They work closely with you in the weeks and months beforehand to fully understand your plans, suppliers, and priorities, transforming all of your ideas into a detailed, structured schedule that ensures the day flows effortlessly.

From final supplier check-ins and timeline management to setup, styling, and discreet problem-solving, Stacey and her team take care of every detail behind the scenes. On the day, they become the heartbeat of your celebration, guiding the wedding party, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly so you can simply enjoy the occasion.

For couples seeking complete support from start to finish, Full Planning is also available. This service covers every aspect of the journey from initial concept and supplier sourcing through to on-the-day coordination , offering total peace of mind and a beautifully streamlined experience throughout.

In addition, Power Hours (pay-as-you-go planning sessions) are perfect for couples who are organising their own day but would love some professional input. These one-to-one video sessions provide reassurance, supplier recommendations, and expert advice at any stage of your planning.

DIY weddings are our speciality, such as garden marquee and barn weddings. However, we have worked in many locations such as manor houses, hotels, restaurants, churches, registry offices etc

How do you work?

We offer, full planning assistance, on the day management and power hours! There will always be a minimum of 2 coordinators on the day itself unless more coordinators are needed or requested

The Incredible SP Team

We really won the lottery with Stacey and her team! When we started planning, we didn't know of Stacey, but once we booked The Barn at Avington, which is the dream venue btw, we were told we got Stacey and her team, as our coordinators on the day! The lead up to the wedding Stacey was amazing, made us feel sooo comfortable and excited!! I'm a huge control freak and I was so worried about having to let go of things and have the team take over, but with Stacey and the SP Team, I knew we were in safe hands.
The service before during and the pack down of the wedding was incredible. We couldn't have asked for a better team to run our wedding day, help the guests and suppliers out, plus having a little boogy with at the end of the night. Oh, I just want to do it all over again! Thank you so much to Stacey and the wonderful team of ladies that helped on the day. We love you!! Love the Murphy's

Could not have asked for more!!! Absolute Superstar!

I honestly cannot thank Stacey and her amazing team enough! From the very beginning, Stacey was an absolute superstar — professional, calm, and always one step ahead. She helped with every part of the planning process, from keeping us organised to contacting suppliers and making sure no detail was missed. Her support was invaluable, and I genuinely couldn’t have done it without her.

On the day itself, the entire team was incredible. Everything ran like clockwork, and they did it all with big smiles and such professionalism. We didn’t have to worry about a thing — they handled everything behind the scenes so smoothly that we could just relax and enjoy every moment.

If you're looking for someone who truly cares, goes above and beyond, and brings a dream team with her, Stacey is the one. We’re so grateful for everything she did to make our day absolutely perfect!

The best!!!

I don't even know where to begin to thank you Stacey, from the minute we booked you I knew we'd done the right thing!

As an over planner you definitely put me at ease and I knew I would have nothing to worry about on the day. Everyone has told me how fab you were on the day, stepping in when the caterers were short staffed, running yourself ragged making sure everyone had the best time and everything was sorted.

Everyone there absolutely loved you and it truly felt like you were one of the family, thank you SO much for all your help and support, we love you! xx

We are so grateful to have had Stacey as our wedding coordinator – I honestly can’t say enough good things! We both agreed, that hiring Stacey was hands down one of the best investments we made for our wedding. We had the best day of our lives and having Stacey and Ali there on the day meant we could enjoy our day to the absolute max!

From our very first meeting, it was clear that Stacey was not only professional but also genuinely passionate about making our day exactly what we wanted. Not to mention that we got on like a house on fire!

Stacey was on hand to help with our planning when needed, I booked in a power hour call about 9 months out from the wedding which was exactly what I needed to keep me on track with planning. We had our final details call around 2 weeks before the wedding and it was the best feeling to hand over all of our suppliers to Stacey at that point, knowing it was all in hand and she knew exactly how we envisioned our day running.

On the day of the wedding, Stacey and Ali went above and beyond. They handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy our special day literally zero stress. Everything was considered and organised so well, from our quick-fire family photos to Stacey’s genius plan of doing a receiving line on the way out of the drinks reception to make sure our guests started to make their way to their seats on time.

We received so many compliments from our guests about Stacey and Ali and how brilliant they were. The fact that we are still WhatsApp-ing 2 months after the wedding tells you all you need to know – Stacey genuinely cares about the couples she works with.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stacey and her team, and if you are considering getting a wedding co-ordinator, just do it! Thank you for making our wedding day unforgettable!
