We have been adding the finishing touches to Weddings for over 13 years and take pride in crafting personalised floral decor for all different styles of weddings & events. With extensive experience with decorating beautiful venues across London & the home counties, we can help and advise on many aspects of decoration.
Starting with a chat to hear all about your plans and ideas, we then create you a personalised quote complete with flower mood board, This showcases all the flowers seasonally available. Once booked for your event we come to meet with you at your venue to discuss all the ideas in more detail. We can advise on floral placements, styling, re-using & moving decor.
We have lots of experience working with clients from all over the world and can work directly with the venue & other suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
All our flowers and accessories directly for your event from specialist suplliers & we have a huge range of candles, lanterns, glasswear and accesories available to hire to complement the floral decor.
From small intimate cosy weddings to decorating whole stately homes for the week...we offer the complete service. Delivery, setup, turn around and clean-up, also assisting with donating your flowers to some amazing charities after the event if you wish.

How far in advance should I contact you?
We would advise you contact us between twelve and eighteen months before the big day. We can get booked up pretty far in advance

Yes, london and all surrounding home counties. we can go anywhere from the Cotswolds to Surrey and further. Destination weddings also an option
Is there a charge for traveling?
Yes, our charges depend on staffing, distance and quantity of vans needed

What are the forms of payment?
We always take BACS payment. A non refundable down payment of 25% of the total cost of your wedding is required upon booking and the remaining balance is due eight weeks before the big day

Fantastic florist team to work with
Gayle and her team were fantastic to work with - Gayle spent a lot of time trying to understand our vision for the day! She gave great advice about how we could accentuate our venue with florals and strategically deploy and reuse flowers in a cost effective way. The communication was all very clear, even through multiple changes to what we wanted for the day.
We could not be more pleased with how the florals turned out on the day! They nailed the aesthetic we were going for perfectly - everything looked so beautiful!!

Brought my vision to life
Cathy and her team were incredibly friendly and professional. We had a meeting to visit the venue and discuss what we’d like. She gave us a variety of options to choose from and was transparent about the cost of things. We choose to have black and white flowers, and the black flowers, she and her team had dyed them to fit our vision. They also provided lanterns, candles, fairy lights and other decorations to complement the flowers. The final result was stunning and everyone had compliment us on it. The gothic chapel became something like out of a fairytale, and choosing this company was one of the best decisions we’ve made for this wedding. They were very active in setting everything up in an organised and punctual way, and liaised with the other providers to ensure things go smoothly. They also took away the flowers swiftly and they kindly donated the flowers that are unwanted.

Just amazing!
Cathy and her team were literally the glue of the whole wedding.
Creative, reliable, excellent communication. Honestly everything you could dream of for a wedding florist.
Cathy took my colour palette and some tricky requests to mske the most amazing florals I could ever have imagined. Most importantly for us, she also worked with us to get the look within a budget and worked collaboratively when we couldn’t afford certain elements.
Everyone commented on the flowers on the day and are still talking about them!
I cannot recommend Wedding Flower Company highly enough.

Fabulous Florists. Look No Further!
We had the BEST experience with Cathy and Gayle. Due to COVID we had to move our date numerous times and they always worked so hard to accommodate these changes.
They totally understood my vision and created the most PERFECT bouquets and buttonholes. As for the venue, it was incredible.
The work and effort these ladies put in is second to none. They are wonderful and we loved working with them to create our vision.

Last minute and fabulous!
I called the wedding flower company, about a month before the wedding, when most of the flower providers looked at me, as if I was mental for wanting a quote at such short notice!
The Wedding Flower company where supper diligent and I loved their style! They created a gorgeous flower arrangement for the reception entrance (sadly, my photographer missed taking a picture of it, as well as small vases with flowers. My bouquet, a big flower for my hair do, flower crowns for my two flower girls and corsages for my wedding party. They delivered all of them the morning of. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Highly recommend them and their price was very reasonable.

The most perfect flowers to add to the most perfect day
I can't praise these ladies enough!
They held my hand and supported me every step of the way.
We had a few bumps along the way with lockdown and postponement but they were so flexible and rearranged everything to make our dream day possible.
Gayle was incredible, she really put me at ease and helped to make my vision come true, using her amazing creativity to suggest ideas and pull off some of the most amazing wedding flowers I have ever seen.
My flower crown was so stunning everyone complimented it, and my bouquet i didn't put down all day.

Kathy and her team were truly a dream to work my wedding. Incredibly talented!
Gayle is so talented at what she does and made my whole vision of bright and unusual come to life! She was so accommodating and flexible, and even came back the next day to help us set up a special breakfast we were having.
Everyone remarked on how stunning the flowers were, and I particularly liked that nothing was wasted and was donated to a lovely local charity.

Cathy and her team have been superb! From the first call up to the last minute, Cathy has been amazing. We could not be happier. The flowers looked prettier than what we had hoped for, Cathy was so responsive and would always accommodate our wishes (including last minute changes). Beautiful flowers and flexible to our needs
Our wedding was postponed 3 years due to COVID, and we ended up changing our original brief a fair bit. Cathy and Team were super flexible for us and really helped direct us. The flowers were gorgeous on the day and we couldn’t have asked for more - 10/10
