From the very first contact with Daisy, over there planning with Louise, our wedding day itself and until the day after, the whole team was fantastic throughout. The service was incredible and all our guests including non-english speakers felt very welcome and well looked after. The whole team supported us throughout all enquiries, ensured that we stayed within the time schedule and was incredible in restructuring the Millers Room twice in three hours from ceremony to breakfast to dance floor.

The Millers Room does not require a lot of decoration as it is a beautiful setting on its own. The white walls make the whole room look big and welcoming, while the fairy lights create a very homely atmosphere.

All our guests were talking for days how good the three course meal was and how smooth all courses were presented. The ‘Burger in a Box’ in the evening was also well received and complimented.

As somebody who has worked in the wedding industry as a professional photographer myself, I can only compliment how professional this venue has shown itself to be every step of the way.

Where do I start the team at Bickley are lovely .
From the first meeting with Daisy we felt comfortable and that it was the right place for us. For couples who want to have a beautiful setting with the space to feel natural and relaxed Bickley Mill is perfect. You can book all the accommodation or just one room, Our daughter and son in law wanted to have their German Shepherd as part of their day and the guys and girls at Bickley welcomed him to the whole day from start to lights out, Bickley was the ONLY place we found willing to make this happen for them.
The rooms are lovely and a very good nights sleep was had by those of us that stayed.
The grounds and surrounding area are beautiful for photographs.
We were lucky enough to use their new outside ceremony area which was lovely.
The wedding meal was served efficiently and the food was first class

We couldn’t be happier with our wedding at Bickley Mill. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamlessly organised, and the venue itself is absolutely beautiful.

The location is perfect, peaceful and scenic, offering a stunning backdrop for photos. The wedding planners went above and beyond, making sure every detail was taken care of so we could enjoy the day without a worry.
The staff were incredibly accommodating, always with a smile and ready to help, which really made the experience feel personal and special. The venue was well worth the cost, excellent value for money considering the breathtaking setting and the level of service provided. The whole day felt effortless, and we truly felt like we were the centre of attention.

The only minor downside was the accommodation situation. With a large bridal party and family staying the night before, it was a bit of an inconvenience to have to move rooms in the middle of hair and makeup. It wasn’t ideal, but honestly, that was the only hiccup in an otherwise perfect day.

All in all, Bickley Mill gave us the wedding of our dreams, beautiful, well-organised, and full of personal touches. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful country venue with top-notch service.

We had our wedding at Bickley in August 2025. I cannot recommend the venue enough! We chose the venue because we wanted a rustic "barn style" wedding with accommodation on-site... without the extortionate price tag. The planning process was excellent - the team were responsive and reassuring throughout. Early on, we asked if they could recommend any local suppliers, which is how we found our fabulous photographer, and we booked other excellent suppliers at their wedding fair.

On the day, all staff were absolutely lovely and so many guests commented on what a perfect venue is was. The food was exceptional and the accommodation was well-liked by all of the guests - I love that it all gets renovated every January so it all feels fresh within a rustic setting.

Zero regrets in choosing the Bickley Mill Inn as our wedding venue. We'll be back every year to celebrate our anniversary!

We had the most incredible experience with The Bickley Mill Inn and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the very start, communication was excellent — they were always quick to respond and at the end of an email whenever we had a question or request, which made the whole planning process so much easier.

The venue itself was absolutely stunning and created the perfect backdrop for our day. We were able to drop off items for the setup the day before, which took so much pressure off the morning of the wedding and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the moment.

Their attention to detail was outstanding — they even provided two extra place name cards for some last-minute guest changes, which was such a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated.

The day ran without a hitch. Everything was so well organised and stress-free, we were able to completely enjoy ourselves knowing we were in such capable hands.

The food was amazing — beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, with many of our guests commenting on how much they enjoyed it.

We also stayed overnight and found the rooms to be extremely comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was just what we needed — a lovely way to round off such a special experience.

Our wedding experience was phenomenal. From the start and all the way through, Louise looked after us. She guided us through the process, alleviating any worries along the way and meeting with us a number of times . She was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble.... including answered a great number of emails from us !!!
On the day, everything was perfect. Amy and Taya were there for us .. friendly and professional and completely unobtrusive. They got the perfect balance. Amy even came on to her shift early to check in with us before the ceremony. Taya made sure our timings went smoothly and came to tell the bride when and what the next steps were.
The food was amazing and the venue looked beautiful. We booked all of the accomodation for our family and this was perfect. A few of us stayed an additional night and this meant for a lovely relaxing end to our wedding.

60 of us at the wedding....pretty much perfect size for the venue. The team were friendly and couldn't do enough for us! They communicated thoroughly before to ensure nothing was missed. The day ran smoothly and our guests were over the moon with the outstanding food, idyllic venue and incredible day. We do not have our photos yet to share our experience, but I would certainly recommend Bickley Mill Inn. Wish I could do the day again......

This venue is perfect in so many ways, the setting, the building itself, the friendly, welcoming staff. The food is also consistently spectacular - not just on the wedding day, it’s always good here and it was lovely and clean (which is important to us). If we were going to get married again we would do it at Bickley Mill, we loved every minute of it. We felt fully supported when prepping for our big day and they ensured everything that day went smoothly.
