Celebration Sounds is a wedding DJ business operating out of Whitstable, in England's region of Kent. This talented team was founded in 2012 by the husband-and-wife duo Ian and Angela. They have worked hard to establish themselves throughout the county and have become the recommended supplier to multiple local venues. While Angela handles all coordination with clients, Ian is the music expert hustling to keep your dance floor busy all night long.

This dedicated team prides itself on its prompt and collaborative approach to communicating with couples. Beginning with an initial consultation, they will curate a playlist that perfectly captures your style, whether it be pop, rock, disco, jazz, the 80s, the 90s, or the latest hits. Ian understands that music is a very personal choice and can provide as many recommendations as you like, or if you prefer, you can let him adapt to the crowd when the big day arrives. Celebration Sounds Mobile Disco can provide music for any wedding milestone, including ceremonies, drink receptions, wedding breakfasts, and evening parties. In addition to their DJ services, they also offer some exciting add-ons, including:

What is included in the wedding package?
Professional DJ. White or black starlight booth or wooden rustic booth. We can offer ceremony, background and evening music. All announcements needed during the day/evening. Client meetings

Fantastic DJ!
We booked Ian for our wedding in October 2024, and were so happy with the service from Day 1! Angela is very helpful and quick to reply to emails, meaning the booking process was easy, and it was good to have a meeting before the wedding to sort out our song requests. As our venue had a stage, Ian made a new smaller rustic setup which looked great and we were really thankful to him for finding a solution. Our guests had a lot of fun, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Brilliant Disco
Ian & Angela make such a great team. From the start they were both so helpful with any questions we had. They made it so easy to book which is something you need when planning a wedding. We had great communication with them throughout and even had a meeting at venue to go over the day in detail which was a massive help. Ian was fantastic on the night, he had a playlist which we gave him.but he also put in songs to help go with the flow of the evening.got everyone dancing has great energy.Both Ian and Angela are so professional and friendly and we couldn’t recommend booking with Celebration Sounds enough! Top class Dj duo
Highly recommend Celebration sounds for any event.
Ian DJ’d at our wedding in July and he was absolutely amazing. A few months prior, we had a zoom call with Ian, where we discussed what we like and don’t like etc.
He performed all the belters on the night and was 10/10. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

Ian was friendly and professional from start to finish. We were given options for set up and the set up we chose was fabulous and looked great.
Very happy, Celebration Sounds certainly helped to make our day perfect. Excellent value for money and I would highly recommend to anyone having a celebration.

Great music and service!
Ian was fantastic from the lead up to the wedding to the experience on the day. Played everything that was requested and made sure the party kept going despite the heat. Beautiful set up and perfect lighting added to the venue.

Would thoroughly recommend choosing celebration sounds for your big day. Ian and Angela were always so responsive, friendly and well-organised. My husband and I enjoy a range of music genres, including alternative/heavy metal. But we also enjoy classics and modern pop, etc etc. a mixed bag! We built a playlist to give Ian a sense of what we would like on the day and had a zoom call a month before. He expertly applied this and integrated it into what he felt the vive was on the night. We loved the transitions he wove in as well. We had plenty of people on the dancefloor and lots of praising for the playlist based on its variety, which isn't easy to do with such a range of people with different tastes. We even had a moshpit, which everyone said was the highlight of the night! Huge thanks to Ian and Angela for making the day so memorable and special xxx
