The best Bridal shop, Celia is extremely helpful, honest, knows her dresses inside out with recommendations to try on best to suit you as an individual.

Went to this little shop in Burnham on Crouch, Essex not thinking I would find THE dress. Found the dress I wanted and ordered, however the family didnt agree with me. I had my heart set on a Sophia Tolli which Cilla didnt stock but she attended a bridal show, messaged me, convinced Sophia Tolli to send her a sample and it turned out to be THE DRESS. It was truly the most stunning thing I have ever worn and Cilla went over and above to give me the dress of my dreams. Thank you Cilla for all you did in helping me look my best on the day xxxx

Cilla is wonderful and created a lovely stress free experience for me today. Being my first time trying dresses on and having just had a baby I was apprehensive but Cilla was amazing. She gave me great advice, made some wonderful recommendations and didn’t leave me feeling under any pressure. Cilla knows her dresses and designers well and so I would highly recommend this lovely shop.

My bridal dress journey began and ended at the bridal rack, early last year I messaged Cila at the bridal rack for some advice as a 2024 bride I had no clue when I was meant to start looking for the one. After a few Instagram messages Cila made me feel so comfortable I booked to take my mum and maid of honour to start the search for the one, we arrived at the bridal rack on a Saturday in may and I was met with that same warm friendly feeling I had felt when messaging Cila was amazing I had no clue what I was looking for a part from a few pictures of dresses of the website I thought would be the one. Cila allowed us to FaceTime I’m god mother so she could be a part of the process all the way from Ibzia and after 3 dresses Cila asked if she could pick one and low and behold this is the dress I said yes too it complemented my body in all the right places and not only did I fall in love so did my family and friend. Cila had all the accessories and I walked away also with a veil and my hair accessories.

5 months later I got the text and returned to the bridal rack and I fell in love again.
The bridal rack is a lovely little boutique that I am lucky enough to have on my doorstep and I would tell anybody to go because I have never felt so comfortable in a dress or a shop.

So I guess it’s safe to say my bridal dress journey started and finished at the bridal rack and I couldn’t be happier.

The Bridal Rack- Cila was incredibly kind and patient! Nothing was too much trouble and there was never any pressure either. There was never any panic to make sure I get the dress in time as I only have 6 months to the wedding. Cila made me feel completely comfortable and spent so much time with me to make sure I got my perfect dress. Everyone had a cry.

Cilla is so caring and helpful. I had no idea what dress I was going for and she helped through the decision. The boutique has so many beautiful options and my dress was amazing, felt like a princess on my big day! I’ll definitely recommend The Bridal Rack to all the new brides I know.

The Bridal Rack is a gem in the town and after going to several bigger bridal shops, this was the one that in my opinion had the most beautiful dresses - particularly for the curvier lady. I felt very much at home and was made to feel so comfortable from the second I stepped in the door. They held the dress for me straight away and were not pushing me to buy anything unlike other places I had been to. The owner and seamstress were brilliant. Highly recommend!

This was the first bridal shop that we went too. We had just come out of lockdown, so it was just me (mum) and my daughter (the bride). Lovely selection of dresses and accessories. We were allowed to live stream to MOG and bridesmaids. The first dress my daughter tried on was her dream dress, she also tried on 5 or 6 other styles (which I thought were equally beautiful) but she went back to the first dress. Couldn't believe it, first shop, first dress and we were done! Veil also chosen. Really good prices. I would definitely recommend the Bridal Rack to any potential bride. It was a very personalised, unhurried, friendly and helpful experience.

A very friendly approach to helping people decide what is right for them. Making sure everything is right for your big day in every way possible. Always quick to reply. Nothing is ever tok much trouble.

I got married in my 50's and I thought I was too old to wear a traditional wedding dress but my friend persuaded me to at least try a couple on to see how I felt.

I made an appointment at The Bridal Rack for a few days later. On arrival I met Cilla and she made me feel very welcome and reassured me that I wasn't too old to wear a wedding dress. She selected a few dresses that I might like and I tried them on, she was very encouraging and asked me what I like and I didn't like, my friend took photos so that I could see how the dresses looked from all angles. After a lot deliberation I decided that I liked the very first dress that I tried on. Cilla was fantastic and said that she would show my friend how to tie the ribbons on the back of my dress.

It was a lovely experience and I would totally recommend The Bridal Rack.
