Hafod Farm is an enchanting country wedding venue nestled in Llanrwst, Conwy. This breathtaking estate dates back to the 16th century and offers unforgettable settings for your wonderful wedding day.
Facilities and Capacity
At Hafod Farm, in the heart of the gorgeous Snowdonia region, you can bring your nearest and dearest for an unforgettable wedding weekend. Stay in the rustic, original-stone farmhouse, with accommodations for up to 32 guests. During warmer months, the venue offers glamping and camping options, so additional loved ones can stay under the stars during your wedding weekend and explore Snowdonia National Park. On your big day, tie the knot in the historic Tall Barn. This 500-year-old building has been fully renovated to host up to 100 guests, and features wooden flooring and heating and romantic lighting. For cocktail hour, enjoy drinks in the lovely courtyard, surrounded by rolling hills and woodlands. The New Barn, completed in 2018, is purpose-built for wedding receptions with up to 150 guests, and boasts farmhouse tables, a licensed bar and lounge, and a semi-covered patio and firepit.

The venue welcomes your outside caterers, so whether you envision a hog-roast, wood-fired pizza, or a formal sit-down dinner, the choice is fully yours. Hafod Farm provides a personal event coordinator, who can help arrange everything from the ceremony to the after-party. Hafod Farm is proudly family-run, from ownership right through to the team looking after the day-to-day running of the venue. That family feel is a huge part of who we are. We’re a small, close-knit team who genuinely care about every wedding we host, creating a warm, relaxed and personal experience where couples and their families can feel completely at home.
Between us, we’re here from your very first look around Hafod Farm right through to the wedding day itself. With hundreds of weddings under our belts, we can offer plenty of advice, reassurance, problem-solving and cups of tea along the way.
Vicky looks after the business side of Hafod Farm, from your first enquiry and booking through to much of what goes on behind the scenes. She works closely with the whole team to make sure everything is in place for each wedding and is always on hand throughout the planning process to answer questions, offer advice and help bring everything together.
Lora is at the heart of the day-to-day running of Hafod Farm and knows the venue inside out. She oversees everything from venue operations to coordinating wedding days themselves, working closely with couples, suppliers and the rest of the team to make sure everything runs smoothly. Calm and capable, Lora is one of those people you’ll be very glad to have around on your wedding day.
