Talton Lodge sleeps up to 30 and Talton House sleeps up to 24 and the giant hat tipis in the walled garden and the lawn of Talton House host up to 90. Most of the time we have 2 or 3 groups of 5 to 20 each staying at a time. For Weddings you get the whole place and they usually start with a blessing on the lawn by the formal flower borders and croquet lawn and then the party kicks off in the giant hat tipis in the Victorian kitchen garden. Accommodation wise as well as the 10 bedrooms and 24 beds in the House there is a tree-boathouse, orchard wagon, 2 yurts, 1 North American tipi, cedar pavilion kitchen & 3 bathrooms. There is an 18C barn and the Poolhouse overlooking the natural swimming pool.

Events, weddings

The 2 giant tipis are set up in the magical seclusion of the original Victorian Kitchen Garden. They can seat up to 90 people and create a flexible space that you can transform according to your vision. The sides go up and down, we have matting for the floor, and we provide fairy lights, lanterns, and candles for indoor and outdoor lighting. We encourage you to get involved with the decoration, so you feel that for the night it is yours. We are very proud of our food, so we do most of the catering although evening food vans are allowed after the main meal.

We love to cook for guests, and we’re proud of our food. Please look at the menus below. We source our fresh ingredients as locally as possible, much coming from here (pork, fruit, herbs, salad); Talton Mill farm shop (eggs and vegetables); Lower Clopton farm shop (meat); Worcester Produce (vegetables); and trout from Hampshire. We can serve your meals where you're staying, whether in the barn, giant tipi, or at Talton House. We will lay up and wash up.
