The Grange Hampshire is a beautiful country wedding venue located in the heart of Hampshire, near to Alresford. Our 3 venues hold a license for civil ceremonies and we have a church nearby so you can host every stage of your day in beautiful and convenient surroundings. They are exclusive-use venues, offering a 3-day hire to give you peace and privacy as you celebrate your once-in-a-lifetime day with your family and friends.

Facilities and Capacity

The unforgettable grounds of The Grange Hampshire include :

• Abbotstone Farm House - a traditional 9 bedroomed home and barn, with lots of spaces to be together. With 9 bedrooms, extensive formal and re-wilded gardens, terraces and spring-fed ponds, an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court, there's ample space to set up a marquee to party with up to 200 friends and family.

• The Grange - a 19th Century Grade 1 listed mansion house, with a combination of elegantly distressed interiors set in a classically romantic landscape with seating capacity for up to 180 guests. It creates a striking but relaxed setting that intensifies emotions. It is not a blank canvas – there’s too much history in the walls for us to call ourselves that - but there is plenty of scope for you to make your mark.

• Lake House Garden - a beautiful 3-acre private secret garden, set within the former walled garden on the banks of the ornamental lake, offering space to set up a marquee and make the most of the beautiful countryside surroundings. With a variety of herbaceous borders, shrubberies, orchards and hedges, it extends in a series of woodland glades and walks around the banks of the lake, which also feature a flint bridge and a waterfall. There’s ample space for erecting a marquee, with a seating capacity for up to 250 guests.

• Ceremonies can be held on the grounds of the venues or in the adjoining woodlands for a fairytale-worthy day. St. John's church is a short distance away and has direct off-road access through the woods to the mansion house. It can seat up to 200 people so that all of your loved ones can witness your milestone moments. Overnight accommodation is available in 5 properites for up to 44 guests.

We try to limit the rules and maximise the help, so that you can make your wedding day your own - and trust that everyone involved will remember it for years to come, for all the right reasons. Our experienced team are here to provide all the energy, knowledge and support you need to navigate the unusual and exciting set of raw ingredients at your disposal. We will help you throughout the planning process, to ensure you have the day you want and one which reflects your dream celebration. We have a comprehensive list of suppliers we love to work with, but you can choose your own if you prefer. Catering can be managed by our talented in-house team who specialise in creating a bespoke vibrant and delicious menu, using local and seasonal ingredients. Other caterers are also welcomed to the venues. We don't charge corkage and each wedding includes 6 cases of our home grown award-winning sparkling wine.
