The Haybarn is an award-winning, romantic barn-style wedding venue nestled in the glorious Golden Valley countryside in Hereford, Herefordshire. Offering elevated views towards the Black Mountains and Dulas Brook, this private, peaceful haven is ideal for an enchanting elopement or wedding celebration. With the support of a dedicated family team, you can be sure every element will be well taken care of, allowing you to savour each moment thoroughly.
Facilities and Capacity
Begin your perfect day at The Haybarn with a romantic ceremony in the wonderfully restored Cartshed. With its open sides and leafy surroundings, this outdoor setting gives you the option of exchanging vows with nothing but the peaceful sounds of the brook running alongside. Alternatively, you can instantly transform the Haybarn into a chic ceremony location with beautiful soft white drapes and warming old wood beams as your backdrop for your aisle. Renovated to emphasise its striking high ceilings and beams, this stunning space can also seat up to 140 guests for a wedding breakfast, plus an extra 60 standing for the reception. There are cosy corners for catching up and chilling out, a large bar area and plenty of space for dancing. Looking out over lush riverside reception spaces, the venue offers easy access to lawn games and a cosy fire pit for keeping warm at sundown. What's more, you will have endless photo opportunities on the farm between the Victorian Farmhouse, the historic mill, the apple orchards, and the old Oak swing.

At The Haybarn, you are free to host an entire weekend or mid-week celebration, with summer, winter and micro-wedding packages available. The family team is pleased to offer a personal, friendly service to help you and yours feel right at home. This includes lending the option of arriving the day before so you may enjoy the time decorating the barn in your own style while catching up with family and friends. A dedicated wedding coordinator will also be on hand from the minute you enquire right up to the day itself. To celebrate the best of the region's produce, you can avail of a recommended list of fantastic nearby caterers. An in-house drinks service is also included in the hire, with a wonderful array of drinks sourced from within 30 miles.

Most stunning Wedding Venue in Herefordshire!
All our guests loved the wedding venue, the location and mentioned how everything went so smoothly, and it is thanks to the great team working at the Haybarn. Even when we changed it up and brought in a taco van they ensured they had the power supply to make it work and was on hand to help them set up.
Close family also really loved the fact there is a good range of on-site accomodation and set up available the day before, which made it loads easier to set up and not worry about getting to hotels (and the glamping wagons were much appreciated too!)
Overall 10/10 would get married here again 😆

The Most Perfect Wedding Venue
The fact that you are able to have the beautiful accommodation the night before your big day and are able to get ready on site is amazing and was such an added bonus compared to other Herefordshire venues that only allow you to arrive later on your wedding morning!
The whole team were attentive and so welcoming are really made the day flow effortlessly!
The grounds were perfect and allowed us to have so much space for guests to roam and the animals were an amazing addition and the kids loved it!
Overall an incredible venue and we could 100% recommend for any event!

Where do I begin! we had the most incredible wedding at the Haybarn. It really is the most naturally beautiful and perfect venue!
We were lucky enough to have Helen and Jordan as our coordinators and they were both fantastic from start to finish. Helen was always there to answer any questions, any worries or help with any ideas I had and bring them to life.
We stayed the night before the wedding and the wedding night in the two beautiful houses and some guests in the B&B. Our guests where not only blown away by the venue but how lovely the houses where too, they really have that home feel.
The day itself was just perfect! we didn’t have to worry about a thing, Helen and Jordan were there to make sure everything ran as planned. They really went above and beyond with the extra little details.
Everyone loved that the donkeys, Albert and Blossom could make an appearance for the day too ☺️.
We honestly couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day, and we are so grateful we got to get married at your beautiful farm.

Cannot recommend enough!
Being able to access the venue from 1pm the day before and extend checkout the day after meant that we were able to relax and make the most of our time there. The accommodation (we had the Home Barn, Brook Barn, B&B and Glamping) was beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of space to get ready and to relax the morning after.
The ceremony space in the Cartshed was one of the things we loved most about the venue, allowing us to get married against the stunning natural backdrop. The Haybarn was an amazing space which easily accommodated c100 guests and was seamlessly turned around from our wedding breakfast to the party. The grounds gave plenty of different spaces for guests to explore and options for photos to be taken, including the option to have the adorable donkeys, Albert & Blossom, out for guests to meet.
The team at the Haybarn were brilliant from start to finish. They really helped make the planning process run smoothly and ensured that our day went ahead without a hitch. We cannot recommend this venue enough!

Hello, I am Becca Barr, Co-founder and Director here at The Haybarn. Alongside my sister Emma we established the business in 2016 after creeating and hosting my own wedding here i felt a passion to deliver and create memorable wedding days for others.
“That’s the one!” Those were the words uttered from the top of the drive by our Granny nearly 30 years earlier; and “I wouldn’t want to celebrate my marriage anywhere else” were the words i used myself in 2016. And so, Home Farm became the family home and weddings in The Haybarn began…
We, too, hope these are the words you utter at first sight from the top of the drive of The Haybarn at Home Farm Dulas.
