We had a great experience with the StyleLounge from start to finish. They were very quick to response to our emails, all really professional and punctual. Leona, Brittany and Emma were fantastic. Our make-up and hair was perfect and lasted all day and evening despite it being one of the hottest days of the year! They were all so friendly and made us feel at ease throughout. Would definitely recommend xx

Lisa is quick to take your money & doesn’t tell you that she won’t provide your stylists details or let you communicate with them. Lisa doesn’t respond to messages once deposit is paid & is extremely rude & unprofessional. She also adds extra costs on after you pay your deposit. Lots of stress and upset caused by this woman’s incompetence. Do NOT book this companies services you will likely regret it. Stylists turn up late and unprepared and communication is impossible

Emma and Emma, our hair stylist and makeup artist made the morning of the wedding feel so relaxed and fun, and we were all so pleased with the results!

Myself and my bridal party felt so beautiful all day and the makeup and hair stayed so well.

Emma W & Emma B were absolutely amazing on both my hair and make up trial and on my wedding day back in August 2024. Really approachable and happy to change / alter anything requested and made the wedding morning go really smoothly. They make you feel so special and take their time with easy person despite having a time limit, but they ran perfectly to time. An incredibly lovely experience and I would highly recommend them as wedding hair and make up artists! xxx

Absolutely amazing service! We just had our hair done for our wedding me and my bridal party. Got everyone’s visions spot on all my girls looked amazing! I was so worried about my hair due to some damage from having my hair lightened. But they did a fantastic job! Help me remain so calm on the busy morning of prep. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very understanding about changes to my wedding party (maid of honour) no longer coming 2 weeks before my wedding but the style Lounge were very accommodating to the changes I needed to make. The stylists were lovely and very helpful too.

Was so professional and made me feel at ease and beautiful for my special day ! Would highly recommend!!! Really takes time to perfect the hair style I wanted and all my bridesmaids, cannot recommend enough!

I would not recommend booking with this company at all.
Despite being an hour late on my wedding day, and being unresponsive despite numerous calls, causing me much unnecessary stress on my wedding day, no responsibility was taken for this nor did they agree to a partial refund for my maid of honour’s hair which they did not do.
As we did not know if they were even still coming due to the lack of contact we arranged for another last minute hairdresser to come out. This hairdresser did my sister’s hair. This was cited as a reason for the lack of refund, despite the fact there would have been no time for Tash to do both my sister’s hair and mine given how late she arrived.
No apology was offered and no responsibility was taken for the late arrival by Lisa. Even when seeking a refund I didn’t get a response for over a month and after 3 messages raising this. This was after my hair stylist Tash agreeing to the refund for maid of honour’s hair on the day.

Even prior to this despite numerous messages to the company I was never sent pictures of my hair styling trial despite being promised them. I had not yet decided on a final style at this point so this made it very difficult to choose.

I cannot complain about the final hair styling but communication and customer service was appalling. Do NOT book this company if you want a stress free and reliable service on your wedding day.

Hair stylist arrived hours later than planned with no equipment. She used my hair straighteners on the bride and bridesmaids, which were then damaged. After the stylist apologised and agreed to replace them, I contacted Lisa for her to make this happen. She has now stopped responding to my emails for the past few weeks, so I am without straighteners until she can resolve this. Absolutely terrible customer service.

We were planning for an elopement and were quick to get responses about what money to send and did. Still, once they had it they continued to say they had no dates for a trial and after lots of emails at two weeks before the event we had to find another stylist because clearly if we can't even get a trial how do we know they'd show up? I wish I had seen these reviews. If you cannot communicate because you are so busy don't take on a client as they provided no service but will gladly take a deposit and make you stress over being stood up on you wedding day. When told we had to go elsewhere she 'suddenly' had stylists with trial dates yet never said what date or with who and only AFTER we requested our money back. This was on them- I chased and chased and got nowhere. If you can't handle your customer load enough to give your brides a basic trial time and date then you are not offering a service you are just taking advantage. That deposit was meant to also protect my right to a paid service and as you didn't fulfill that right you are in the wrong. Stay away- we managed elsewhere and even in peak wedding time, got a trial date immediately.

I had mine and my bridesmaids hair styled by Tash on Monday for my wedding,Tash was so friendly and made us all feel at ease,she was very considerate and easy to get on with,her timing was spot on and her professionalism was outstanding,All of my bridesmaids where very happy with there hair,and she made me feel amazing,I would definitely recommend

I was very worried with 7 of us for hair and make up that something would go adrift and we’d be late, but not a chance with Emma and Tash. They were so relaxed and fun, making a 7am start for hair and make up a breeze. They gelled really well with me and my bridesmaids, making the hair and make up room feel like a sleepover. Emma did an amazing job with the make up, keeping everyone under the same classic vibe I’d asked for, but letting each of their personalities shine through. Tash was fun and efficient, not phased a jot by the sheer volume of hair me and Chelsea had!
