Winter wedding
The hotel itself is beautiful, full of character, charm and warmth, but it’s the staff who truly make it exceptional. Every single person we encountered was friendly, helpful and genuinely invested in making our day special. The reception team catered to every little request, always with a smile.
The bridal suite was amazing. It was the perfect space for getting ready with my bridesmaids, light, spacious and so comfortable. The team brought breakfast and coffee up on a tray, and later delivered bacon butties to keep us all going. Those thoughtful touches made the morning feel relaxed, fun and memorable.
A huge thank you must go to Karen, who supported us throughout the entire planning journey. She was superb, organised, reassuring, warm and always just a message away when we needed anything. In the run up to the big day and on the day itself, she checked in regularly, made sure everything ran smoothly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy at every stage.
The food was fantastic, the atmosphere perfect and the whole experience faultless. We truly could not have chosen a better venue for our winter wedding.
Thank you to everyone at The Norfolk Arms for giving us the most incredible day. We would recommend this venue to any couple looking for a stunning location with a brilliant team who genuinely care.
