We had a truly special and meaningful wedding ceremony at Elim Leytonstone Pentecostal Church. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Elim Leytonstone Pentecostal Church for our wedding ceremony. From start to finish, everything was absolutely seamless, and we are so grateful for all the support and care we received throughout the process. Pastor Dave delivered such a heartfelt, touching, and meaningful service. It was everything we had hoped for and more. He made the ceremony feel personal and special. We especially loved being able to incorporate our own vows, allowing us to express our love and commitment to each other in our own words. Sharing communion together was another incredibly special moment for us, making the ceremony even more meaningful and memorable. We also loved the flexibility and opportunities Elim Leytonstone Pentecostal Church provided to make the ceremony personal to us. Before the service began, we were able to use the big screen and other screens in in the church to play a video showcasing some of our favourite moments together, which our guests could enjoy as they arrived and took their seats. It was such a lovely way to share a little part of our journey as a couple with our family and friends and helped create a warm, personal atmosphere before the ceremony even started. Communication with the Church Centre Manager (Tami) was excellent and efficient from the very beginning. The team was so helpful, responsive, and organised, making sure everything was clear and that we felt supported every step of the way. They made the whole process stress-free and allowed us to fully enjoy such a special and meaningful moment. The worship team was fantastic, leading us beautifully in praise and worship. We also really appreciated the rehearsal beforehand, with Pastor Dave being reassuring and supportive throughout, and the team were so helpful on the day. We’re incredibly grateful to Pastor Dave and the whole Elim Leytonstone Pentecostal Church team for making our ceremony so personal and memorable. We truly appreciated how easy they made everything for us and we couldn’t recommend Elim Leytonstone Pentecostal Church enough to any couple looking for a meaningful church wedding. We celebrated our wedding at Boundary last month and the team really gave us the wedding of our dreams! The venue itself is a hidden gem with a beautiful outdoor rooftop and orangery for a drinks reception and a great underground space for the party - which needs to be seen in person to be appreciated. All our guests loved the venue and we had so many compliments about the food and drink. The team couldn’t do more for us throughout, from the events team through to reception and hotel staff. The events team in particular were very quick to answer all our questions in the run up, meeting up with us in person multiple times to discuss details and were so flexible when it came to timings and requirements for the day. Our friends and family also stayed in the hotel overnight, with us staying in the suite which meant we could make a weekend of it. We absolutely loved our wedding at Boundary and think this is the perfect venue for anyone after a city wedding - the pictures don’t do it justice. If we could do it all again we wouldn’t change a thing!

Was the DJ at this venue last weekend (3rd of June 2023) for a 70th birthday and as usual it was a breeze (this would be my 5th time as a DJ in this hall). Let me share a few answers to questions you may have as a client or vendor: 1. Parking is free weekends in front of the venue 2. There is a secured car park at the back of the venue (free anytime) 3. Loading into the venue is easy and a trolley can be provided by the staff 4. Hall’s name is Boothroyd hall. Has high ceilings and echos if you don’t place your speakers correctly around the hall (something to note as a DJ) 5. Contact number for venue is 020 8724 1500 6. Staff are very helpful and are happy to answer any questions you have (my point of contact was Kadeen). We hosted our wedding at the Crowne Plaza London Docklands on 17th October 2026, and it was nothing short of perfection. We have received so many compliments from our guests, and the entire day went incredibly smoothly. A massive, heartfelt thank you goes to Ezgi Kahyaoglu (Meetings & Events Executive). Ezgi was our absolute rock throughout the entire process, helping us from the very first show-around all the way to the final details on the big day. Her organisation and care took away all of our stress. On the day itself, Eric Pena (Events Manager) was fantastic, ensuring everything executed flawlessly, and Ada Kaniavaite (Meeting & Events Planning Executive) was right there alongside him, working tirelessly to ensure the entire schedule went completely smoothly. The service didn't stop there—the front of house team was exceptional, and the event supervisor was genuinely the absolute best in the industry, keeping everything perfectly on track. As for the catering, the food was fantastic—every single plate came back completely empty, which says it all! All of the hotel staff were incredibly fabulous, welcoming, and accommodating to everyone. It was the perfect day, and we couldn't have chosen a better venue or team to bring it to life. The Lea Rowing Club was a genuinely brilliant choice for our wedding, and I am very pleased to give a well deserved five-star review. The setting itself is stunning: right on the water, with the balcony looking out over the towpath and the park. On a hot summer's day it was just beautiful. Finding somewhere like this in the city isn't easy, and we felt very lucky to get married there. The hall and bar gave us the freedom to dress the space exactly as we wanted, and it looked genuinely stunning on the day. And then there's JC and the team, who were brilliant from start to finish. JC himself was charming and endlessly helpful in the run-up to the day, despite what must be an extremely busy schedule at the venue. He and the team were hugely accommodating of how we wanted to dress the room, and gave us some great advice on running the day smoothly; things like adjusting the timing of the first dance to give the meal more breathing room, etc. The team also handled the entire clear-out the following day, so there was very little for us to do on the Sunday. The professionalism, friendliness and can-do attitude of JC and his team made a real difference to our day, and we feel very fortunate to have got married somewhere so special with such lovely people helping us make it happen. We'd highly recommend Lea Rowing Club to anyone considering it — a brilliant, brilliant place. Thanks to JC and the team for all their work in making one of the great days of our lives so special.

This is an incredible venue for a wedding. It features a single long curved 'room', one wall of which is a row of windows overlooking a picturesque pond and park. There are a couple of swans that nest there and at the time of our ceremony, there were 9 cygnets playing in the water. It was early August, so the area was lush with greenery. The staff do an incredible job of upkeeping the grown around the pond. Honestly, we likely saved the most money on decorations, as there were so few needed - the venue and the view out the windows was more than enough. To simplify the ceremony and reduce wedding costs, we decided to host everything at the venue - the ceremony, the drinks, the reception and the dance. We used the provided partitions to separate the room into the ceremony and the dining areas, which allowed us to transform the ceremony section into the dance floor in the second half of the day. Parking is limited to around 12-15 spaces at the front, however, we found that this was not a huge issue, as there was plenty of free parking on the streets around the venue that Saturday. On top of that, most of our guests live near the area, so were able to get there by public transport. The kitchen is modest, so we would recommend using a caterer who will arrive with the food already prepared, which is what our caterer did. They also set up a tent in the outdoor area, where guests mingled and had drinks. There are several outlets for electrical setups (decorations, DJ, etc), so we had no issue with custom lighting and music. Our wedding planner, caterers, and DJ checked the place out in advance to orient themselves and the layout of the room. We were also given a comprehensive sheet from the venue staff listing the rules behind decoration, electrics, etc, which was very helpful.

We would really recommend booking your wedding at the Dickens Inn. The venue is perfect and is so beautiful before you even add any decor! We hosted our whole day here and everything was perfect. Ilya, Agata and the team bought our vision to life even better than we imagined and everything looked beautiful. The food was delicious and lots of guests complimented the canapes and meal. Everything ran so smoothly and we had a perfect day. Also the location is great as guests can mingle outside, we had sparklers and photos in front of the iconic tower bridge - all whilst being in a quiet barn-like venue! The Dickens Inn is the perfect mix of everything!

We chose Christ Church because of its special meaning to us as a couple who go there each Sunday - but also because of its gorgeous decor and rich history. It looked beyond fantastic on the day, from the striking façade, to the wood-paneled nave, to the recently renovated crypt (read: dance space). Natasha was fantastic throughout, and no request was too much for her. We knew we were in good hands and could just settle back and enjoy the day. Can’t recommend enough!

We got married at Clisshold House and the Hackney Team and registrars were excellent. Our lead registrar, Pauline, was warm, genuine and conducted a personal ceremony that reflected who we were. The whole team made us feel comfortable and welcome, despite it being quite a big moment for us. The venue itself is lovely. We have always loved Clissold Park and were excited to get married there. Inside Clissold House was airy, bright and full of light - more beautiful than we expected!

Fantastic venue so close to Hackney town hall if you’re having a London wedding! Super chilled and very easy going, would recommend!!
