Louise is the most incredible event planner and a truly lovely person. She managed my daughter’s weekend long wedding at Cowdray House in West Sussex this past week, and I can honestly say that the reason it was the so hugely successful was down to Louise being at the helm. The venue was magical, the team at Cowdray, Jacaranda Catering and Firebird Events were superb. Nothing could be faulted, and even the weather was stunning! But Louise made it all happen like clockwork and removed the stress from me and my daughter so that we, and all of our guests, could enjoy every single minute of the 2-day event. Thank you, Louise. We hired Sofia the help coordinate our wedding day as we had a dry hire venue and a lot of different vendors attending also getting married at a church and having the reception at a barn located 25 minutes away we wanted someone to be able to help with set up and coordination whilst we were getting married. After my initial phone call with Sofia I knew I had found my coordinator- Sofia was so kind and helpful and it was like she was inside my head as before I asked a question she had answered it. I knew she really understood my vision for the day and would do a great job getting everything sorted leaving me stress free which is exactly what happened! Sofia and Betty attended on the wedding day and were straight into setting up and helping other suppliers and members of the wedding party to make sure everything was in place. They then arrived at the church to ensure set up was completed and everyone was in place before my arrival and then once ready they organised the bridesmaids and my entrance into the church. They blended into the wedding and I didn't even notice they were there setting up or moving furniture. They helped at the reception keep to timings as this was so important for us to make sure food etc was served on time and no one was waiting hungry. They stayed until our first dance was done- right on time might I add! They were so wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone who is getting married! Thank you again!

After initially finding it very stressful to find a wedding venue in London, we hired Eva for her venue finding services to help us find our dream wedding venue. She took the stress away from us completely and arranged multiple venue visits for us. After falling in love with one of these, Eva then came back with us for a 2nd visit and negotiated with the venue to get us an amazing deal!! She is a lovely, warm person with a really passion for weddings and we could not be happier with everything she did for us! Thank you Eva!

We truly don’t know what we would have done without Annie & Elise. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make our wedding day not just seamless, but genuinely stress-free and so much fun. From day one they answered every silly question, made shoe decisions, created our programmes, gave bridal knicker recommendations, helped with the speeches and everything else in-between - honestly no job was too big or small for Annie & Elise. They even sourced a Casa Azul bottle for our tequila trolley - which was an absolute hit On the day- their attention to detail, calm presence, and flawless coordination made everything flow effortlessly—from setting up the venue to fixing a last-minute groomsmen wardrobe malfunction with total grace and efficiency. Annie & Elise have that rare gift of making you feel like you’re working with two very close friends—friends who just happen to be incredibly organized, intuitive, and always one step ahead. They kept the entire day running smoothly with such calm precision that we could simply enjoy each moment without a worry, even though we were running behind schedule (fault of our own) they made us feel like everything was in control and did not feel rushed at all. We absolutely loved working with them and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone, whether you’re just starting the planning process or looking for expert help closer to the big day.
