On behalf of my parents, husband and I, I would like to say a huge thank you for all the time and effort you put into making our evening reception such an enjoyable success. Every member of your team were professional, helpful and friendly. You couldn't do enough to accomodate our requirements and we really are very grateful. Many guests commented on how tasty and well presented the buffet was, so please pass on our compliments to the Chef and kitchen staff. Well done Ashley for the setup or the room - it looked stunning! You also did a great job on the night to keep things running smoothly. We would happily recommend the Aztec Hotel to any potential Bride and Groom after having such a wonderful experience ourselves. A big thank you to all involved.

Everything went very smoothly...
My Husband and I recently got married at the Aztec Hotel and Spa in Bristol. Our very first visit to the hotel was made extra special with the warm and friendly staff congratulating us on our engagement and while we were waiting for someone to come and discuss weddings we were given complimentary glasses of champagne as a congratulations. After discussions and looking around the hotel and the lovely grounds we naturally chose the hotel to host our special day. We had a fabulous day everything went very smoothly with a big thanks to everyone at the hotel, and they didn't just make us feel special they really looked after all of our guests. Everything was perfect just how we wanted, the food, the drink even special dietary requirements were taken care. We would thoroughly recommend the Aztec Hotel and Spa. Thank you again to everyone we have some fabulous memories to treasure.

brilliant organisation
We wanted to write a short note to say Thankyou for making our wedding on 14TH September so special. Everything was organised brilliantly and the day went so smoothly it was perfect. Couldn't have gone better
We can honestly say that the day couldn't have gone better and everything was perfect, from the moment we arrived on Saturday until we left on the Sunday Afternoon we were looked after by your staff and most importantly made to feel comfortable and relaxed in the Hotel. The Wedding Breakfast itself was superb and everything we asked for happened in the most organised way, this was down to our brilliant MC - Chris Mariette and his team, who kept the afternoon running smoothly, giving the most excellent service.

We are writing to congratulate and thank all of your staff for all their hard work in making our Daughters Wedding Reception on Saturday a great success. The pre-wedding meetings with Lindsey Williams were held in a very courteous & professional manner, which resulted in the detail planning being spot on during the day. Last year my Husband & I were married and held our reception at the Aztec Hotel where we received a service far beyond our expectations. The staff present on the day were both polite and extremely efficient. As part of our Wedding Package, we received a free nights stay at the hotel on our first anniversary. On our arrival one of you Managers greeted us and wished us an enjoyable stay, on entering our room we were pleasantly surprised to find a gift and card from the hotel. In the evening we dined in your restaurant where Chris greeted us and spent some time talking to us reflecting on our Wedding last year and ensured that we received a complimentary glass of Champagne. We both enjoyed our second stay with you and feel the service was first class, we have no hesitation in praising the Aztec Hotel to the hilt both on our wedding day and a year after the event.
