From the moment we met with Ben, we knew he was the one we wanted to photograph our wedding. After a couple of months of meeting various photographers we stumbled across Ben and we are so glad we did! He came to our house and showed us past wedding photos and passionately talked about his ideas of how to perfectly capture a wedding day. The biggest difference to the other photographers is that Ben was enthused about all things wedding and his passion and relaxed nature won us over. As part of the wedding package he did a pre-wedding shoot. This was perfect, as it got us used to having his fancy camera focused on the two of us. It was fun and relaxed and we were really pleased with the end product, which only made us more excited about the big day and the photos he would capture. To the big day. Ben was with us from 10am until 10.30pm! He didn't just capture the first dance and leave, he stayed and shot a whole lot more. He was exactly as he was from our first meeting, relaxed and informal, blending in with our guests and capturing some amazing shots. Even though he photographed everything that happened, we didn't really notice him throughout the day, which is a real credit to his style. It was the perfect day and all of it was captured by Ben. Only a couple weeks after the wedding Ben came over ours to show us the photos, which are just wow!! After seeing them really capturing the story of our day, I can happily say he is 100% worth every penny we paid for him. It made us realise, that photography is a real art and Ben is a real artist in his field.

Benjamin is an extremely talented wedding photographer and has so much energy, enthusiasm and passion. Benjamin offers an engagement shoot which is a good time to get used to working with him and being in front of the camera, the photos also make a nice keepsake. Benjamin and his wife Zoe are so friendly, down to earth and are very good at putting you at ease on the day itself. They fitted into our day perfectly and mingled with our guests, getting some great natural shots! A number of our guests commented on what a great photographer we had (which we fully agree with) but it was also the little touches throughout the day that our guests didn't see that makes Benjamin a one-off...making sure all parts of the day where captured (our favours, table settings, Something New, Old, Borrowed & Blue for example), laughing off the rain, helping me with an essential shoe change, helping to keep the grooms nerves at bay...the list is endless! If you're looking for a photographer who can tell a story through the photos captured, Benjamin is your photographer! We decided not to book a videographer and we didn't need one, Benjamin's photos tell the story perfectly!! Watching the slide show he put together for us brought back great memories and I got emotional as it took me straight back to the day itself. The USB of photos and prints Benjamin provides are beautifully presented in a lovely keepsake box. We are so pleased we booked Benjamin as our wedding photographer and highly recommend him!
