We have been adding the finishing touches to Weddings for over 13 years and take pride in crafting personalised floral decor for all different styles of weddings & events. With extensive experience with decorating beautiful venues across London & the home counties, we can help and advise on many aspects of decoration. Our wedding packages start at £3000 before VAT.
Starting with a chat to hear all about your plans and ideas, we then create you a personalised quote complete with flower mood board, This showcases all the flowers seasonally available. Once booked for your event we come to meet with you at your venue to discuss all the ideas in more detail. We can advise on floral placements, styling, re-using & moving decor.
We have lots of experience working with clients from all over the world and can work directly with the venue & other suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
All our flowers and accessories directly for your event from specialist suplliers & we have a huge range of candles, lanterns, glasswear and accesories available to hire to complement the floral decor.
From small intimate cosy weddings to decorating whole stately homes for the week...we offer the complete service. Delivery, setup, turn around and clean-up, also assisting with donating your flowers to some amazing charities after the event if you wish.

We don't offer a package deal as such. We offer a much more personalised service.
We help to make your wedding journey a smooth and stress free experience
How far in advance should I contact you?
We would advise you contact us between twelve and eighteen months before the big day. We can get booked up pretty far in advance. We can also accommodate last minute bookings if available
Do you design personalised bridal bouquets?
Yes
Can you travel?
Yes, london and all surrounding home counties. we can go anywhere from the Cotswolds to Surrey and further. Destination weddings also an option
Is there a charge for traveling?
Yes, our charges depend on staffing, distance and quantity of vans needed
What is the charge for national mailing?
We do not offer this service

What are the forms of payment?
We always take BACS payment. A non refundable down payment of 25% of the total cost of your wedding is required upon booking and the remaining balance is due eight weeks before the big day

Spectacular
Incredible. Firstly, I want to extend our appreciation and contentment. Everything was beyond our wildest dreams! It felt as though our vision for the wedding was taken directly from our brains and made even better in person. Every flower was fresh and meticulously placed while the employees worked nonstop to make the day a dream. I cannot stress enough the quality of the florals, the professionalism of the team, the creativity in overcoming setbacks, and their commitment to making our dreams come true. Cathy is amazing, very professional and very supportive with great ideas to help your vision come to life! the colours and arrangements were everything I could ask for! I changed my mind numerous times and Cathy was responsive and helpful every time!

Cathy & her team are a DREAM!
Cathy and her team absolutely blew us away!! It was truly magical, perfect, and the most talked about piece of the whole weekend. She is not only a great collaborator, but she took so much pressure and energy off my plate - she fully executed everything (along with her fantastic team) so beautifully and I did not have to micromanage or really deal with any of the stress at ALL! What a dream. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Professional, knowledgeable and reliable
We were so pleased to have the Wedding Flower Company on hand for our special day. They were great with communicating in the run up to our wedding, and explaining what our options were and what they would need on the day. On the morning of the wedding the company turned up on time, and without requiring the time or intervention of the bride or groom set up the arrangements and worked with the venue staff on moving arrangements during the day.
This meant that we were free to enjoy our day and especially admire the wonderful flower arrangements and bouquets that made the whole day special.

Fantastic florist team to work with
Gayle and her team were fantastic to work with - Gayle spent a lot of time trying to understand our vision for the day! She gave great advice about how we could accentuate our venue with florals and strategically deploy and reuse flowers in a cost effective way. The communication was all very clear, even through multiple changes to what we wanted for the day.
We could not be more pleased with how the florals turned out on the day! They nailed the aesthetic we were going for perfectly - everything looked so beautiful!!

Brought my vision to life
Cathy and her team were incredibly friendly and professional. We had a meeting to visit the venue and discuss what we’d like. She gave us a variety of options to choose from and was transparent about the cost of things. We choose to have black and white flowers, and the black flowers, she and her team had dyed them to fit our vision. They also provided lanterns, candles, fairy lights and other decorations to complement the flowers. The final result was stunning and everyone had compliment us on it. The gothic chapel became something like out of a fairytale, and choosing this company was one of the best decisions we’ve made for this wedding. They were very active in setting everything up in an organised and punctual way, and liaised with the other providers to ensure things go smoothly. They also took away the flowers swiftly and they kindly donated the flowers that are unwanted.

Cathy took my colour palette and some tricky requests to mske the most amazing florals I could ever have imagined. Most importantly for us, she also worked with us to get the look within a budget and worked collaboratively when we couldn’t afford certain elements.

Fabulous Florists. Look No Further!
We had the BEST experience with Cathy and Gayle. Due to COVID we had to move our date numerous times and they always worked so hard to accommodate these changes.
They totally understood my vision and created the most PERFECT bouquets and buttonholes. As for the venue, it was incredible.
The work and effort these ladies put in is second to none. They are wonderful and we loved working with them to create our vision.

Last minute and fabulous!
I called the wedding flower company, about a month before the wedding, when most of the flower providers looked at me, as if I was mental for wanting a quote at such short notice!
The Wedding Flower company where supper diligent and I loved their style! They created a gorgeous flower arrangement for the reception entrance (sadly, my photographer missed taking a picture of it, as well as small vases with flowers. My bouquet, a big flower for my hair do, flower crowns for my two flower girls and corsages for my wedding party. They delivered all of them the morning of. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Highly recommend them and their price was very reasonable.

The BEST Florist!
I don’t even know where to begin! Cathy and her team were an absolute dream to work with, from my very first call with Cathy I knew that she was the woman for the job. She listened to what I wanted and was so down to earth, friendly and helpful, she made me feel at ease and comfortable to ask her any questions! We kept in constant communication and she ran every little detail by me (which I was so grateful for). I had a vision in my head of what I wanted the bouquets and ballroom to look like and she and her amazing team absolutely exceeded my expectations. When I was handed mine and my sister’s bouquets, I just knew that all the flowers were going to be stunning. The roses were beautifully reflexed and perfect in colour. I have had a lot of guests tell me that they are the best wedding bouquets they’ve ever seen (and I must say I agree :)) Me and James were blown away as we had our first look in the ballroom, it was just breathtaking; even the hotel staff commented on just how gorgeous it looked and said they had never seen the room look as good before. I would say I am bias as it was my wedding, but honestly I have never seen flowers and arrangements quite like the ones Cathy and her team provided. I am desperately trying to think of another reason to book Cathy because I loved working with her so much!

Incredible - made the day!
My husband and I got married in Buckinghamshire at Horwood House. Cathy was incredible, doing a site visit and having the patience to help me pick what flowers I wanted. I gave her some images that I wanted and she readily took them on board and created the flowers of our dreams. I was in tears seeing how stunning they were. I can’t fault her, she’s been amazing and it felt like the only person on my side most of the time. Planning a wedding is so lonely when everyone puts their expectations on you, not Cathy, she’ll help carry the burden. Thank you lovely lady ❤️❤️❤️
