We had our wedding at the White Swan Hotel and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the professionalism of the entire team shone through. The venue itself was beautiful, perfectly set up, and had a welcoming atmosphere that made the day feel incredibly special. A huge thank you to Simon and his team, who were absolutely fantastic. Their hard work, friendliness, and constant support made everything run seamlessly. Nothing was too much trouble, and their calm, organised approach allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. The bar was brilliant too, well-stocked, lively, and really added to the celebrations. And as a bonus, the Mop Fair happening in town that weekend created a fun and memorable backdrop that gave our day an extra bit of charm. We’re so grateful to everyone at the White Swan Hotel for making our wedding unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Mihaela and Elise were great from start to finish, we had a customised day from getting Halal food and mocktail drinks. They really personalised the experience and made the event so great. The food was absolutely amazing on our taster and on our day. There was plenty of food and would really recommend the evening Buffett there was so much and still leftovers, really worth the money. We stayed on Valentine’s Day just a few months before the wedding and they both added a little special touch of putting some heart soap, petals and a cute hand written note. It really is the little cute gestures that helped make it so special. Elise was on hand the whole time to make sure everything went smoothly. The morning of the wedding was so nice with the cute bridal party breakfast brought to our room whilst we got ready. All of the staff we encountered couldn’t do enough for you and was a real credit to the hotel. A massive shout out to Mo who made sure we had everything we needed all morning from teas, juice, minioas and anything else really. And a massive shout out to Debra our master of ceremonies for making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time even when sometimes me and my groom was here there and everywhere. The room we stayed in for the night before and the night of was amazing, really gave us our bridal feeling and made me feel special 🥰 There is alot more I could say but too much amazing things to put into one review. I would really recommend this hotel and staff to plan an amazing day which needs to be perfect. Top notch facilities, views, staff and atmosphere.

My husband and I were looking for a hotel walking distance from Stratford upon Avon registry office and Hotel du Vin was perfect. Situated in the heart of Stratford in a beautiful old building, it was perfect for our wedding reception. The Events Manager, Ewa, was fantastic, arranging to meet us on the same day we first rang and continued to organise our reception with care, precision and professionalism. All the staff who work there are incredibly warm and friendly and contributed to the special atmosphere on our wedding day. Some of our relatives met there before going to the registry office and were made very welcome with tea and coffee. There were special touches by staff throughout the day and we were overwhelmed by the stunning suite we stayed in overnight. We were able to sit outside in the courtyard for drinks when we arrived, then went through to a beautiful room off the courtyard for a wonderful meal, which guests highly praised. Photos under the cherry blossom trees were a highlight. There were 44 people at the reception and the room was perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hotel du Vin for a wedding reception. We are so happy that we chose it as the day was just perfect. We’re already planning to go back for our first anniversary.

The Alveston team (partially Jen) were phenomenal from the get go, jumping in with suggestions and ideas to make our initial thoughts into reality. They helped us to find vendors and plan our other suppliers flawlessly and accommodated some unusual requests (a children's softplay and the game lap escape room!). On the day itself they helped us to remove the previous night's decorations where the decorator failed to collect and wasn't answering the phone and ran it all absolutely flawlessly from music to timings the team did us proud. Not to mention how amazing the food was! Thanks for Jen and the entire team for making our special day run without a hitch
