to our guests and did their very best to get the crowd going and entertained all day. I honestly would not recommend this company enough. Weeks down the line and still our guests are blown away by their performance and i am sure they will be talking about them for months and years on end!

I have taken some time to write this review for Gavin, Every time over the last month and half I have sat down and started but could not find the words to justify how amazing Gavin and his team truly are! We have been blown away with complete happiness to put it truthfully.

The way in which they blend into your wedding day as a waiter & waitress is a master class act alone. (Very funny to watch)

From the first phone call which lasted about hour and half just chatting away and a bit of Gavin singing down the phone to me like an audition! Haha! Was class! Myself and Gavin built a close relationship over the last two years it was almost like I was going on a first blind date! I couldn’t wait!!

Asides form the act itself which was “masters class” I would like to say this also Gavin is a man you can trust his word is his bond, he assured me he would give us and our guest that something special on our wedding day to remember! He delivered, Infact he excelled on that delivery!

I booked The Singing Waiter Masters as a surprise for my husband and all of the guests and they are just simply amazing at what they do. Myself and my (now) husband love going to see musicals at the theatre and this was a perfect way of including that in our wedding day.
Gavin really explained well how the day would work and gave me every confidence that he had everything under control to pull the surprise off and he really did!! It was amazing to see him in character on the day and watch the surprise unfold. He creates such a loveable, memorable character as a waiter and made all of my guests feel special throughout the day and also gave them a good laugh! Everyone was truly surprised when the surprise began!
The performance itself was just incredible! I was blown away by how amazing Gavin and Cleo were. The set they performed was perfect for us as a couple and the Mamma Mia medley got everybody up and dancing.
