I had top to toe care nothing was to much hassles trying on different dresses and the care leading up to the wedding was top class nothing was too much hassle thank you

As a wedding professional, l have known Melanie, of The Enchanted bridal Boutique, for some years now & have found her to always be enthusiastic & very knowledgeable about the whole wedding business. I don't know where to start. I was nervous about looking for a dress for months as I put on some weight and was dreading trying on any wedding dresses. Well I had nothing to worry about. From the start Mel was so welcoming!! I tried on loads of dresses, all of which were lovely and figure flattering. Mel was so kind and it was one of the dresses she chose that I ended up loving! She knew exactly what would suit me best. Before going dress shopping I was dreading it and just wanted to get it over with. But from the very beginning Mel made me feel beautiful and I ended up having a lovely time trying on different dresses. Mel's shop is absolutely lovely and she has plenty of dresses in stock. As a curvy bride I was a little nervous about finding a wedding dress. Upon meeting Mel she straight away put me at ease. Several things struck me about the initial meeting. Firstly, the fact there was no hard sell. It was a case of "we want to find the right thing for you" rather than just making a sale. Mel even told me that she was expecting a new range in a few weeks so, if I wanted, I could wait until then so I got a variety of options. Then there was the communication - the dress samples were delayed and Mel kept in constant contact. When we did go in she fitted around our schedule and it was a private appointment in the evening. She also told me she would be happy to do Sundays. I didn't decide at my first appointment because despite me finding what I thought I wanted, Mel said she was just about to start working with a new designer. My wedding was still over a year away so we had time to hold off a bit. She showed me images and I liked the styles so we discussed coming back when the other dresses were in. When we did, a month later, she hosted all my bridesmaids, their children and my Mum on a Sunday. We had the shop to ourselves and it was such a relaxing, fun afternoon. I was made to feel completely at ease with Mel and she was open, honest and had a good knowledge of the dresses.

We chose my dress that day. Following that, Mel didn't just treat it as a transaction, she invited me to events at the store, kept me fully updated on my dress, and made my experience feel truly special. On the day of my wedding Mel came to our house with the dress to help me get into it and not only steamed my dress, but also the bridesmaid's one, just showing how much she goes above and beyond for her brides. I have remained in contact with Mel since my wedding and recommended her many times to other brides.

From start to finish Mel was so welcoming, she made the experience of dress shopping so lovely. I took my sister and sister in law who were also made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Mel truly has a special way to put you at ease and above all gives her honest and experienced opinion when asked too. At no point did I feel pushed to buy anything and in fact Mel was very mindful of my budget. The selection of dresses and variety of budgets catered for are amazing. I also had my alterations done by Amy who Mel recommended and Amy too was so professional and friendly. I loved wearing my dress on my wedding day and felt amazing. Mel was very helpful, patient and her passion for weddings shines through. Mel offered lots of advice and let me try on all sorts of different styles. The dress I have bought is actually one that Mel picked so she clearly has an eye for what styles suit people. I took my mum with me and she had a comfy sofa and lots of coffee and biscuits so was a nice experience for her too.

Enchanted Bridal is set in a lovely rural location and inside is decorated beautifully. Mel is so friendly and helpful and really knows her stuff. I went to her feeling down on myself and that i was never going to find a dress i could afford that i felt good in. An hour and a half later, i left having found my dream dress, well in budget and feeling amazing. Without her help, that wouldn't have happened! Thank you Mel xx
