We can't recommend highly enough, they were truly outstanding- nothing was too much trouble, ensured we had everything covered, explored every possible question and query.
The day of wedding.... brings a tear to my eye writing this...... it was completely foot perfect... nothing out of line, they even freshly painted the corridor (obviously it was dry prior to guests arriving) to make for better presentation. Chrissy came to both of our rooms with complimentary drinks, exchanged our gifts for us, talked us through calmly of the days events ahead, was by our sides at any given second should we have needed her...all members of staff were so friendly, helpful, well presented with lovely attitudes towards guests and our special day...
Other Chrissie- head of reception was ace... transported, fetched, carried things, assisted our bridesmaids with getting things from the rooms, and all other guests, stored flowers for us and the list continues!
Chrissy master of ceremonies just made the day.(along with her waiting & bar staff- who might I add actually ordered and purchased in our request specific larger for the day) .... every one was where they needed to be at there write time, the music played at the exact correct moments, the tables and ceremony were laid out beyond beautiful, and she made our wedding day the absolutely fairy tale I have dreamed of.
So thank you so so much we have made amazing memories to cherish forever.

Booked our wedding back in January after meeting Clare at a wedding fayre. She was quick to respond to our enquiry and after dropping into the hotel"off the cuff"and being shown around by Aiden,we secured a summer wedding.Sent on 15/08/2016
The service we have received from the team has been excellent.Clare has guided us through the whole event planning,ensuring that the essential points of our day were accommodated, including a very loud celebratory lion dance and a visit from Gary Barlow!The team were in regular contact with us,making us feel confident they had everything in hand for the big day.
Our co-ordinator for the day was Zsanette, who ran through our final plan in great detail at the handover meeting.Even the smallest details such as our music playlist,positioning of the sweets on the sweetie table and the wall decorations were double-checked.Zsanette managed our day perfectly,guiding us and our guests through the day's schedule.Canapés and drinks were waiting for us after our ceremony,sufficient time for photos and mingling before the wedding breakfast,a small break before the evening reception.Food served at the wedding breakfast was excellent,hot,cooked perfectly and the waiting staff were great,ensuring that our guests got their food choices that they had asked for.Three weeks on,our guests are still talking about our wedding and what a wonderful day it was.Our day was perfect and it was all with the help of everyone involved at Brandon Hall.Thanks to the Hog Roast caterer, SDL Entertainments and Jessica-Claire Designs.Special thanks to Clare, Zsanette and Aiden(for looking after Gary!),and the team on the day-you were all amazing!We have no hesitation in recommending Brandon Hall for your special event or celebrations-they were brilliant!
We had the most perfect wedding day at Brandon Hall. We had booked out the Woodlands Suite for the ceremony and the reception and they couldn't do enough for us. The support we got from the staff whilst planning the wedding was fantastic, we were looked after so well. All of the guests I have spoken to have said how amazing the day was, they commented on how nice the food was and how special our day was for them as guests. We have 2 young children, and they also thoroughly enjoyed the day as Brandon Hall supplied some garden games for them to play with, so they were kept entertained also! I would love to do the whole day all over again. I hope this review would encourage couples looking to get married to look at this venue as an option as they would not be disappointed.Sent on 02/06/2016
