Based in Maidstone, Kent, Ashleigh Buntings Hair provides elegant creative hairstyles for brides and their bridal party, on their special day. Owner Ashleigh boasts over 15 years of experience in the hairdressing industry and completed her initial training in a top London Salon.
She has been a bridal hair specialist for 5 years, and won 6 awards so far!
She was recently one of the selected Judges for the Kent wedding awards - which was a HUGE honour!
Ashleigh attends regular training programmes with well known stylists to make sure her skills and knowledge are at her best.
She is very well known and respected within the idustry, as her glowing reviews also show.

Ashleigh uses her strong artistic ability to bring wedding day looks to life. Ashleigh offers a range of services to fit a variety of budget requirements while maintaining an elegant and luxurious experience. Your hair can be spun up into a messy tousled updo or carefully formed into an elegant bun, letting your style shine through.
Ashleigh is also a qualified hair extension technician so she can help transform any style to give the extra WOW factor.
Ashleigh offers a trial to every bride to discuss their every need, and even offers pre-wedding treatments in the lead up to your wedding to make sure your hair is in the best condition it can be.

What is included in the wedding package?
There is a minimum booking of £310 - This is for the wedding day only.
Trials are offered and recommended at an additional cost.
Pre-wedding treatments available.

How far in advance should I contact you?
As soon as you can, as I get booked up quite far in advance.
Trials are recommended 6-8 weeks before your wedding. I am already turning people away for 2024
Do you work at homes?
Yes
What is the charge for travelling?
I do trials from my home address but i am more than happy to travel to you at an additional cost. I charge 50p per mile from my home address in Maidstone
What is your main business area?
Beauty & spa
Could you stay with the bride until the photo shoot?
Yes
How many people can you beautify for one wedding?
I am used to working with large bridal parties. if i need an extra pair of hands, I can bring an assistant at an additional cost. They are also highly trained and work to the same standard as I do
Can you provide your beauty services for pre-wedding and post-wedding photography?
Yes
What are the forms of payment?
A bank transfer is recommended. I am happy to take cash, but please let me know in advance - This is to be paid before I start on the wedding day

Ashleigh what a hair bridal magician!
Ashleigh what a magician!! All the planning and decisions that go into a wedding can be stressful but for me over the venue, dress, colour scheme was nothing compared to my stress on finding a hairstylist.
I have very thick, long, curly hair. In everyday hair / styles everyone says to me daily “I want your hair” or “oh you have great hair” and yes I am lucky and love my hair but when you mix my hair with Bride - I am someones worst nightmare!! So for me the pressure was on. I was prepared to pay double / triple the normal rate just to secure someone because I knew my hair would be challenging.
I saw Ashleigh’s work from hitched and instagram and fell in love instantly with her up dos - to me she is the Queen of the up do! And I must have spoken to the gods praying she will agree to trail me and she did! I walked in nervous as I thought she might decline me afterwards, but she didn’t and I left with confidence and the up do of my dreams.
Ashleigh is very kind, honest, funny and so talented. Her passion is what sets her aside from anyone else I’ve spoken to and enquired with. On the day not only did she make me feel amazing but she support 2 of my friends and made them feel wonderful too, we all got lovely compliments of our hair and it lasted all night! In the bride room getting ready, Ashleigh was part of the gang joining in conversations, making jokes and made my morning lovely. Please book Ashleigh and look no further, I would never think again on any event I needed hair for now - Ashleigh is perfect! and I wish her all the success as she continues on her journey.

Beautiful Bridal Hair
Ashleigh was fantastic from initial consultation through to the big day. She made me feel so at ease and nothing was too much trouble. After my initial trial (which I loved) I spontaneously opted for something totally different and fully trusted Ashleigh to pull it together without another trial. She's exceptionally talented, great value for money and would recommend to any bride!

Best of the best!
Ashleigh did my hair for my wedding day and then for my reception a couple of months later. She did an incredible job! It lasted all day from the ceremony and all the way across the channel to France the same day!!
I don’t have the easiest hair- naturally short but with extensions but she managed to get it exactly as I wanted and I loved it.
She was friendly, great value for money and offered a 10/10 service!

The best of the best!
Honestly firstly I would like to say thank you to Ashleigh you was amazing! From starting at the trail to the wedding day and everything inbetween you was the best. I loved my hair at the trail but on the wedding day my hair exceed all my expectations it was perfect. You got every last hair in the perfect place! And the bridesmaids hair they both looked amazing aswell. At the hair trail Ashleigh gave me some great advise on how to get my hair in the best condition possible and everything she said worked. She is a wealth of knowledge and you would be so lucky if you choose her to do your wedding day hair. 🥰❤️

HIGHLY Recommend Ashleigh for beautiful bridal styles that don't budge!
Ashleigh was a godsend for my wedding!!! Even whilst planning for the big day across different time zones, she made coordination as seamless as possible. She gave my bridal party and family beautiful, romantic hair, which was fitting for a castle wedding. She also learned how to style a traditional Korean bun for my mum, which I especially appreciated.
Everyone's hair looked fabulous!
Even under a time crunch (I'm sorry, Ashleigh!!!), she got my hair in a gorgeous updo in record time. Even with a heavy cathedral veil, my hair DID NOT BUDGE for hours after the ceremony. I strongly recommend working with Ashleigh to complete your beautiful looks for your big day.

I was let down by another hair dressier close to my wedding date.
I found Ashleigh on Facebook. I was hesitant at first because of being let down and having to find someone quickly.
When I met Ashleigh for a trial, she made me feel so at ease, talked me through of what happens and asked me how I wanted my hair and the bridesmaids hair.
On the day she make everyone’s hair look perfect. She made us all feel so calm. Our hair lasted all day and night. I felt like a princess. One of our bridesmaids hair doesn’t curl but she made her hair curl and last all night.

Oh my goodness, from the second I messaged Ashleigh to the last second of finishing my wedding hair she was amazing, patient, caring, what a perfectionist!!!!

Couldn’t have been happier
I found Ashleigh online and booked her from Sweden for my Kent wedding. Ashleigh was so kind, responsive and flexible. She arranged so that I could have the trial the day before the wedding as that was the only time I was around before it. She was very patient as well as I was all over the place trying to arrange things from a distance. Above all, she made my hair absolutely PERFECT on my wedding day. Lasted all day and all night and I received so many compliments. Highly recommend Ashleigh for any occasion, she’s a star!

I had booked Ashleigh Buntings Hair for my Wedding Day, and I'm so glad I did, she was very prompt with her replies from the very beginning, super friendly and knowledgeable. I got my hair coloured before my Wedding and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I loved my hair and the bridesmaids hair on my Wedding day, couldn't have been more pleased that I went with her. She even helped me get into my Wedding Dress, when no one else knew how to do it up!

Couldn't recommend Ashleigh enough! She done my hair (Bride), my 2 daughters, mother of the bride and 5 bridesmaids hair, a range of different styles and all ahead of schedule! I felt really beautiful! She listened to exactly what I wanted on the trial and made adjustments so it was perfect for my wedding day! Extremely talented and reasonably priced!
