One of my favourite parts of our journey with Eleanor is that we were her first couple to choose not to read the ceremony script beforehand. We trusted her 100%, and I am so glad we did. We are struggling to really put into words how wonderful and amazing Eleanor was and is! From the moment we had our first call with her we just knew she was the perfect person to really showcase our love in the right way during our ceremony. She made the whole process so much fun, got to know us so well and truly feels like a friend to us now. Choosing Eleanor for our ceremony was the single best decision we made for the whole event! It could not have been filled with more love, humour or personality and we can’t thank her enough for what she did. She went above and beyond to get to know us and genuinely celebrate our day with us. From our first meeting, we were so comfortable with her and knew we were in good hands. She took time to surprise me with heartfelt messages from children I teach, spoke to our closest family and friends and bonded with us over our love of crazy labradors. Of all the compliments we had from guests about our day, the ceremony comes top. Many have told us it was the most memorable and romantic ceremony they’ve been to. We knew that, but good to know we aren’t just biased. The other comment I continued to receive was asking how long we had known Eleanor and the shock when I shared that she wasn’t an old friend (although she feels like one now) just an incredible celebrant who took time to truly know us. We can’t thank Eleanor enough for what she did before, during and after, including sending us special package with our ceremony included. I also need to commend her for her incredible professionalism whilst being harassed by a wasp mid-ceremony. Cannot recommend her enough and sincerely hope we have another special moment where her services will be needed again. X

When we first met Eleanor we knew that she would be perfect for our wedding, throughout the planning she got in touch regularly and pulled together an amazing ceremony filled with personal touches. Whenever we had a question or needed help with something (ie. vows) Eleanor was on hand to guide us. We both highly recommend Eleanor!

I can’t imagine having anyone else performing our wedding other than Eleanor. We booked her about 10 months out from our wedding date and from the very first 30 minute zoom call we knew we’d found the right person to marry us. Eleanor is so kind and warm and has an infectious enthusiasm for whatever your love story is. Her main priority throughout the whole process is delivering you your perfect wedding and that’s exactly what she does.
Working with Eleanor isn’t like working with a wedding supplier it’s like gaining a new best friend and an extra, super experienced, bridal party member. If you need a drama llama (someone to keep your day drama free) she’s your woman. Need help crafting the perfect timings for your aisle music she’s on hand. Need that extra confidence boost to help you write and deliver personal vows she’s got you. The WhatsApp group was going and no question was too big or small for her to help with.

Days later our friends and family are still quoting bits of our ceremony back to us. They couldn’t believe Eleanor had got to know us so well and then delivered a ceremony that captured us so perfectly as a couple.

Before I get into any detail if you are looking for someone to write your ceremony(although Eleanor is much more than that!) then don't look any further.. you have found an incredible person to work with just book her you won't regret it.

We are not religious but wanted something deep and meaningful for us both. When me and my new wife were looking for a celebrant, we didn't really know what we wanted or had that much of an idea what a celebrant does, we looked on Instagram and online met a couple of people at wedding fairs I was fairly sure that we were going to book one of them for our ceremony. I am so glad we didn't..

Eleanor gave us some more detail on the service she could offer and what it would include there was absolutely no pressure to go ahead with her but it was very clear from the start that Eleanor was going to be the right person for us, she was very open, easy to talk to about things that are obviously very personal with an amazing understanding for the nuances of individual relationships.

She made the whole experience of getting to know us fun and full of meaning and heart.

As part of getting to know us we filled out a 11-page questionnaire all about us and our lives together. I'll be honest I thought wow this is a lot, do I really need to fill this out?  But once you really start to think about the questions it draws out all the old memories feelings and emotions you have for one another.

It includes a few activities you wouldn't expect, i cannot stress enough how important it is for BOTH of you to give this your absolute all, it's more than just a bunch of random questions but a memory bank that you can look back on in years to come. It forms the backbone of your ceremony. The more you put in the more you will get out.

Eleanor used her amazing talent to write the most emotive beautiful ceremony we could have wished for; from the bottom of my heart, it really couldn't have been any better. It fit us and our relationship perfectly and just as importantly Eleanor fitted us too!

Your wedding day is such a memorable and personal day that it is absolutely essential that you really like the suppliers, vendors and people you are working with. This was extremely important for us when creating our wedding.

Eleanor helped us with so much more than just our ceremony, she offered us invaluable advice on all aspects of our wedding day, helped calm our nerves and concerns and even visited my wife the morning of our wedding day to make sure everything was in order!

Once she arrived at our venue, she helped me and my Groomsman get organised and even helped out pinning our

boutonnieres on. We had no idea what we were doing, I was a bit anxious but Eleanor arrived and it immediately felt relaxed and under control.

The first time we had met Eleanor in person was on our wedding day and it felt like I was meeting with an old friend. It was effortless and easy and totally stress free. Something your actual wedding day should definitely be.

She presented our ceremony to a crowd of people she didn't know and yet it was seamless and natural, there wasn't a dry eye anywhere including mine! She supported us both to recite our vows when the emotions got a bit much and did it with grace and without judgement.

To say planning a wedding is a bit of a mine field is a massive understatement and to get it right takes a lot of hard work and navigation of countless suppliers. There are a lot of people that are just looking to make a quick, and usually hefty pay day out of weddings. Eleanor is not one of them. She actually cares about you and what is one of the most special days of your life. You only do it once (hopefully!) And choosing the right person to help you say what you really want to say to the person you are committing the rest of your life too in our opinion is the most important part.

If you want a truly special ceremony, full of heart and soul, Eleanor has to be your celebrant, trust the process and commit to her requests you will have the most special ceremony to treasure forever.
