Artist Liz has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has specialised in bridal looks for the last 6 years always striving to expand her knowledge and skills. On the day, Liz will aim to have you and your party vibrant and excited for your walk down the aisle. Services Offered
Liz hosts bridal hair trials from her home where together, you can design a hairstyle that complements your wedding theme, dress, accessories, and veil. Liz can test a few different styles on you to resolve any uncertainty and find what best brings out your beauty. Well-versed in hair care, Liz can provide expert advice on how to boost the health and appearance of your locks ahead of your celebration. The morning of, Liz will stay with you until everything is ready, affixing your accessories and veil and ensuring every detail is as you envisioned. Bridal Hair by Liz Dunn prides itself on providing first-class wedding service and would be honoured to be a part of your special day.
EXTENSION HIRE AVAILABLE
I offer luxury clip - in extension hire exclusively to my brides, perfectly colour matched at your trial to blend seamlessly with your natural hair. They are light weight, comfortable and designed to hold your style beautifully all day and night.
Extension hire is ideal if :-
* Your hair struggles to hold a curl
* You'd love more thickness through the ends
* Your considering Hollywood waves
* You don't want the commitment of permanent extensions

What services do you offer?

What is included in the wedding package?
Packages are bespoke to each bride. Each bride will have me for the whole morning until they are ready to walk down the aisle
How far in advance should I contact you?
As soon as you’ve booked your venue.
Although I understand some weddings are on shorter time scales so don’t hesitate to contact me
Do you work at homes?
Yes
What is the charge for travelling?
I charge an extra 50p per mile
What is your main business area?
Beauty & spa
Could you stay with the bride until the photo shoot?
Yes
How many people can you beautify for one wedding?
That depends on where the venue is and what time the ceremony is. If it’s a large wedding I will bring along another stylist
I charge £40 for an extra Bridal hair stylist
Can you provide your beauty services for pre-wedding and post-wedding photography?
Yes

The Best Hair Stylist in all of the land! ❤️
Liz was incredible from start to finish, I messaged her to talk about my ideas and explained to her that I have very thick hair and she was transparent about what would work and what wouldn't which helped us make a decision for my big day! She listened to everything I wanted and I went for my trial which blew me away! Her attention to detail was amazing and she had managed to turn my hair into exactly what I envisaged! She even checked in with me later on that day to see if I was still happy with it!
On my wedding day, she worked with integrity and speed but also keeping the same professionalism as what I had seen before... There was myself and three bridesmaids to get done and she knew the amount of hair she needed to get through thanks to my trial! Liz made my wedding morning, she chatted away and joined in and made everyone feel at ease, listened to what they wanted and perfected their hair too!

Amazing Hair Stylist
Liz was amazing start to finish. No words for how amazing her work is! I found Liz via instagram and had absolutely no hesitation in booking her and I’m so glad I did! She’s an amazing lady and made me feel so comfortable, she also made it easy to ask for adjustments and even recommended different ways to enhance my look! Absolutely flawless
Liz did my bridal hair and she completely smashed it. From start to finish she was professional, calm, and so easy to work with. She achieved exactly the look I had in mind, and the whole experience was stress-free, which is priceless on a wedding morning. I felt confident and beautiful all day. I have found Liz on Hitched, I checked her profile on Instagram, read the reviews & all that.. started a conversation, agreed on terms , etc. At this point nothing seems out of the ordinary. I didn't have time for a trial with her this summer, I only had to trust my instinct and of course I did not get it wrong. Liz was the most professional , creative , quick to understand my needs. She was responsive and she understood very easily what I needed to look fab on my special day! Highly highly recommend her from the bottom of my heart. On top of that, she made my mother look like a proper mother of fairy...

Timeless & Beauty
I cannot recommend this done enough for hair. For your wedding she was impeccable; my hair stayed all day through all the dancing and the running round, and I had multiple, if not every single person, comments on how beautiful my hair was. I felt like a princess, which I don't normally feel like she is. She is utterly amazing and deserves every bit of credit she gets. I would use her again in a heartbeat for other occasions. Liz was great, she took lots of time in the trial going through different looks and went above and beyond to create the look I wanted.
I wanted hair extensions which she sourced specially for me as my hair colour isnt one many people have. The colour match was perfect! The hair extension hire is so easy with Liz giving me a pre paid envelope to send them back in.
Nothing was too much to ask and she put her heart into getting my hair just as I wanted!

Liz was absolutely incredible, I booked reasonably late on, having changed my mind on what I wanted and she could not have been more accommodating. I came for a trial, where we discussed exactly what I wanted and Liz totally got the brief and wasn’t phased. On the big day she offered such a professional, calming and friendly presence. Don’t hesitate to book Liz, I totally lucked out and will be enquiring for other events throughout the year because no one has ever made my hair look so good! ❤️

Perfection
Liz is an amazing hair stylist and made me feel so relaxed on my wedding morning, she helped me feel like a princess, Liz was so professional and happy to help in anyway she could, having a hair trial first was very much needed as she suggested some new products which very much helped with the condition on my hair and felt so nice on the day, Liz you are awesome and any bride would be lucky to have you on the morning of there wedding.

Amazing bride and bridesmaid hair!
Liz was amazing, at my trial she did various styles I wanted to try as I didn’t have a clue what I wanted, unfortunately every style she did was so good I still didn’t know what I wanted afterwards lol. On the wedding day my hair and my bridesmaids looks phenomenal she is a perfectionist! Also a very friendly happy person to have around on the wedding day putting everyone at ease. Thank you Liz xx

Gibson Girl for the day!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Liz made me look like I stepped out of a Gibson Girl painting (and no, I didn’t know what that was either)
I’ve always been a bit Victorian/Edwardian at heart, so when I told Liz that’s the vibe I wanted for my wedding hair, she completely got it. What I didn’t expect was to come away with a whole new obsession — the Gibson Girl. Liz introduced me to the idea and now I can’t stop thinking about it. 10/10 unexpected bonus content.
On the day itself, Liz created a look that was stunning, timeless, and completely unique to me — something I’d never have thought of myself but couldn’t imagine my wedding without now. I felt like a million dollars. My four bridesmaids looked incredible too, and somehow Liz also managed to wrangle my very opinionated 4-year-old into looking (and feeling) like an absolute princess. If she can do vintage waves AND toddler hair without breaking a sweat, she can do anything.
The trial run beforehand was a lifesaver — it took all the pre-wedding nerves away and left me genuinely excited instead of anxious about “big hair day.”
If you want someone who actually listens, nails the brief, and treats your hair like a genuine creative project rather than a rush job — book Liz. She’s an absolute talent, and I’m already trying to think of an excuse to book her again.
