We had the most incredible wedding at the Paintworks. Everything was so beautiful and ran so smoothly and most importantly everyone had a really wonderful time! So many of our guests have been raving about the venue! Thank you so much to you and your team for the incredible support and for helping to make it the greatest day- we feel so lucky to have had our special day at Paintworks! All of your recommendations were great- the food from relish was incredible and the trees made the place look just so magical!

We had our wedding at the Silk Mill in June, and couldn’t have been happier! It’s such a gorgeous venue, all our guests loved it and visiting Frome for the weekend. We loved that it’s DIY, so we were really able to make it our own with lots of personal touches. Kate, the owner, is very helpful, always on hand to answer any questions beforehand! We were lucky enough to have our ceremony outside, as well as a beautiful cocktail hour outside during golden hour, then the main mill worked perfectly for our dinner and party. We would highly recommend it for any event!

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience at House of St John’s. From the very beginning, Georgia and her team made us feel completely supported, listened to, and truly understood in terms of the kind of ceremony we wanted, everything from the overall vibe and flow to the smallest personal details that mattered to us. Every element was handled with such care and attention. From organising the cellist and flowers to planning the flow of the day, everything was executed flawlessly. Even our last minute questions had already been anticipated and thoughtfully taken care of, which made the whole experience feel seamless and stress-free. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, but what really made the day exceptional was Georgia’s incredible planning and the dedication of the team. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was, how smoothly everything ran, and how well looked after everyone felt throughout the day. What could have been a nerve wracking experience was made completely calm and like a dream thanks to the team. Arriving to find my bouquet waiting for me, seeing every detail perfectly in place, it was all just so special. They even went above and beyond by helping with recommendations for our wedding dinner and thinking of things we hadn’t even considered. As a couple who originally wanted to elope, it meant so much that they were able to help us create something that still felt intimate and deeply personal, while including our closest family and friends. We will be forever grateful to Georgia and the entire team at House of St John’s for giving us such a perfect and unforgettable day. We truly couldn’t recommend them more highly.
