From Stacey herself, to the wonderful Jess who managed our day and the amazing Katie as well as all of the amazing helpers who joined in the evening, every single person was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everything ran so smoothly from beginning to end. There were so many little things happening behind the scenes that we didn’t even have to think or worry about - which is exactly what you want on your wedding day! Having Jess and the team there meant we could completely switch off, enjoy every second and just be present with each other and our guests. We never had to wonder what was happening next or worry whether something had been forgotten because they were always one step ahead. They were so friendly, organised, attentive and genuinely lovely to have around. Even as the evening got busier, everything continued to run seamlessly thanks to the extra helpers who came in and worked so hard behind the scenes. You don’t realise until your wedding day just how valuable an amazing wedding coordinator and team are, and we genuinely don’t know what we would have done without them. They took so much pressure away from us and played such a huge part in making our day as special and stress-free as it was. Stacey, Jess, Katie and the entire team - thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Our day was everything we could have dreamed of, and we are so incredibly grateful for everything you did for us. I have to give Jess a special mention for being so patient and understanding with us when we were incredibly overwhelmed! Including all the little things that you don’t appreciate at the time, like calming me down before I walked down the aisle, making sure my veil is always fluffed to fanning me when I mentioned that it was hot! Before the wedding, Stacey went through every single detail with us, and prompted us to think through some details we would’ve missed otherwise. She completely understood how we wanted the day to flow, and from a couple of weeks before the wedding took the reins on everything. Contacting all our suppliers, and making sure everything was set.
On the day, the whole team were phenomenal. They made sure everything was seamlessly organised and coordinated. Stacey had told us “you shouldn’t need to worry about anything except enjoying your day” and how true that was. Her team are so competent and professional, and knew exactly when to just make decisions. Everything flowed absolutely perfectly, they’d thought of everything, and managed to keep us on track for timings. It’s true that the day flies by and is a wonderful whirwind, and it was incredible that we could just enjoy it all, without worrying about a single thing, knowing that everything was in good hands I could go on about everything the team did and I know there are also probably lots of things they sorted without us even being aware.
The biggest, heartfelt thank you for everything. They made our day just perfect, and allowed us to enjoy every second.

We were lucky enough to have the Stacey Page team help us with our wedding day. Jess and Stacey were a great help getting things in order before the big day and helped us identify any issues beforehand. Jess and Tash were fantastic on the day! They were so friendly, helpful and on hand to deal with anything and everything. A special thank you to them for recording some funny moments on the day and the swans for my mum who's very happy with the little video you got for her. Working alongside Stacey at a recent wedding at Minstead Lodge was an absolute pleasure.

With temperatures soaring during the heatwave, we needed to rethink the usual cake delivery arrangements to ensure the cake stayed in perfect condition. Stacey and I worked closely together and decided that the best solution was for me to deliver just 45 minutes before the cake cutting. Everything was timed to perfection – I was quietly snuck in, able to set up and decorate the cake, and the happy couple were completely unaware that anything different had happened!

When I arrived, Stacey had already ensured the cake table was in place and the beautiful flowers were waiting ready for me to decorate the cake. It was seamless.

I have worked with many wedding professionals over the years, but Stacey’s organisation is genuinely on another level. Thanks to the information Stacey provided, I (Nanny Sam’s Cakes) was able to prepare alternative cupcakes for guests who couldn’t enjoy the wedding cake, ensuring that everyone was included in the celebrations.

I’ve known Stacey for a number of years, so it was wonderful to finally have the opportunity to work alongside her. She is calm, organised, professional and completely dedicated to making each couple’s day run flawlessly.

If you’re planning your wedding and want someone who will take away the stress, think of every little detail and allow you to simply relax and enjoy your day, I can’t recommend Stacey and her team highly enough.

Where to even start !? It is hard to put into words how grateful we are to Stacey and her team for what they helped us achieve on our wedding day. When we first booked our venue we realised quite quickly how much organising, orchestrating and logistical planning was about to be required and the overwhelm was real! But as soon as Stacey stepped in, I can describe the relief we instantly felt, as we knew we would be in the most capable hands possible.

In the lead up to the wedding, especially in the last few days before, Stacey was on call/in hand to ask/do/advise on everything and anything - all we had to do was text her and we would have an instant answer. I have never known anyone so organised! Because she has so much experience, she could help advise and answer even the silliest, smallest, most obscure questions we had! Everything was noted down in our mega wedding planning document and updated in real time which was such a seamless way to get everyone on the same page.

And now for the actual event… if anything at all went wrong on the day, we didn’t know about it, as Stacey and her team were constantly one step ahead. We have never experienced the advanced operations of an events team like this - from the team being able to talk to each other through earpieces and get things done/ carried over/ sorted from one end of the (very big) venue to the other; to having pretty much every item available on hand for an ‘emergency’ (shoes, scissors, tape, you name it), to getting everyone in the right place at the right time. All I did was turn up on the day and I was guided from one point to the next without having to think or worry about a thing.

And as for the team themselves - not only highly competent but amazing energy, fun, friendly - they reinforced the fun, relaxed vibe that we wanted at our wedding! We had several of our guests come to us just to say how brilliant Stacey’s team had been looking after them. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was done with such good grace.

All there is left to say is that I honestly don’t think you could put a price on the kind of service and value we received from Stacey - our day, as much as we would have planned everything to a tee, could not have run the perfect way it did had we not had this support. For anyone hesitant about needing a coordinator or event planner for their big day or special occasion, please don’t think twice - it is absolutely invaluable. It has been such a brilliant experience to work with Stacey and her team in the planning for and on the day of our wedding. Stacey's knowledge and expertise was invaluable to us in preparing for our reception at Church Farm Tithe Barn in Wiltshire. She was so friendly, supportive to our vision and helped us make decisions, including giving suggestions of local suppliers. This was all particularly helpful as we don't live locally to the venue. We went to a wedding showcase that Stacey organised at another venue last Summer and this was also so helpful, meeting some amazing suppliers and Stacey and her team in person.

On the day, Hannah and the rest of the team were fantastic. Their coordination and organisation ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy our day. All the staff were friendly, warm and professional.

We would highly recommend you hire Stacey for all your wedding planning/coordination needs!

Stacey held our hand though the wedding process from start til finish and we don’t know what we would have done without her. The month before the wedding, at the height of our stress, Stacey came in and took a weight off our shoulders, contacting all of our suppliers, communicating detail confirmation and chasing for information. We were really struggling towards the end but Stacey was available via WhatsApp and email for all of our concerns and worries.

On the day, where do I even begin!? Stacey and her team arrived so early, organised all of our signage, snacks, guests, suppliers and schedule without us having to lift a finger. We were able to enjoy the day without any of the event planning stress because of Stacey and her team. They even helped us clean up wine spillages on the dance floor and carry our very heavy cake back to the kitchen!!

Everyone in Stacey’s team were so lovely. They made sure we were well fed and had a moment to ourselves, they even held a tray of canapés for us whilst we got some food in in between events 🙈

If we were to do it all over again, Stacey and her team would be the supplier we would choose over and over again. Thankyou so much for your help, your support and helping us throughout the day!!

We really won the lottery with Stacey and her team! When we started planning, we didn't know of Stacey, but once we booked The Barn at Avington, which is the dream venue btw, we were told we got Stacey and her team, as our coordinators on the day! The lead up to the wedding Stacey was amazing, made us feel sooo comfortable and excited!! I'm a huge control freak and I was so worried about having to let go of things and have the team take over, but with Stacey and the SP Team, I knew we were in safe hands.
The service before during and the pack down of the wedding was incredible. Everything was considered and organised so well, from our quick-fire family photos to Stacey’s genius plan of doing a receiving line on the way out of the drinks reception to make sure our guests started to make their way to their seats on time.

We received so many compliments from our guests about Stacey and Ali and how brilliant they were. The fact that we are still WhatsApp-ing 2 months after the wedding tells you all you need to know – Stacey genuinely cares about the couples she works with.
