We used Wedding Day Genie for our December wedding and honestly it was one of the best decisions we made. The day ran so smoothly and I actually felt like I could relax and enjoy it instead of worrying about timings and suppliers. We had a small hiccup when one of the suppliers arrived later than planned and I had a mini panic, but it was sorted before I even had time to stress about it. Everything was quietly rearranged, the schedule was tweaked, and I didn’t have to deal with any of it – I was just told, “it’s all taken care of.” Nothing was too much trouble, communication was so friendly and calm, and it just took such a weight off our shoulders. I’d 100% recommend Wedding Day Genie to anyone getting married – especially if you want to actually enjoy your day rather than run it!

I had the pleasure of collaborating with Claire on this occasion and the experience was very positive. Good organization, attention to the needs of the bride and groom and a serene and effective working atmosphere. The communication was clear and punctual, a fundamental aspect to guarantee an excellent result. His presence during the event is discreet but constant, allowing everyone to work at their best. If I could give Eva a million stars, I absolutely would. From the very beginning, she was so much more than a wedding coordinator—she was like that effortlessly supportive friend you immediately want to grab a glass of wine with. She was super helpful, always ready with gentle guidance and full of brilliant ideas we never would have thought of ourselves. Eva took everything swirling around in our heads and magically turned it into a clear, beautifully structured agenda for the day. And when the wedding finally arrived? She was *everywhere*—sorting, fixing, organising, anticipating—making sure everything went smoothly. If there were any hiccups, I certainly didn’t know about them! All I felt was pure joy and that’s thanks to her. We truly had the best day and so much of that is because of Eva. If we could do it all over again, we’d choose her a thousand times over.

We truly don’t know what we would have done without Annie & Elise. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make our wedding day not just seamless, but genuinely stress-free and so much fun. From day one they answered every silly question, made shoe decisions, created our programmes, gave bridal knicker recommendations, helped with the speeches and everything else in-between - honestly no job was too big or small for Annie & Elise. They even sourced a Casa Azul bottle for our tequila trolley - which was an absolute hit On the day- their attention to detail, calm presence, and flawless coordination made everything flow effortlessly—from setting up the venue to fixing a last-minute groomsmen wardrobe malfunction with total grace and efficiency. Annie & Elise have that rare gift of making you feel like you’re working with two very close friends—friends who just happen to be incredibly organized, intuitive, and always one step ahead. They kept the entire day running smoothly with such calm precision that we could simply enjoy each moment without a worry, even though we were running behind schedule (fault of our own) they made us feel like everything was in control and did not feel rushed at all. We absolutely loved working with them and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone, whether you’re just starting the planning process or looking for expert help closer to the big day. Louise is the most incredible event planner and a truly lovely person. She managed my daughter’s weekend long wedding at Cowdray House in West Sussex this past week, and I can honestly say that the reason it was the so hugely successful was down to Louise being at the helm. The venue was magical, the team at Cowdray, Jacaranda Catering and Firebird Events were superb. Nothing could be faulted, and even the weather was stunning! But Louise made it all happen like clockwork and removed the stress from me and my daughter so that we, and all of our guests, could enjoy every single minute of the 2-day event. Thank you, Louise.
