We got married at the hotel in April 2026. In the lead up, we were initially made nervous by a chance of our event coordinator, but these things happen and we were assigned Alba. Alba was from day one extremely attentive, detail focused, kind and full of excellent ideas and suggestions. In the months before the wedding we exchanged huge amounts of correspondence that she handled with extreme attention to detail and generosity of her time. There does seem to be sometimes a slight lack of communication between the different teams of the hotel, meaning some requests can get lost or miscommunicated, however this was more than made up for by the incredible effort of the team on the day itself. We had the best day thanks to the team, and everyone we've spoken to since has given us glowing feedback. Kiki, Vincenzo, Giorgio and the rest of the very large team were friendly, kind, attentive and took fantastic care of us and our guests. Everyone has commented to us how kind and generous they found the staff, and Kiki and Vincenzo helped us manage our somewhat 'unconventional' day with enthusiasm and a good sense of humor. Because of them we were able to just focus on enjoying ourselves. Nobody was without a beverage at any time, the food portions were generous as well as delicious and beautifully presented. The service was efficient and one of the things that meant the most to us was that the entire wedding party of almost 100 people ate at the same time. There are always, in events of the size of a standard wedding, things that might not go exactly as planned or prepared, but this team are complete professionals, who seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing and helped us realize what honestly was one the best days of our lives. We would recommend the Town Hall Hotel to anyone wanting to veer away from the traditional, and create beautiful, timeless memories.
