Meet the team
I’ll be the one looking after your wedding planning journey, right up to your special day. With over 20 years of experience in hospitality, from food and beverage to front desk and now weddings, I’ve had the joy of helping couples bring their dream celebrations to life.
No two weddings are the same, and that’s exactly why I believe in offering a personal touch. You’re not just another bride and groom. Your story is unique, and your wedding day should be too.
I’m known around the hotel for being loud, smiley, and full of energy; in fact, they say the fire doors shuts itself when I laugh too loud! So come and experience it for yourself. I can’t wait to meet you and start planning something truly special.
With over 8 years in the hotel industry, I’ve grown through every step. Building my skills, confidence, and love for hospitality along the way. Now, as Operations Manager, I’m proud to lead a dedicated team that works hard behind the scenes to create seamless, memorable experiences for every guest.
I’m deeply committed to the smooth, day-to-day running of the hotel and the success of every guest experience.
The best part of my job is helping nervous couples transform into confident newlyweds. I take pride in managing the details so they can focus on the joy of their day. It’s an honour to play such a special part in a couple’s wedding day, guiding the flow of the day, supporting the team behind the scenes, and making sure everything runs effortlessly.
Hospitality certainly keeps me on my toes. Each day unfolds differently, bringing new challenges and chances to exceed expectations.
I’ve been in the hotel world for over 20 years now, and right from the start, as a trainee in a 5-star hotel. I knew the Rooms Division was where my heart was. I’ve spent the past eight years as Reception Manager here at Aston Hall Hotel, and I’m really excited to have just stepped into my new role as Rooms Division Manager which means I now oversee and support both the Reception and Housekeeping teams.
Although I’m British born, I’ve been lucky enough to live and work on two other continents and also spend 5 years in the Caribbean, which has given me so many experiences (and a bit of a mixed-up accent!). It also means the question I get asked the most is: “So, where are you from?” and I never get tired of answering it!
