Owner Ian will collaborate with you at each stage of planning to ensure he captures each beautiful moment of your wedding timeline. He will focus on candid moments throughout your session until the all-important group shots and portrait walk. Ian Barsby Photographer offers bespoke packages that will be tailored to your needs. Their coverage includes your getting-ready activities, ceremony, wedding breakfast, portraits, cake-cutting, first dance, and more. Approximately one month after your event, you will receive your high-resolution images via an online gallery and a custom USB and box. Your package also includes two large canvas prints to display proudly in your home and cherish forever.

How far in advance should I contact you?

I would encourage you to contact me as soon as you have booked your venue. I do have openings for weddings this year. (2022)

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

What is the charge for traveling?

Weddings within 40 miles from my base in Loughborough carry no extra charge. Weddings further afield incur a 0.50p per mile fee. Also, overnight accomodation fees are charged where applicable

I shoot in an unintrusive, photojournalistic style, capturing all the magic, along with those natural, authentic moments, some of which you didn't even notice!

What kind of equipment do you use?

Throughout your wedding, I always carry two Canon DSlr cameras and Canon L lenses to achieve the sharpest imagery

Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?

Yes, i have a gallery on my website and a password protected page where you can view your wedding images

What's the delivery time for a photographic report?

Any hours spent shooting after my agreed finish time are charged at £50 per hour

What are the forms of payment?

At the time of booking, a 50% non refundable deposit, with the balance becoming payable one week before your wedding date. I can accept Paypal, bank transfer and most types debit/ credit cards

How do you work?

I discreetly capture events as they unfold, but I work closely with you to ensure any pre planned images are beautifully recorded. I am easy going, reliable and always professional
