With its timeless architecture, elegant modern decor, and lots of natural sunlight, this venue will bring loved ones together in a gorgeous setting. Perfect for intimate festivities, House of St John's offers two lovely event rooms. The Whittington overlooking Queen Square is bathed in natural light and can accommodate up to 30 of your favourite people. For an even more private affair, The Fitzwarren offers a romantic setting that allows up to 12 guests. House of St John's is conveniently located close to Charlotte Street car park and only a ten-minute walk from Bath Spa train station.

The venue also offers two beautiful plinth arrangements, a lovely bowl of flowers for the signing table, and delicate floral decor at the entrance. Music is also provided, and an Apple Pod music system is available for use. A team member will ensure the music integrates seamlessly with your ceremony. The crew can also recommend photographers and videographers.

Phenomenal day!
We were made to feel comfortable and relaxed from the outset, and felt reassured by Amy's attention to detail. On the day, we were totally blown away by how stunning the room and venue looked. The flowers were beautiful, and the backdrop to the venue (Queen Square) added some extra glamour to the day. We also paid to have their resident Cellist play our favourite songs for us as I walked down the aisle, which was lovely.
The team seemed genuinely happy and excited for us on the day, and it was clear that they wanted to make sure we had a fantastic time. Everything went smoothly on the day in terms of timings, and we appreciated being able to enjoy a celebratory glass of bubbles in the sunny courtyard. Some of our guests also enjoyed looking at the history of the building (as you can see evidence of shelling from WW2). We were even allowed to bring our Dog!
We had great feedback from our friends and family (and even our Photographers!) on the beauty and quality of the venue, and would not hesitate to recommend this secret spot to other couples who are looking to get married. Being one of the first full weddings at the House, it was a testament to how well the team did, as you'd have thought they'd done this a hundred times before!
We can't thank Amy and the team enough, and will cherish the memories of this day forever.
