We just wanted to say a huge thank you to all of the incredible staff at The Osborne Hotel. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect and that’s all thanks to the most hardworking and caring team! Haidee and the rest of the team are genuinely the nicest bunch of people you’d ever hope to come across, nothing was too much of an ask and they could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. We felt that we were in such safe hands in the run up to our wedding. Any and all questions (no matter how daft) were answered with the utmost care and respect. They were also super knowledgeable about local vendors and were more than happy to recommend other small businesses. The day itself went perfectly. The food was exceptional! We’ve had so many family members say they will be returning as hotel guests from now on. The bar staff were so friendly and felt like part of the party! The location itself is beautiful. We were blessed with good weather on the day, so we could say our vows outdoors overlooking the bay. Something we’ve dreamed of for so long. Our photographer really enjoyed the quick access to Meadfoot Beach for some fun seaside photos on the evening! Once again, thank you so so much to all of you. We will always be greatful to The Osborne Hotel for making our wedding day so perfect. - Becky & Kirsten 🖤

Right from our first meeting with Amber at The Grand Hotel we received top professional friendly service. Amber has a fine eye for detail and perfection. She didn't forget any request and we booked it 2 years in advance! She was great with advice and very responsive to all of my questions. Our day was amazing. We had the ceremony, reception and evening party there which was the best decision we made. We had the wedding service in the restaurant and reception in the main venue room. The building and the grounds are stunning and the food was delicious. The following day they were happy to accommodate family members for breakfast who weren't staying at the hotel which ended the weekend so well. I would highly recommend The Grand Hotel to any bride and groom. They will make it your special day with wonderful memories that last forever.
