I cannot thank Cilla enough for helping me find my perfect wedding dress! After visiting several shops and feeling like I’d never find “the one,” walking into The Bridal Rack was a breath of fresh air. She was kind, helpful, and honest every step of the way—from the first visit to every fitting.
Her warmth and expertise instantly put me at ease, and she took all my worries away. Thanks to her, I found a dress that fit like a glove and made me feel amazing on my wedding day. I had so many compliments, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and will help you find a dress that makes you feel like the best version of yourself, Cilla is the one. Highly recommend! -

Wonderful Shop
Went to this little shop in Burnham on Crouch, Essex not thinking I would find THE dress. Found the dress I wanted and ordered, however the family didnt agree with me. I had my heart set on a Sophia Tolli which Cilla didnt stock but she attended a bridal show, messaged me, convinced Sophia Tolli to send her a sample and it turned out to be THE DRESS. It was truly the most stunning thing I have ever worn and Cilla went over and above to give me the dress of my dreams. Thank you Cilla for all you did in helping me look my best on the day xxxx -

After going to a couple of bridal shops and didn’t find the dress and the shopping experience wasn’t great, I felt I wasn’t going to get the dress of my dreams. A friend of mine told me about this new shop where she lives & even tho was a bit of a drive I decided to have a go 💙
Cila made me feel welcomed, she listened to what I had in mind and gave me freedom to look and choose the dresses I wanted to try. She didn’t pressure me and gave me a great shopping experience as I took time to take all in.
After a couple of dresses I was still unsure if I had actually found the One dress. She then pulled this beautiful dress and I was like - no harm in trying.
And just like that I had found my dream dress, tears of joy as I could not believe I’ve found my dream dress.
I cannot thank Cila enough for all the patience she had. She loves doing this and I am so glad and happy I went to her shop.
100000 times recommend visiting her shop- and as a bonus there are some amazing places to eat and go for a walk in the sea front.

The Bridal Rack is a gem in the town and after going to several bigger bridal shops, this was the one that in my opinion had the most beautiful dresses - particularly for the curvier lady. I felt very much at home and was made to feel so comfortable from the second I stepped in the door. They held the dress for me straight away and were not pushing me to buy anything unlike other places I had been to. The owner and seamstress were brilliant. Highly recommend! -
