Planning your wedding is such an exciting and important moment for you both, and we’re so pleased you’ve landed on our page to learn more about what we offer.

We understand that there’s a lot to consider, so we’ve made it easier by offering a selection of packages to suit your needs.

Classic Package

Perfect for larger celebrations, the Classic Package is for 40 day guests and 70 evening guests. It includes:

  • Room hire for your wedding breakfast and evening reception
  • Welcome drink
  • Wine with your wedding breakfast
  • Two-course wedding breakfast
  • Toast drink
  • Chair covers and sashes
  • Disco and evening buffet

Pricing:

  • £3,750 for 2025
  • £3,850 for 2026
  • £3,950 for 2027

Note: If you’d like to increase the number of guests, that’s absolutely fine, as long as it doesn’t exceed the capacity of the room.

Twilight Package

If you’re planning a more intimate evening celebration, the Twilight Package may be just what you’re looking for. This package is for 50 evening guests and includes:

  • Room hire for the evening reception
  • Welcome drink
  • Canapés
  • Finger buffet
  • Disco

Pricing:

  • £2,450 for 2025
  • £2,550 for 2026
  • £2,650 for 2027

Note: As with the Classic Package, guest numbers can be increased as long as they fit within the room’s capacity.

Intimate Package

For those who want to celebrate with close friends and family, our Intimate Package is ideal. This is for up to 40 guests and includes:

  • Room hire
  • Welcome drinks
  • Two-course wedding breakfast
  • Toast drink

Pricing:

  • £65 per person for 2025
  • £70 per person for 2026
  • £75 per person for 2027

Cultural Celebrations

If you’d like to incorporate cultural traditions into your wedding, we offer self-catering options to ensure your celebration reflects your unique heritage. Whether it's a Sikh, Hindu, Muslim, Jewish, Caribbean, or any other celebration, we’re here to help. Plus, you’re welcome to bring in specialised caterers to serve your authentic cuisine.

Self-catered Packages:

  • £3,250 for 2025
  • £3,750 for 2026
  • £4,250 for 2027

Add-Ons

For all packages, you can add ceremony room hire for £400. The guest numbers can also be increased, as long as this does not exceed the capacity of the room you can bring as many guests as you wish.

If you want something truly unique, our event planning team is happy to help you create a bespoke package tailored to your vision.

Complimentary Perks

All packages include a complimentary stay for the happy couple on the night of the wedding and discounted accommodation rates for your guests.

What a wonderful day

My husband and I got married at the Holiday Inn Rugby Northampton on 28/04/2023 and was the perfect day. The staff were absolutely amazing and made sure that everything went off without any problems. The in house DJ was so in tune with us as a couple despite that we only met him on the day and his music choices were perfect, there was even a little karaoke at the end of the night. We would definitely recommend the Holiday Inn Rugby Northampton to anyone considering it, just keep your eye out for their wedding fairs

Thank you for Everything!

Just wanted to say a big thank you for everything. From the day I booked the wedding to the the actual wedding day you have been there to help every step of the way. All the little questions that I had, you had a answer and got back to me very quickly. You made making the arrangements much easier even when I was having problems with the seating plans. We were so pleased that you were there for the ceremony.
Thank you again for everything and will send you some pictures once we get them back.

Thank you so much, the whole day was amazing! Our two hostest there names have slipped my mind. But they was fansatic could not of ask for two better people!

it couldnt have gone any better

We were thoroughly impressed with everything and had a fantastic day. It couldn't have gone any better and we would like to thank the wedding co-ordinator so much for all your organising. You also left us in safe hands with Phil during the actual day and it was all amazing. You and the rest of the Holiday Inn team helped to make the day really special. Thank you so much and we are very happy indeed to have chosen the Holiday Inn as our wedding venue.

Excellent Venue and Excellent Service

We had our Wedding Blessing down at the Holiday Inn Crick on April 13th 2013 and we had a fantastic day.We chose the Holiday Inn as we had our little boys christening at the venue a couple of years ago and we thought it was an excellent venue and we received excellent service.

Thank You for all your help and support in planning our wedding day. Thanks to your careful planning the day went really well.

2, The Head Chef
Thank You for being so helpful and kind on our taster session and a very big Thank You for the food on the day. The food was fantastic, presentation was excellent and there was plenty of it. A lot of our guests commented on how nice the buffet was.

3, Phil (Manager on the day)
Phil was great on the day. The day all ran very smoothly and nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff and Phil was really helpful, approachable and supportive.

We will defiantly come back for a meal in the restaurant and stay over for our first wedding anniversary next year, so thank you once again for everyone who helped make our day so enjoyable.

The hotel did in all a perfect job!

he hotel hosted our wedding reception on the 2nd of November 2013. The hotel did in all a perfect job, everyone commented on the quality of the food served, saying they couldn't believe the high standard & quality & compliments to the catering team. The whole experience from booking the day until the day after the wedding was well organised & executed by all the staff,for this I & my wife would like to say a big thank you. We did book multi rooms which as expected are a very good standard & with quality breakfast. I can recommend the hotel as a ideal place for wedding receptions knowing the management & staff have the ability to arrange & execute the celebration.I can only say the hotel did such a good job guests didn't want the night to end.
