Indigo Images is about telling a photographic story of your day in the most natural way possible. Our mission is to capture the originality, emotion and narrative of the special day with a documentary approach. We pride ourselves on our fresh, personal and intimate style rather than set-up or 'posed' approaches to wedding photography. Capturing the key moments of the day in an unobtrusive and stylish way. Looking for the moments that are so often missed in wedding photography. Striving to provide all the intimacy, humour, friendship and personality of the couple, the guests and the day.
When we shoot we are a quiet group, with a specialism that is photographing people and their interaction. We offer a range of services from beautiful bespoke wedding albums, picture frames and pre-wedding shoots. The team will arrive before the wedding ceremony to capture the bride and groom's preparations. We shoot throughout the day, from start to finish, at all the key moments and well on into the evening activities so no moment is missed. Being a creative documentary photographer is more than just capturing what is happening. It is about translating something completely intangible into a photographic story. It is about taking a step back and allowing character and individuality to thrive. The only time you’ll see us directing is during the essential family group shots and the couples shoots. Where we will construct the narrative. Placing the couple in natural scenarios so as to create images for and about the couple. This balance requires finesse, compassion, creativity and above all kindness and consideration. Beautiful, natural and unobtrusive photography, telling the story as it happens.
Each album Indigo Images produce is a completely bespoke collection, and you will consult with their experienced and dedicated team on your exact requirements.

We have couples booking us from 2 years to 2 months before their day. So anytime is fine. Earlier the better though!
Yes! Multiple wedding days are no problem.
Yes we have travelled worldwide doing our work.
Transport+Accommodation, everything will be agreed upon before hand.
We provide a documentary or reportage style of photography. Driven by an ambition to produce interesting, and emotive images of a wedding day while capturing those natural fleeting moments. Weddings are full of love, excitement, humour, anxiety, and joy. An abundance of emotion that is a delight to witness and capture as a photographer. We capture precious moments without interference for all to remember.
We photograph using digital cameras
We try and blend into the background and be almost invisible so we are not influencing your day. Working around you while capturing all the moments and interaction that happen. We are thoughtful, considerate and sensitive to the monumental occasion and everyone involved.We believe that taking a step back from directing too much is the key to success. In contrast, we strive for the images to reflect the atmosphere of the day. We watch, observe, capture. Yes, all couples get a full digital online gallery that they can share with friends and family. The gallery offers full download of all images at original quality, with no watermarks. You are able to buy prints directly from the gallery as well.

Yes incase of unforeseen circumstances, a replacement photographer will be provided. You would have the choice to take on this replacement photographer, or a full refund can be arranged for you to go and make alternate arrangements yourselves.
Yes we keep copyright of the images. An NDA can be arranged if you would like us to not share your images.

£125 per person per hour, but this would be agreed upon beforehand.
50% booking deposit, 50% balance anytime upto 1 month before the event.
