We got married on the 03/05/2025 at the Southgate Mercure Hotel. Aritra was our wedding planner and whilst this was his first time doing a wedding, he went over and above to make sure we had the most special day along side Petra. I cannot fault one part of our wedding day, from start to finish the service we received was exceptional. From a private room to get ready, fresh pastries and smoothies on tap, music to lighten the mood from the start. Every detail was outstanding, the food, the organisation, the cleanliness, the turnaround of the day flowing seamlessly. We were incredibly lucky to get married in sunshine, so the orangery room was perfect for our ceremony and the reception room felt great too. For the price of what was included in our wedding day and the service we received I feel incredibly lucky and would do it all over again in a heart beat.

Salcombe Harbour Hotel was the perfect venue choice for our wedding and the views from the Hotel are absolutely stunning. The staff are amazing and special thanks goes to Jessica, the resident wedding planner, who we could not have done it without - thanks to her, every plan we had made came off far better than imagined and her attention to detail is incredible. In fact, planning our wedding was the easy part, the hard bit was seeing it all come to an end. The food served throughout the day was incredible and our guests kept saying how delicious the food was. We will be forever grateful to Jessica and the team for hosting our wedding and making it so perfect.

Our day was beautiful and we couldn't have hoped for more, even the rain managed to hold off until after the photos. Shirna and all of her staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, they all helped make our day as perfect as it could have been. The service and the food was superb, with a beautiful view from the restaurant and cosy communial rooms to relax in. It really is a beautiful hotel, in beautiful surroundings with lovely rooms and great staff. Thank you all.

From the first time we saw Two Bridges, we knew this was the venue for us, it's absolutely stunning inside and out. Nothing was too much for the staff and the day ran so smoothly because of their attentiveness. The food was absolutely gorgeous and the bridal suite was perfect. I will forever recommend this venue.

Our day was magical ✨️, including the weather 👌 Lou and the team went above and beyond to meet all our needs. All questions/queries were answered swiftly and everyone pulled together to help with last minute preparations on the morning. The day went to plan and lou was available for any reassurance needed...... plus, to add a special surprise to our ceremony room 😍 Mahoosive thank you 😊 Would definitely recommend having your special day at The Cedars.

Everything was top notch from start to finish. Becki the wedding coordinator could not have done enough for us. We want to do it all again. The staff were exceptional and the food outstanding not to mention the surroundings and hotel. We would recommend it to everyone and in fact we will.

Charlotte and the Sidmouth Harbour Hotel team were fantastic, both in the run up to the event and on the day itself. We can't rate them highly enough! Communication and planning in advance of the day was excellent. We were able to visit Charlotte and the hotel multiple times to see the space, discuss plans and ensure layouts and schedules would work. Charlotte's communication was clear and punctual, even months before the event. Even though bad weather meant plans had to change at the last minute, everything was setup perfectly. We were able to use the Connaught Suite for the ceremony and wedding breakfast as well as the Harbour Suite and part of the bar area for the drinks reception and evening food/games. The flexibility of arrangements was ideal, and the team ensured the schedule flowed seamlessly.

Haidee made our wedding planning go so smoothly. From the moment we met her we had our heart set on The Osborne Hotel to be our wedding reception location. Haidee made everything seamless from start to finish. Without her we honestly don’t think we could’ve handled the stress planning weddings can cause. We are so grateful for her and all the staff at The Osborne for making our day a day we will never forget for the rest of our lives. We cannot thank them all enough and we cannot recommend choosing Haidee, her team and The Osborne Hotel enough.
