voco Reading offers a selection of elegant indoor event suites, ideal for intimate and stylish wedding celebrations.

One of the hotel’s most popular spaces is the private dining room, Cilantro, which can accommodate wedding breakfasts for up to 80 seated guests. Featuring a rustic and moody aesthetic, the suite creates a warm and sophisticated atmosphere for your special day. Couples and guests can also enjoy the Champagne Bar for drinks receptions, along with a private breakout area for a more intimate setting. New for 2025, the hotel has introduced a beautiful terrace and bar area, perfect for outdoor drinks receptions.

Also new for 2025, couples can now exchange vows in the Abbey and Kendrick Suites. Both suites feature two separate entrances, allowing each partner to make their own unique entrance along the white carpet before the ceremony begins.

Afterwards drinks on our out door Terrace and bar then in to Cilanatro for your wedding breakfast.

For a more relaxed and informal celebration, the hotel also offers the Atrium Bar and the brasserie-style restaurant, Le Café. For larger weddings, which we can arrange wedding breakfasts up to 150 guests.

The hotel features 201 guest bedrooms, including 10 suites and 40 spacious family rooms, providing comfortable overnight accommodation for wedding guests. Family rooms include two king-sized beds and a sofa rollaway bed, ideal for families travelling together.

To continue the celebrations, the Jazz Club located next door can host wedding after-parties for up to 280 guests — perfect for dancing the night away.

The hotel also offers preferential accommodation rates for wedding guests, including a 20% discount on the best available bed and breakfast rates for one or two adults sharing on the night of the wedding. Discounts are subject to availability and terms and conditions apply.

For the happy couple, the hotel’s luxurious suites provide the perfect wedding night retreat. All rooms are designed with comfort in mind and include thoughtful amenities such as tea and coffee facilities, ironing boards, bathrobes, slippers, luxury toiletries, and magnificent views.

Guests can also enjoy access to the hotel’s health club, which includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and fully equipped gym. New for 2025, three treatment rooms have been added, offering 17 relaxing spa treatments in partnership with Ishga.
