The romance of the river sets an idyllic scene for your wedding celebration. We cruise the Thames between Hampton Court, Kingston and Richmond upon Thames.


The gorgeous scenery makes for a truly magical backdrop for your all-important wedding photos. The boat will be exclusively yours for you and your guests to enjoy.


Turk's wedding boats can accommodate from 20 - 150 guests. There are 3 options for how you can hire a wedding boat:

  • Wedding reception
  • Wedding reception with Celebrant Ceremony
  • Arrive by boat at your riverside reception destination

Planning your wedding boat is made easy with our highly experienced team. Our list of selected caterers, entertainers, florists and decorations specialists will take care of each detail to help you create a wedding celebration that you and your guests will love.


Each of our boats is spacious and is fitted with an outside deck, bar, dance floor and comfortable seating. Catering options include Champagne and canape receptions, hot/cold buffets, sit down dinners.


What is wonderful is that a boat easily entertains all age groups. Kids love the excitement of being on the water. For adults, there is so much of historic and contemporary interest to view as the boat cruises along.


There is plenty of variety for your guests - whether they just want to gather and chat, take in the beautiful views, or let their hair down on the dance floor!


We are not licensed for legal ceremonies but Celebrant Ceremonies can be hosted.


The environment is safe, our highly trained staff manage everything and boats are wheelchair friendly (not electric wheelchairs) should you require disabled access.

The most romantic, fun, WOW wedding venue!

Stunning in every respect. Planning our wedding celebration was a challenge as we have family living overseas, so needed to create something extra special that would make their long journeys worthwhile. Turks fitted the bill perfectly. We adore this stretch of the river Thames and what you experience with hiring a wedding boat (that no fixed venue can offer)- is that you get to enjoy the whole scenic stretch taking in the most beautiful sights.
We started with a champagne reception followed by a Celebrant ceremony (we'd legally married at a register office quietly a few weeks before). To be saying our personal vows to each other as the scenic river passed by was romantically memorable in a way that people are still talking about many weeks on! We then all enjoyed a hot food buffet. From the moment we stepped on board, the atmosphere was fun - people can mix together so easily on a boat. The Turks team were exemplary - they really care that you have a great time and were so helpful leading up to our day, and just a seamless service on the day. You don't notice they are there but everything was perfection. The food was delicious. Our photographs are wonderful as they tell a story throughout our celebration with the different backdrops from Richmond to Hampton Court. We really did have a Wow wedding celebration like no other!

A perfect night!

Staff on the boat were fabulous. We had an extra drop off point and they were very accommodating. DJ was happy to take requests and made the party atmosphere run throughout the night.
