The Be My Love Team went on a journey with me for 1.5 years of creating our dream day. They helped with the planning and coordination of the day for 130 international guests (and our dog!). The thing I would highlight the most is that they picked me the most incredible suppliers. We’re very particular with our food and wine, and they made it happen for us. At any point in the planning process where we did not agree, they made other arrangements for us. From the choice of venue, to the food, to the vibes of the day, they exceeded expectations.

Loretta was absolutely the best planner we could have wished for. Worth every single penny! We booked her 2 years in advance of our date - she helped us find our dream destination venue. We explored options in Greece, the Cotswolds, Italy and Spain - she had so much patience with my indecisiveness 🤣. And also with my 1 million questions that I definitely had already asked 4 times before. Organising a destination wedding is tricky when you don’t speak the language and you are dealing with different styles of working compared to the UK but we left everything to Loretta and she handled it all and kept us updated with where we needed to action things. When we were scouting out vendors she put together little packs of options with prices, pros and cons - it was so helpful. This is especially tricky in a remote part of Tuscany but somehow she found dream vendors for us. She really made the process a lot less stressful. She’s super organised and reliable and we scheduled check-ins closer to our wedding date to ensure everything was getting sorted, ready for the day. But she was always reachable whenever and always willing to jump on a call. She’s super transparent with costs and was always keeping us informed on how certain decisions would impact costs, where things were within or over budget (it happens!!!) or how we could save on other aspects if we decided to splurge a bit more on something else. We were really keen to stay in budget and we did :). We had our wedding in Tuscany followed by a pool day so double the events to plan. Everything was perfect and ran so smoothly. Loretta would keep me involved in all the little details and decisions to be made on the day, eg some changes to table placement due to lighting and deciding where to have confetti shots! I really appreciated being kept in the loop on those decisions as all the little details were important to me. Her and Paul coordinated our wedding day and they were just amazing. They had such an eye for detail so everything was perfectly in its place. We only met Paul on the weekend but he’s just brilliant and such a nice guy. And the same to be said for Loretta - working with her to build our dream wedding over the past couple of years has been so wonderful. She’s such a lovely lady, super personable and a joy to work with. She genuinely cares about making the day the most special it can be. I would not hesitate to book Loretta - you will not regret it :) thank you for everything x

Working with Annie was one of the highlights of our whole wedding! She understood our vision so thoroughly and brought it to life in ways we couldn’t even imagine. Every call with Annie left us feeling more and more excited - she’s detail-oriented, thoughtful, and worked constantly in the background to bring us new ideas, options and solutions every time we met. She was always available on WhatsApp, and then through the wedding itself she was an absolute star - managing every moment and detail with quiet confidence, and handling countless Italian suppliers with real skill. We didn’t have a single moment of stress; everything felt completely seamless and easy (not something you hear often from destination weddings!) Across 3 days, 5 locations, 150 international guests and multiple events with different styling, every single detail was perfect - from local ingredients at the venue, to the best live music we’ve experienced, to sandals for guests to wear at the after party and a tray of desserts we’d missed waiting in our room to enjoy after the event. Our only disappointment was that after the wedding, we didn’t have our regular check-ins with Annie anymore!

Joe was brilliant from start to finish, we couldn't have asked for a better, more committed DJ. From consultation to the end service, he was incredible. Played the most amazing songs for our audience and always had people on the dance floor. We highly recommend him, so friendly, accommodating and was brilliant in stepping up and providing exactly what we wanted. With only a few songs on our must have list and a conversation on the type of music we liked, he kept guests entertained for hours. Thanks so much Joe, we are so so grateful. If you're worried about which DJ to pick, look no further, Joe was amazing and comes highly recommended from a couple who was seriously worried about the music (after seeing quite a few DJ's!). Words cannot describe. Chenai and her team are just perfection in every way. Dealing with difficult clients (like us!) and then making you experience what can only be described as a perfect dream – this was our wedding. As I look back at photos and relive every moment, I see Chenai throughout: from the music, to the venue, via flowers, invites, food. Above all: the emotion of the wedding. I didn’t know it was possible to feel this much and I can say, hand-on-heart, that this is thanks to Chenai. We were living abroad at start of our planning and Chenai helped with every detail: the extensive venue search to find the one venue that ticked every box, the guest list, the design, the website, the budget. Chenai was always on the other end of a video call to discuss anything, no matter how small (and also made us feel that nothing wasn’t important to her). Finally, I’d note that Chenai was always clear about our plans, our budget, and the vision to ensure that we could all be organised and on top of everything going on. She was definitely part of team grooms, giving her unfiltered opinion on everything as well, and allowing us to have something magical and personalised. In our photos, there is one of us giving Chenai a huge hug. ❤❤

We've been booking hour meetings with Freeda every couple of months to keep us on track. I cant imagine doing it without her advice!

We booked Karen as our wedding day coordinator for our wedding in July 2025. From day 1 Karen was attentive, professional and absolutely fantastic! She was always a text or phone call away and nothing was ever too much! She was able to support coordination with many of our suppliers and ensured the venue was up to date with all ongoings! On the actual day Karen was superb and ran around ensuring everything we had planned was put into place. There were even a couple of hiccups that occurred where Karen just dealt with it and Nev and I had no idea it was going on! She was discreet and a pleasure to work with! We would 100% recommend Karen’s services to anyone that is thinking to hire a wedding day coordinator - I don’t know what we would have done without her! Thank you Karen! Xx

 We had the great pleasure of having Susannah as our wedding planner and it was the best decision we could have possibly made for one of the most important days of our lives! From day one, her calm, friendly and communicative approach reassured us we were in the best of hands. She was responsive, hands-on and anticipated are every need. She thought of things we had not thought of before we had even considered them. Our wedding day ran seamlessly and we could enjoy it to the fullest, focusing on what really mattered due to her meticulous planning and organization. We cannot recommend and thank her enough for putting together the wedding of our dreams!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Lindsay worked with us to create experiences for our guests that would blow their mind. It was the most stunning day and we couldn't believe how he managed to transform the Wilderness reserve into the most magical space.
