We had Loretta as our planner and my gosh, she is phenomenal. She made us feel like we were her only clients, she gave us her undivided attention & helped my ADHD brain navigate planning our wedding. We’re from the UK and had planned for our wedding to be abroad in Cyprus. From our initial call with her I had a good feeling about working with Caribou. I went with my gut and I’m so glad I did. Loretta seamlessly organised everything you could think of from start to finish in such detail for 200 hundred guests, multiple vendors and an excited bride & groom and she delivered against last minute requests with ease. She is kind, smart, warm, welcoming, organised, diligent & professional and I am glad to now call her a friend and would recommend her to anyone who thinks of planning a wedding. And a massive shout out to Zara too who was also coordinating on the day & made this bride feel sane & looked after. Words cannot describe. Chenai and her team are just perfection in every way. Dealing with difficult clients (like us!) and then making you experience what can only be described as a perfect dream – this was our wedding. As I look back at photos and relive every moment, I see Chenai throughout: from the music, to the venue, via flowers, invites, food. Above all: the emotion of the wedding. I didn’t know it was possible to feel this much and I can say, hand-on-heart, that this is thanks to Chenai. We were living abroad at start of our planning and Chenai helped with every detail: the extensive venue search to find the one venue that ticked every box, the guest list, the design, the website, the budget. Chenai was always on the other end of a video call to discuss anything, no matter how small (and also made us feel that nothing wasn’t important to her). Finally, I’d note that Chenai was always clear about our plans, our budget, and the vision to ensure that we could all be organised and on top of everything going on. She was definitely part of team grooms, giving her unfiltered opinion on everything as well, and allowing us to have something magical and personalised. In our photos, there is one of us giving Chenai a huge hug. ❤❤

Hannah and Sophie are an amazing duo, hard-working, organised and diligent. An unstoppable force. We chose Living for Tomorrow for their beautiful taste and sustainability focus. They not only delivered - they went above and beyond. They made sure our day was perfect from beginning to end taking care of all the details big and small. Their industry contacts are second to none - Mark’s production team and Jimmy Garcia catering especially. Maybe we’re biased because it was our own but we really do think it was the best wedding ever. We wish we could it over and over again. I would not hesitate to use Living for Tomorrow again for future events. Perhaps we’ll have to throw another big party just so we can!

My dream boho chic wedding in Formentera came true thanks to Camilla’s work and presence. A professional and detail-oriented approach has been guaranteed during all stages of the organisation and that was a key aspect to me. The professionals she selected for me responded wonderfully to my expectations (and to the budget). If you’re about to tie the knot Camilla Boniek Events is definitely the best choice you can make.

Pink Palms’ superstar Ashleigh is THE reason we had the most amazing celebration and were able to fully immerse ourselves in our wedding. I kid you not, she was our Fairy Wedding Mother. We wanted our wedding to reflect our style, personalities and have a vibe which screamed “This is so them!” This is an ethos Ashleigh truly trail blazes and we knew she was the safe pair of hands we needed to bring our vision to life on the day. We booked Pink Palms for Styling and On the-Day Co-ordination and we are so pleased we did. Ashleigh worked with us to fully understand our style, prioritise our important must haves and importantly what would make our hearts sing on the day. We knew our venue could look incredible with the right styling and it was great bouncing ideas around with Ashleigh to create our plans. It really helped us establish an impactful design and timeline that would wow our guests and ensure everyone could enjoy themselves. We had catch ups and site visits to finalise the details and schedule, which were priceless and so reassuring. It was clear we were not going to have to think about the what-ifs as she expertly covered off every aspect of the day. We really could relax knowing there was someone who knew what had to happen and when. On the day Ashleigh and the Pink Palms team (shout out to the amazing team!) took over everything liaising with suppliers and making sure everything went to plan. Ashleigh was there to meet us at the church and shared in our excitement and calmed any nerves – her personality and positivity is infectious. She watched out for and caught anything that needed attention - I forgot to collect my bouquet after walking back up the aisle and wouldn’t have had it for our confetti exit but before I even realised she appeared with it in hand. The reception venue styling was something else and absolutely blew us away on the day. The styling was executed perfectly and it was our vision IN REAL LIFE. The casual vibe of the drinks reception, the styled tablescapes and ambience of the meal (easily 100+ candles lit plus the numerous tea lights) and then the late night club vibes of the evening. Everything was as we’d planned, neon’s hung, backdrops assembled, flower installations moved, cake display and tables beautifully styled. We had three room changes within our venue but Pink Palms did it all and so damn well. Ashleigh was so inspiring and supportive throughout the planning and we couldn’t imagine our day without Pink Palms – it was a pleasure to be one of their couples.

What a fabulous day.. as a concierge dealing with the lifestyles of many high profile clients.. it was so refreshing to be able to hand over a brief that was not only met but enhanced.. totaly trustworthy, friendly but most importantly a professional seamless service enhanced by years of experience.. a truly Amazing day.. I wish I could share photos as the event space was stunningly beautifu, the food was luscious and the entertainment was fantastic.. however unfortunately due to client confidentiality I am unable to do so.. But be assured that they are able to bring your vision to life and more.. will definetly be using them for my client events moving forward as will I with mine on my big day ...
