A stunning pavilion set in 20 acres of landscaped grounds, the exclusive Olympic Pavilion will make your special day unforgettable. Designed to echo the Victorian style of the original building, it effortlessly combines timeless elegance with contemporary event facilities.
The beautifully beamed Phoenix Room is flooded with natural light and is the ideal backdrop for wedding breakfasts & receptions. You have the freedom to customize and decorate the venue according to your preferences, making it truly yours.
To add an extra touch of exclusivity, the Olympic Pavilion is complete with the private Castle Bar and 1st floor mezzanine along with the lovely Courtyard Garden, perfect for reception drinks in the sunshine.
The venue is fully licensed for wedding and civil ceremonies and is convieniently situated near the A40, A4, North Circular and is a mere nine miles from central London. It is also close to London Heathrow, making it simple to get to for guests.
Trailfinders Sports Club's team offers event coordination services to make organising your event straightforward. The experienced events team enjoy tailoring their wedding packages to best suit the couple's needs and budget. Our aim is to ensure that each detail is exceptionally executed. The venue has a full in house catering team and has a licensed bar that can run until midnight. Access to private en-suite facilities can be provided to the couple as well. In addition, audiovisual equipment, DJ facilities, a dance floor, and more are available for your convenience.
