Incredible talent, super responsive and goes out of their way to make it an unforgettable performance

Gavin and the team absolutely blew us away with their performance. We had a mixed crowd of British and American wedding guests and wanted something to spice up the wedding breakfast. This was 100% the right call and was a hit will guests of all nationalities and ages. We still have guests reaching out to us after the wedding to say this was a highlight and that they’ve never seen anything like it.

Leading up to the day, Gavin even managed to get us a lead talent from Wicked to do our favorite Defying Gravity. It absolutely crushed with our guests! They had our guests all up on their feet waving napkins and singing. A few guests were even in tears because they were so blown away by the talent. Our parents haven’t stopped raving about it. My face hurt from smiling and know this was an unforgettable part of our wedding. Will be forever grateful to them for this performance!

Their sound tech also went above and beyond to help us with our wedding entrance and some of our recording needs. Complete lifesaver! Just book them if you’re considering it. Talent was way beyond what we saw from competitor companies.

An amazing experience

The performance by Gavin and the team was truly magical. It went down an absolute storm with all of our guests, everyone absolutely loved it and it was definitely one of the highlights of the day.

Made our wedding breakfast

My wife booked these as a surprise for our wedding day and they were absolutely incredible. They blew all our guests away and their energy and quality was top drawer!
We had Gavin and Cleo and couldn’t recommend them any more for entertainment!

Breath-taking, mind-blowing, must have!

I booked The Singing Waiter Masters for our wedding day for a surprise for everyone, including the groom! From the very first interactions with Gavin, I knew they were incredible. The passion for what he does, his energy and enthusiasm was contagious, I was already excited for our day but he elevated it to the next level. On top, he put me at ease that he would work out with the venue and seamlessly integrate himself and the team into our wedding.

Fast forward to the day, I saw Gavin in his waiter uniform, serving drinks and canapés to our guests, he was now completely into his character, Pawel from Poland. He made every guest fall in love with him and his personality, so much so, that when he fell over as part of his act, all the surrounding guests jumped to help him, smashing their own glass in the process, I could see in my bridesmaids face she was genuinely mortified for him as he went down with such a loud bang.

And then the show began… there were so many shocked faces when he started singing. The skill and talent is insane and then Cleo joins in for the second song, equally as incredible. You aren’t just paying for Singing Waiters, you are paying for a western performance for each of your guests and for that, the value for money is incredible. They were entertaining, interactive and absolutely outstanding! They chose songs that everyone knew and could get involved with and ended with the most stunning operatic performance that had my grandad in tears.

They exceeded expectations and people will be talking about them for many months to come! I cannot recommend them enough, if you book them, you surely will NOT regret it! I cannot wait for the video and photos back!

Incredible performance what a surprise!

The Singing Waiter Masters were an absolutely incredible addition to our wedding day! The whole room came alive during the ABBA songs—every single guest was out of their seat. It was truly incredible and a moment I will never forget. They sang my favorite song, "Defying Gravity," and interacted with the guests so well. Gavin was just fantastic, and it really was the best surprise I could have asked for!

Fantastic!!

I booked as a surprise for my daughters wedding. The whole experience from the initial contact with Gavin to the day itself was fabulous. The performance by Ben and Natalie was incredible and everyone had great fun and have not stopped talking about it! I can't thank Gavin and his team enough and have already recommended The Singing Waiter Masters to friends.

Exceptional Experience Clara and James Wedding 31st May 2024

Gavin and his team are amazing from start to finish the service was outstanding. The performance was out of this world and was the discussion point for the rest of the day. There wasnt a dry eye in the house and the room was full of so much dancing and laughing from start to finish. Do not waste anymore time looking. The Singing Waiter Masters are the best of the best!

Having seen singing waiters before I thought it would be a great idea to try and surprise my wife and guests on our wedding day, but after a quick Google/ search on YouTube it was quite overwhelming to see how many different acts there were.

I really didn't know where to start, so I spent a good few weeks doing my research (watching previous performances, speaking to different acts etc...) and it became pretty clear early on that there was a big variation in the quality of singing, and the overall performance of some acts compared to others, which unsurprisingly was generally reflected in the price.

From the outset the Singing Waiter Masters really stood out. After speaking with Gavin on the phone I could tell that he really cared, and that his team would provide an outstanding performance. He listened to the kind of performance I was hoping for, and from his years of experience made some suggestions on what works well, what doesn’t, and together we came up with a plan for the big day! After making the booking, Gavin was always there to answer any questions I had, although to be honest, there was no need for me to worry/ have any questions, he had it all planned out, and took all the stress away! If you ever have any doubts or worries, there's really no need, just trust Gavin and his team, they know exactly what they are doing!

Unlike many singing waiter acts who just burst into song (which in my opinion comes across a bit cheesy) Gavin and Helen put on show that made the entire room feel like they were in the West End! Gavin or should I say Pav, was the most amazing waiter, who interacted with all of our guests through out the day. In fact, before the performance had even started people were already commenting on how nice, friendly and funny the Polish waiter was, so you can just imagine the shock they all got when the performance started!

Gavin and his team have absolutely perfected the act. The first three songs blew all our guests away, with nearly every person having a tear in their eye from the incredible singing. But as the performance goes on, Gavin and Helen had all of our guests up singing, dancing and waving their napkins around, it really was the most amazing experience.

If you are looking to WOW your future husband/ wife and guests with a performance they will all remember for years to come, book The Singing Waiter Masters. It's been over 2 months since our big day, and our guests are still talking about the singing waiters, and how it made it the best wedding they’ve ever been to!
