What is the length of time of the act?

Length of time agreed upon when to start and finish with you and your venue. An evening reception is typically 5hrs

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

We gain all the details from our catchup calls. 1 hr to setup on your day, however, I like to be set up in plenty of time co-ordinating with you and your venue for the best time to gain access

Extended finishing times can be done. Often venues have a certain finish time but feel free to talk to me if this is a possibility

Alex! What a guy! From the moment we met at the wedding fair, we both knew you would be the best addition to our wedding day, from all the prep calls to the actual wedding day your kind and caring nature shone through! Ell & Nkosi’s wedding 15/11/25 - The Lawn

We had (Alex) DJ Therapy Events at our wedding 2 weeks ago and he was fantastic from start to finish. We booked him quite last minute but he was immediate with his responses and lucky for us, available. Straight away he made us both feel at ease and we knew we were in safe hands. From the get go, I explained that we needed a real variety to suit a fusion of cultures and he absolutely made sure this brief was met. What a lovely, friendly professional guy. We had a few phone calls with him prior to our wedding so he could get to know us and get a feel for our vibe which he absolutely executed perfectly. He also worked with our live singer and sax player perfectly and contacted them prior to the wedding and just let us totally relax, something we really appreciated. Everyone LOVED the music and I’ve had so many comments after the wedding saying it was amazing and spot on. There is a reason this man has won awards! Thanks again to Alex.
We HIGHLY recommend all day long for any event and are so glad we found him 🙌🏻

Fantastic... a perfect evening to a perfect day

I cannot recommend Alex enough. We had an amazing wedding reception and guests were dancing all night. Brilliant atmosphere and the selfie pod was a massive hit!
From the youngest children to our elder guests, everyone enjoyed themselves to the fullest
Alex is a lovely guy and went above and beyond to make our evening special.Everyone said how fantastic the night was. Thank you so very much, we will never forgot this night xxx

Absolutely brilliant!

Couldn’t have asked for a better wedding DJ at all. Excellent communication and ability to bespoke the night for us. We only had a small brief and he delivered perfectly, whilst having to handle requests from all our guests! Would highly recommend!

Amazing service🤩🤩

Cannot recommend Alex enough, he was absolutely amazing from the start from booking all the way to our reception. We had regular check ins to make sure we were on the same page, went above & beyond on the night for any spur of the moment announcements. Amazing guy & amazing service, could not have asked for anything better😌😌

The best DJ 🥳 - 19.09.25 & 09.12.23

Alex is an incredible DJ, he was our DJ for our engagement party and then our wedding and I couldn’t recommend Alex more! He not only makes you feel so important he also gets to know you before any big event by setting up FaceTime calls. He always makes himself as available as possible, if I wanted to add or take off a song from my Spotify list it was never a problem. Alex didn’t just use this list he enhanced it in the best way possible and really tailored all music to our preferences. We danced all night 🩷 After our wedding everyone was asking how we found Alex, they were saying how incredible he is and he kept the party alive all night. He is also so reasonably priced and worth every penny. I’ve been to many parties and honestly Alex is by far my favourite DJ. He mixes tracks so well and makes sure everyone’s on their feet. Not only is he an incredible DJ he also brings a beautiful set up and captures moments from the day. We received reels, Instagram stories, Instagram posts and even a google drive of highlights from the wedding party night. My favourite moment was Alex personalising a song for us, I didn’t know this was possible but Alex did it. With just a nod Alex knew when to play our cake cutting song and after our first dance was sung by a live singer Alex went straight into our party favourite flawlessly. I’ve never known a DJ to go this above and beyond. Thank you Alex!

The best Dj!

Weddings are stressful, if you are lucky enough to have Alex as your DJ you do not need to worry! He is simply the best! All of our guests commented how good the music & mixies were! If we ever need a DJ again, Alex will always be our go too! Thank you for an amazing evening! xx

Great service, even better results!

We choose Alex as our content creater and evening DJ for our wedding and honestly it couldn't have gone better, Alex was very professional and met up with us to discuss plans for our big day. He done a great job on the day, had all the guests up and dancing in the evening! He captured the most memorable parts of our wedding day, Would highly recommend, five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great service from Alex

It was so easy and enjoyable to work with Alex to plan our wedding. He was always available for a video call or to chat on email throughout the process, which was always really reassuring. Just before our wedding, we asked if he could help with the ceremony music as well, and he also captured a lot of content through the day, which was a great bonus for us. He kept the tunes coming all night and we had a great party. The value for money was fantastic too. Thanks Alex!

Fantastic Dj and content creator - highly recommend

We chose Alex to be our wedding DJ and content creator, and it was one of the best decisions we made! He is incredibly creative and had so many fantastic ideas for our wedding. The communication with Alex was excellent; we met a few times before the big day to go over the songs we wanted and the overall vibe we were looking for, and he really delivered.

Everyone at the wedding loved the music he played! Alex also brought a 360-degree camera that captured some amazing moments, and we have some wonderful videos to remember the day. Additionally, we rented a selfie pod, which was a huge hit—our guests had a blast taking fun pictures!

We highly recommend Alex; he puts in 150% effort, and he is definitely worth the investment for your wedding day. Thank you so much, Alex, for making our day truly special!.

Could not recommend enough!!!

JUST BOOK ALEX! Honestly we couldn’t have had a better experience, Alex made everything so personal and stress free! He showed genuine care with several FaceTimes and calls leading up to the day. He managed to merge all our favourite songs (which is no easy task) whilst keeping up with a demanding bunch of guests. Set up was fantastic and everyone at the event was so complimentary of both the set up and Alex as a DJ.

Best DJ ever!

Alex stepped in for us after another DJ let us down. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and great to work with. After an initial video call to chat about what we wanted prior to booking, he meet up with us twice at our venue to discuss details, he took the time to get a real feel for the style of our wedding. He made sure every request, song and idea we had was taken care off. He was kind enough to offer to do our ceremony music too. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We had the best day and evening, largely thanks to Alex and the fun we had on the dancefloor.

Alex was incredible - more than just a DJ⭐️

Alex (DJ Therapy) was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Such a friendly, helpful person — we honestly felt like he was more than just a DJ. He really helped us with the event overall, gave great advice, was super easy to communicate with, and on the day his music was spot on!

There was always someone on the dance floor and so many people commented on how brilliant he was. We also absolutely loved the selfie pod and the setup with the light-up LOVE letters — it framed the venue perfectly.

Alex is such a skilled DJ — he doesn’t just play songs back to back, the way he mixes is incredible and really unique. He knows how to read the room and choose the right songs for every moment, and we absolutely loved it.

We’d 100% recommend him for your wedding or any event. Thank you so much, Alex, for all your support and for making our wedding reception extra special — we really appreciated it and it’s been so lovely to get to know you! ❤️

Great Party Disco

Alex kept in touch with us throughout the lead up to our wedding and got to understand what we wanted. He was punctual on the day and the service he provided included the use of a microphone for the speeches. But most importantly of all, he kept tge dance floor full throughout the reception.
