We found Dave on Hitched and chose him for our wedding last weekend after seeing all the incredible reviews online and he truly lived up to every word. From the start, he was reliable, responsive, and super organised with communication, paperwork, and pre-wedding calls. All the things that matter when planning a big event! We felt completely at ease from our first conversation and knew he’d bring exactly the right energy.
We gave a specific brief of RnB, old-school garage, funky house, a bit of hip hop/grime, and those essential 2000s club classics for our mostly millennial crowd. Fast forward to the wedding day, and we still haven’t stopped receiving compliments about the music. Our friends and family had an amazing time; Dave read the room perfectly, kept the energy high all night, and made sure the dance floor was never empty. Honestly, we only wish the party could’ve gone on longer.
The day wouldn’t have been the same without Dave hosting key moments, keeping the vibe upbeat, and getting everyone on their feet. He made it unforgettable. Thank you, Dave. We are so sad it’s all over already, but incredibly grateful for everything you did to make it special.

From start to finish Dave was such a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and responsive when we booked him in for our wedding 9 months in advance, and then in the week leading up to the wedding. We had a challenging venue to set up at logistically and this was never a problem for Dave. He was great at communicating with us and understood exactly what we wanted from the day. With some guidance on what to and what not to play, we left the rest up to Dave and the evening was perfect - the dancefloor was full all night! Such a great mix of classic wedding bangers and a few forgotten gems to keep it fresh. He was also a great MC and helped the evening to flow with announcements/shout outs. 10/10 would recommend! Dave is such a great guy. So easy going, so helpful and accommodating. He had everyone up dancing and just adapted to our very laidback go with the flow day, where we didn’t end up sticking to our times lol. We can’t thank him enough for making our wedding as amazing as it was.

We hired Dave for our wedding this weekend and he was utterly fantastic! We created our own playlist, but he was absolutely on point with all our time-specific songs! He was so helpful and accommodating with any queries we had and did everything he could to make our day extra special. Dj Dave is brilliant! Very professional. We had a phone call with him before the big day and he went through everything and was happy to answer any questions. On the day he played a great variety of music and had everyone on the dance floor. Would highly recommend, thank you so much!

Dave is a top tier DJ and professional. He understood the style of music we wanted played at our wedding perfectly, he came to the venue an hour earlier to set up and ensure the evening ran smoothly. Great interaction with the guests and overall just a great guy to have play at your wedding. Couldn’t have asked for better would 100% recommend.

Dave is absolutely fantastic. From the moment we met him he put us at ease about the music for our wedding. He wasn't able to make the day but found a fantastic person (shout out to Tim!) to make sure we had the best time. We met Dave twice before the party in person over a cup of coffee and he kept in touch with us in the lead up to it. He helped us think about the run through of the day and how best to go about set up, checking out the venue and everything in advance

We hired Dave as the DJ for our wedding reception, and he was absolutely great. The dance-floor was full pretty much the entire night, which tells you most of what you need to know!

Plus, we gave him quite a complicated, detailed brief, involving a lot of non-English-language music that he would never have heard before. But he wasn’t in any way phased, mixed the different styles of music together in a way that kept everyone happy and dancing.

He also mixed two tracks together for our first dance and sent them to us beforehand so we could practice a bit. And he was always chilled, calm and super-professional. Great DJ and a top bloke.
