What an absolute BABE Lara is 💕

From the second I arrived at her house for my trial, I knew I’d picked the right stylist! She made me feel at complete ease, was so personable and friendly from the get-go and she just fully understood me and my vibe. We did two different hairstyles at the trial and I came away wanting both!!!! Turns out a month later I had done a total u-turn and wanted something completely different so we risked it on the morning of the wedding and it paid off - there were lots of tears when Lara showed me in the mirror! It was everything I could have dreamed of and more. I felt like a princess 🥰 (and not only did she smash this hairstyle, she was able to colour match my hair perfectly from photos and videos we’d taken from the trial, as the style I wanted required extensions for volume!)… the trials didn’t go to waste though as my bridesmaids decided to go for the hairstyles I had at my trial! Lauren also helped with this and did such an amazing job with my girls - everyone felt and looked so beautiful and I’m truly grateful for both of you 🩷

I loved my wedding hair. I had my hair up with a small amount of hair extensions to make it look thicker. Lara was on time and professional, fast and everyone said my hair was perfect. Thanks so much Lara!

Lara did the most amazing job with our hair for the wedding! She was so warm, friendly, and made everyone feel completely at ease. She was incredibly flexible with everyone’s different needs and last-minute requests, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

I booked Lara for my wedding in May & I am so happy I did. Lara was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish and I am so incredibly grateful to her for making my wedding hair inspo a reality! From the minute we met at the trial she put me entirely at ease, helping me with my ideas, giving me different options of the style I wanted and helped with how to encorporate my veil. Her communication throughout went above & beyond with so many helpful haircare and general wedding morning/wellbeing tips.
Nothing was too much trouble and any question was answered so promptly - Lara you are just so lovely in every way!

Fast forward to the big day and I had Lara & Alice from her team to do my hair, my mum's and my bridesmaids. Due to some last minute hiccups with our accomodation we had quite a small space to work with which Lara & Alice worked around seamlessly and put myself and all my girls at ease throughout the morning.

My finished hair look was EVERYTHING I could have wanted and more. I absolutely loved it. All of my bridesmaids adored their beautiful up-do's and Lara did such a gorgeous blow dry for my Mum also. Lara even joined me upstairs to help with getting into my dress (thank you for being so wonderful just as the nerves kicked in) and helped me get my veil on. Every single style she and Alice created stayed all day, all of the bridesmaids hair was still perfect right up to the last dance of the night. I couldn't have loved my hair more Lara and thank you for everything.

Lara goes above and beyond and is a calming influence in the happy chaos of a wedding morning, whilst creating the most beautiful looks. Lara - you truly are amazing!

Krystyna and Natasha were absolute stars in transforming my bridal party. They were really flexible and understood the brief of exactly what all 7 of us envisioned! They were a joy to get ready with and slotted into my hectic friendship group and hyped us up!

Before leaving for the wedding they gave me a little touch up kit with lipstick, setting powder and mints - such a good idea and really appreciated.

Everything about using Lara Stokes was absolute professionalism and perfection.
I felt in safe hands throughout the entire process! I felt listened to and beautiful when sat down in the chair in front of the mirror both during my trial appointment and on my special day! Nadezhda was responsible for my makeup and showered me with confidence, while Lauren turned my hair into a work of art!

Lara and Kathryn were absolutely amazing on my wedding day! They made the whole morning feel so calm and relaxed while creating the most beautiful hair and makeup for me, my maids of honour, and the mums. Everyone was so happy with their looks, and they lasted perfectly all day.

When you start the planning stage of your wedding, you want everything to be perfect and you always have a picture in your head of how your hair style will be something out of a dream or a fairy-tale. Lara was that amazing person / hair stylist who could achieve that and put all the magical touches needed to make you look like the princess you've always pictured. Lara is incredible on both a personal and a professional level and you'll see that the minute you speak to her in the consultation stages, not only she'd get creative with you, but also she will be really flexible and cool in general. The cherry on top is, she makes everyone feels so comfortable and creates a great vibe when you're getting ready and you will feel such a great buzz. We got married a week ago and had Krystyna for my hair and makeup. I just can’t thank her enough, I have never felt so confident in how I looked and she was so lovely. The whole process was brilliant and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you!

From the first email asking if Lara had any availability on the date of my wedding, to the goodbye before I headed to the church, Lara was phenomenal. She is super responsive, and sends lovely emails with tips and reassuring words in the run up to the wedding. I had to move my trial around several times and Lara was nothing but accommodating. The trial was brilliant and when I made one or two minor changes to the brief Lara was more than happy to discuss and helped me ask for the right pre-wedding haircut. On the day, Lara was great fun and a reassuring presence. The hair style was perfect and I couldn't have been happier. Thank you!

One of the things I found most valuable about working with Lara was her professionalism and level of communication - she was always quick to reply and was so organised when it came to providing information, asking for information, sending invoice details and advice before the day. I found this so helpful, especially when everything starts to get so busy.

I loved meeting Lara at my trial, we had such a lovely conversation as she did my hair and this meant that on the day, it felt like having a friend there with you.

Lara really cared about ensuring I was happy with my look and encouraged me to be honest with any feedback. This ensured that on the day, my hair was just how I wanted it and my mum and bridesmaid loved theirs too.

I had Nadezhda style my hair, and I honestly couldn't have been happier with the result! From my initial trial to the wedding day, I felt completely at ease, and despite being someone who isn't used to getting their hair or makeup done, I still felt like me.
