I’m not sure I can even put into words how much we loved having Sweet Vibes at our wedding. Daryl was just incredible from the moment I answered the phone to him for the initial call. He completely got our vibe and promised me everyone would be up dancing…which they were! We had a call a few days before to go over details and I loved how excited Daryl genuinely was for the day! The weather perked up and we even managed to get an Ibiza sunset set outside for our drinks reception which fully set the tone for the evening! The WHOLE day of music and entertainment was outstanding and we are so so grateful Daryl helped create our special day.

I just wanted to say what a brilliant experience it was dealing with Sweet Vibes for our wedding day on 20/7/24.
Mark was one of the first people there and one of the last ones to leave! He seemed to know exactly what we wanted at basically all times and I literally can’t thank and praise him enough.
We had many video calls with him
Prior to the wedding and he really was great and was excited as we was about the wedding he really was the most genuine

We had a drone show on the evening as our entertainment and he was so interested in all plans and keen to make it happen and help whenever he could .
The booking was easy, the choice of options is vast (you can choose as many songs as you want or let him freestyle as much as he wants) and he gets to know you before hand so that he knows exactly what music you like. They were helpful in the extras pointing us in the right direction for cold sparks and confetti cannons which was amazing on the dance floor and made it even more special than I could have imagined throughout. If i could give them 6 out of 5 stars I would. Highly recommend. The best in business x

Daryl is a complete professional and showman. He was fabulous from start to finish and made our wedding so seamless as he was so helpful with anything we needed!! He even held my wine glass whilst we were having our photos done. Always had a smile on his face and always making us laugh. Couldn’t have asked for a better DJ in the evening too. Got everyone up on their feet and played some bangers!! Could not and would not recommend anyone else.

Where to start! From the first moment, Daryl was amazing. He was friendly, professional and has the most amazing personality. If you are thinking of booking them, just book it. You won’t regret it. His passion for music is incredible and his music choice was absolutely bang on. We gave him a couple of ideas of songs we liked, and he made an awesome playlist from it. Where do we even start with Daryl at Sweet Vibe Events!? If your not up for reading a long review… in short if your looking for someone who will bring the life to the party and makes all your guests think he’s actually part of your family and is able to keep the dance floor going all night long you’ve found the perfect person! We highly recommend and here’s why…

I remember doing all my research at the beginning of the wedding planning and I came across sweet vibe events and after reading reviews and looking through their instagram I knew I found the perfect person to help make our wedding day perfect to us. I told George we have a call with a DJ tonight and he is honestly perfect for our wedding, I was met with “you can’t just go for the first person you talk to” and I’m thinking oh just you wait. We called Daryl and we’re met with the most bubbly, hilarious and down to earth guy through the phone which is a tough thing to do but it came so natural to Daryl. I could see George was hooked instantly, Daryl got our vibe instantly and it felt as if we were chatting to one of our best mates. We end the call and George just looks at me and smiles… “he’s sick and we need him for our wedding”. Moral of the story… the wife is always right.

The whole process was so seamless, the online portal to having a chat in person before our big day to then the day itself. My husband and I met at a festival so music was a big deal for us and it really did come through and our guests loved it! We had Ibiza style music for the drinks reception and I was nervous some of our guests maybe wouldn’t be keep on the music but you need to do what is true to the bride and groom and not think about what other people will think. I had nothing to worry about because every single one of our guests said they loved the music we had all throughout our wedding. The Ibiza style music is exactly what you want for outdoor drinks especially around summer time because it just brings the ultimate fun vibes and it lifts everyone’s mood ten fold.

We had music on throughout the wedding breakfast which was great and created the perfect setting. One thing that I was unsure of and nervous about was doing a father daughter dance, and the way Daryl had included it was a way I’ve never seen before but it truly was one of the biggest highlights of the day and it’s a memory both myself and my dad will hold dearly for the rest of our lives. So Daryl, thank you so much!! The first dance and then the tunes for the rest of the evening were absolutely spot on! There was many of us who didn’t leave the dance floor for the entire evening because it was just tune after tune!!

If you’re still here then I think you might be hooked yourself. Daryl honestly blew it out the park and our guests LOVED him! They thought he was actually family or a close friend because of how down to earth he was, but it’s just a testament to how amazing he is not just as a person but as one of the best wedding suppliers ever!

We would absolutely recommend Daryl to anyone!
From the first time we spoke to Daryl he was friendly and upbeat - we knew he’d be a great person to have around on our wedding day.
We had Daryl for the whole day so not only was he our Dj, he coordinated the day making sure the guests were ok/knew where they were going etc and made all of our announcements for us.
Daryl was fantastic, he was there to greet us when we arrived from the church and was always checking to see if we were ok/wanted anything to eat or drink etc. He was also looking after the guests - so many guests thought he was employed by the venue as he was so efficient and helpful.
The evening was great with Daryl, we didn’t think many of our guests would dance as we had a fairly quiet crowd of people but a lot more than we expected were on the dance floor which was lovely to see and that is definitely due to Daryl’s music and the way he catered for all tastes.
Daryl is a brilliant person to have around on your wedding day as he’s so relaxed, happy and positive yet professional at the same time.
He’s an expert with his job and clearly loves it too! It’s also obvious that he wants you to have the best wedding day just as much as you do yourself!

Daryl brings so much energy, fun and great tunes! As soon as we spoke to Daryl we knew we were going to have a great night! Daryl was great at communication and the online portal was very straightforward to request songs we did or didn't want played - which saved us so much time!

Daryl set up in the morning, which was great as it did not interrupt our day at all. When Daryl arrived he was so enthusiastic and keen to get going, his energy was infectious!! We played the Mr and Mrs Game, which was a great interactive way to get the evening off to a great start and guests involved. He then played non-stop great tunes for the rest of the evening, but nothing too generic! The best thing about Daryl is that you can tell he genuinely loves what he does!! Everyone was on the dance floor (even my 90 year old Grandma!) and so many of our guests commented that he was the best DJ they had ever seen.

OMG Daryl and Sweet Vibe Events are just THE BEST!!! Music was so important to our wedding and we wanted someone to take care of the entire day whilst not just getting but keeping people up on the dance floor and Daryl did just that in abundance and more! We were super happy with our choice of Daryl and Sweet Vibe events for our wedding in September - thanks to Nina at Occasion Queens for the perfect recommendation! From our first call to our meeting nearer the time, Daryl was great - friendly, chatty, funny and a good listener - taking on board the music and type of evening WE were going for. We (I 🤣) find it hard to leave a dance floor and Daryl was willing to work flexibly with the frankly quite full playlist of favourites, as well as bringing his own additions that worked with our mixed genres. He even stepped up to the challenge of creating a successful first dance hybrid!!

Daryl was the ultimate professional from start to finish in the build up and on the day. Not only a safe pair of hands in terms of DJ-ing and understanding of the nuances of wedding evening energy, but also in other important parts of our wedding day which were vital in helping it run smoothly - timeliness, organisation, inclusivity, and amazing presentation of the DJ setup to fit with our theme.

As soon as we had our very first chat with Daryl we knew we had to have him as our wedding DJ. We had to postpone twice due to Covid and both times the new date absolutely hung on his availability... we weren't going ahead without him! He changed dates without issue and after a long 2 year delay, we finally had our long awaited party in December 2022! Every conversation we had with Daryl during the planning stages left us excited for the big day and that was a relief for me because all the delays and anxiety meant the planning wasn't terribly enjoyable. Daryl was some light relief from that! He was so flexible with our wants and needs and we had full faith the night would go smoothly and be fun for us and our guests. The music was brilliant, I danced all night and our guests were full of praise. We would absolutely book Daryl for any further events and couldn't recommend him highly enough. He clearly loves what he does, does it to a high standard and his passion is infectious!

What a DJ! We got married earlier this year in October, and the music for us was one of the most important parts of our day. We didn’t want a mellow formal vibe, we wanted full on party vibe throughout! We love music and we wanted to create a fun energetic atmosphere, and that’s exactly what we got! We was recommended to book sweet vibe events for our wedding, so we went ahead and booked a meeting with Daryl. We spoke in detail about what we wanted, and we instantly felt like Daryl knew exactly what we wanted to achieve and the kind of music we liked. So we went ahead and booked him for our big day. On the day Daryl was great! He was friendly and enthusiastic, he did the music for us for the whole day including the aisle songs! He was brilliant at organising our guests into the right rooms at the right time and also made the guys feel at ease when it was time for them to give their speeches. The music throughout the day was exactly what we wanted and the vibe was perfect! Then he introduced us for the cutting of the cake followed by the first dance, which we were both really nervous about however Daryl was amazing at getting the guests to join us on the dance floor at the right time and everything just went smoothly! Daryl played banger after banger and we did not stop dancing all night! We also hired the white Photo Booth from sweet vibe events, this was the perfect addition to our wedding, not only did the kids love it, so did the adults. There was always a queue to get in there and all the props supplied with it were really funny, you can have photos with different backgrounds it was great fun, looking back at all the photos of our guests the next day were brilliant! We originally booked Daryl for our engagement party after reading amazing reviews online and he did not disappoint! We originally booked Daryl for the evening only but ended up booking Daryl for the day as well and it was the best decision we made!

We were very clear on the music we wanted and didn’t want on our day and he listened to everything we said. We could not leave the dance floor and had so many guests saying how great the music was and how they couldn’t stop dancing despite the fact it was 28 degrees!! We also booked a saxophone player, percussionist and violinist and Darly knew exactly what music to play alongside them and we felt like we was in a club in Ibiza at one point, it was so amazing!!

On top of all of that, Daryl is such a lovely person and so helpful with any questions we had. We spoke to Daryl couple weeks before our wedding to catch up and go through the day and he gave us some helpful tips and things we needed to check with our suppliers which was so helpful, especially when you have so many things to think about.

We honestly cannot thank Daryl enough for being the best DJ we could have wished for on our special day!
