The Kensington Photographer specializes in wedding photography and videography, offering a candid, documentary-style approach to capture natural moments.
Our unobtrusive style allows us to blend into the background, ensuring that the wedding day is documented authentically as it unfolds. We provide both color and black-and-white images, giving clients a comprehensive collection of memories. Our team is committed to delivering the full wedding gallery and videos within 14 working days.
Our work has been featured in publications such as Love My Dress, Rock My Wedding, and Coco Wedding Venues.
Our packages include:
- Next day teaser photo for your social media
- A USB flash drive with all of your wedding photos and videos
- All photos are stored on your own Online Gallery, enabling you to download and print all your photos
- Aerial drone footage of parts of the day and the location (permissions, location, and weather dependent). *Drone footage permission must be provided by the couple, and the required certificates supplied by us upon request. )
- Express turnaround time – 14 working days to receive all photographs
- All pictures in Colour and Black & White
- White Leatherette Photo book, includes 50 pictures, 15cms x 15cms
- Morning preparation photography includes both partners (Time permitting)
- You will also receive your own personalised App, with your 50 favourite wedding photos
- Bonus Gift ‘Wedding Photography Planner’, a digital downloadable book, to help you plan your day
- Payment plans available upon request
- Low affordable deposit of only £200 (non-refundable)

Jackie captured our perfect day
I must admit that when I won a competition with Kensington Photography, I was initially concerned that it might be too good to be true. However, from the very beginning, the team were communicative, transparent, and reassuring, clearly explaining the package and what to expect throughout the process.
On our wedding day, Jackie arrived on time and instantly felt more like a friend than a supplier, making everyone feel comfortable and relaxed from the start.
Her photography skills are incredible, and she captured our day and us so beautifully. Jackie was organised and ensured no important shots were missed, while also being fantastic at directing us when we weren’t quite sure what to do in front of the camera. She was always checking whether there were any additional photos we wanted, showing how much she cared about capturing every special moment.
The finished photos exceeded all our expectations. They look so natural, with a beautiful rustic style that perfectly reflects our day and personalities.

Everything we wanted
These guys were incredible. Not only would I say they delivered what we wanted they also delivered what they said they would which I have not found with all of our suppliers. They did candid shots but also delivered on covering the angles/ ideas we shared. The memories captured are beautiful so we both highly recommend them! Thank you 🙏 - Nat and Tom

A relaxed day with photos to match!
We aren’t ones to pose for photos and the thought of posing for a stream of photos made me nervous!
Damien was amazing and kept the whole process relaxed with amazing photos throughout the day. We didn’t even realise he was there at points as he blended in with our family and friends so we can’t wait to see what shots he got! Damien even put together a reel when we paused to eat which beautifully reflected the first part of our day.
We’ve received our next day photos which are beautiful and we can’t wait to receive the rest!
We would 100% recommend

No words to explain how incredible!
We couldn’t have asked for a more amazing photography team for our wedding. From the very beginning, their responsiveness and kindness made everything so easy, and on the day they made us feel completely at ease and comfortable.

Fantastic day with our photographer’s
We honestly don’t know where to begin thanking Mick and Jordan for the most amazing day picturing our wedding. Mick was brilliant! He put me at ease from meeting him and seamlessly blended into our day. My husband and groomsmen have all expressed they had a particularly humorous day with Jordan and we are truly grateful for having them both. We honestly could not have asked for a better photographer.
From the very beginning, the experience was seamless, warm and incredibly professional, but what truly blew us away was the artistry of the work. The photos are simply stunning. Every single image feels thoughtful, beautifully composed and full of emotion. You didn’t just capture moments, you captured the feeling of the day.
What we appreciated most is how many details you caught that we didn’t even get to see ourselves. So many small, meaningful moments, reactions, little in between glances, all preserved so naturally. Looking through the gallery felt like reliving the entire day from a completely new and even richer perspective.
The turnaround time was also unbelievable. Having teasers, social media content and even a set of photos the very next day was beyond anything we expected. It meant we could share and relive the joy almost instantly, which made such a difference.
And on top of all of that, you were an absolute pleasure to work with. Friendly, calm, professional and so easy to have around, you blended into the day perfectly while still guiding us when needed.

Highly recommend!
Mick was absolutely fantastic on our wedding day, capturing beautiful photos all day. He was friendly and talkative right from the moment he arrived, and clearly has a lot of experience.
I'm so happy with all our shots - a whopping 750, all in both colour and black & white! We received around 10 previews within 24 hours, and the whole gallery within 2 weeks. A great service provided.

Mick was fantastic, you didn’t really notice him on the day, he had this way of capturing everything yet being invisible! He was polite, professional and very talented!

Emotive, natural photography without breaking the bank
My husband and I were quite particular about this choice, as we are both interested in photography ourselves. We wanted someone who could capture the day in an emotive, natural, and romantic way without breaking the bank. Our photographer on the day, Mick, was incredibly friendly and easy to work with, often quietly moving behind the scenes, leaving everyone and everything undisturbed and natural. The communication, photography turnaround period, and quality of the images were all fantastic, and we are thrilled with our decision to have hired them!

Amazing photos and the best photographer
We just had our photos back from The Kensington Photographer, and have been blown away! Martin has been amazing from start to finish! Thank you again! You are brilliant ! He captured our day so perfectly, and he did exactly what we asked him to do. His attention to detail is just incredible! He had some really good ideas as well as making sure he followed our requests for some candid shots. He is very professional, friendly and has a great sense of humour! Couldn’t fault it! If you are looking for amazing photos and a professional service, look no further!
I would also like to thank Jason, who was so amazing throughout the booking process. I had many questions and he always answered them so promptly. Super professional and friendly!

Amazing photography and videography!
We would definitely recommend The Kensington Photographer to anyone who is searching for their wedding day.
The guys arrived on time and got going straight away.
We have some really amazing photos from our day which is wonderful to look back on and the videos are just as special - I'd really recommend having a videographer, it really helps you re-live the day which is so key as the day goes so fast and you feel like you're in a bubble all day so it can be hard to take it all in!
Only thing I'd suggest is having a short 20 minutes to get some photos with your guests/friends - we had lots of lovely group shots with family and I forgot to get many other photos with our guests! I also forgot to ask for a few individual shots with me and my bridesmaids/maid of honour individually so again maybe just take a little extra time than I did to think about these photos beforehand - either way, we still have lots of lovely memories to look back on but there could just be a few extra shots that would have been great to have professionally!

Amazing! Book them
This company is amazing from start to finish, my photographer listened to all my visions and created the most perfect moments, even down to a fake sunset. His attention to detail was nothing less than perfect.
