We had the wedding of our dreams, and Loretta and her team were amazing to work with. From the start, we felt comfortable working with her because we felt like she really listened to us and understood what we wanted and needed. She was meticulous with details and extremely organised, and was always willing to meet or speak about the plans, and offer advice when needed! We had a lot of requirements and moving parts in a venue with lots of restrictions/considerations but Loretta really was willing to go above and beyond for us and do whatever it took to ensure our day went just as we imagined. We also planned a quite large and elaborate wedding on a much shorter timescale than most UK weddings but this did not phase Caribou events! It involved having to liaise with multiple different vendors and manage various last minute changes and requests, but they handled everything in such a cool and efficient manner. Highly professional but also really down to earth and understanding, on the day Loretta and her team were on hand to make sure it all went smoothly. We felt relaxed and fully present on the day because we could trust that they had everything in hand. So many family members and friends commented on how well executed the day was, and I would fully recommend Caribou events to anyone hosting any kind of event as this was down to their hard work! Most of all - a lovely person and team, thank you all so much!!

We cannot recommend Get Wed enough, hiring them to plan and coordinate our wedding weekend was the best decision we made and we could not have done it without them! We had a rough idea what we wanted for our wedding but no clue how to make it a reality - luckily Eleanor, Rebecca and the team have a wealth of knowledge and experience, listened patiently to our random and sometimes conflicting ideas and transformed them into a wedding weekend more beautiful than we could have ever imagined! Everyone told us planning a wedding would be stressful, but the Get Wed team genuinely made it an enjoyable and worry-free experience! Having chosen a dry hire venue there were so many small things to consider and it could have been overwhelming, however at each step the team presented us with potential vendors alongside all the key information to make it easy to compare and make our decision, and most importantly understand the overall impact to our budget. Even when the weather didn't quite go to plan on the day, and a couple of our vendors got sick, I had 100% faith in Eleanor to deal with it and was able to truly relax and enjoy the wedding weekend! We cannot thank Eleanor, Rebecca and the rest of the team enough for creating our dream wedding!

Zeleka and team were brilliant. We can’t thank them enough for making our day appear so effortless. Genuinely helpful, in the months preceding, Zeleka often made us think of and consider things we’d never have thought of (but turned out were super important - and not just napkin-ribbon-colour important, but actually legalities-of-weddings-important). They are just so the embodiment of ‘on it’. Professional, good humoured, absolutely lovely. On the day the whole team couldn’t have been better and worked with all our other creative teams and suppliers so well. On a personal level, they made us feel both supported and special, with an extreme eye for detail married with a lightness of touch. Exactly what you want on your wedding day. Thank you!

Joe was brilliant from start to finish, we couldn't have asked for a better, more committed DJ. From consultation to the end service, he was incredible. Played the most amazing songs for our audience and always had people on the dance floor. We highly recommend him, so friendly, accommodating and was brilliant in stepping up and providing exactly what we wanted. With only a few songs on our must have list and a conversation on the type of music we liked, he kept guests entertained for hours. Thanks so much Joe, we are so so grateful. If you're worried about which DJ to pick, look no further, Joe was amazing and comes highly recommended from a couple who was seriously worried about the music (after seeing quite a few DJ's!). Words cannot describe. Chenai and her team are just perfection in every way. Dealing with difficult clients (like us!) and then making you experience what can only be described as a perfect dream – this was our wedding. As I look back at photos and relive every moment, I see Chenai throughout: from the music, to the venue, via flowers, invites, food. Above all: the emotion of the wedding. I didn’t know it was possible to feel this much and I can say, hand-on-heart, that this is thanks to Chenai. We were living abroad at start of our planning and Chenai helped with every detail: the extensive venue search to find the one venue that ticked every box, the guest list, the design, the website, the budget. Chenai was always on the other end of a video call to discuss anything, no matter how small (and also made us feel that nothing wasn’t important to her). Finally, I’d note that Chenai was always clear about our plans, our budget, and the vision to ensure that we could all be organised and on top of everything going on. She was definitely part of team grooms, giving her unfiltered opinion on everything as well, and allowing us to have something magical and personalised. In our photos, there is one of us giving Chenai a huge hug. ❤❤

We hired Jennifer for our onsite coordination of our wedding in London. From the very initial conversations she was fantastic and really helped take a huge load of stress of us so we could not our day! Jennifer was truly amazing, I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you so much, Ashley & Karoon x

We booked Karen as our wedding day coordinator for our wedding in July 2025. From day 1 Karen was attentive, professional and absolutely fantastic! She was always a text or phone call away and nothing was ever too much! She was able to support coordination with many of our suppliers and ensured the venue was up to date with all ongoings! On the actual day Karen was superb and ran around ensuring everything we had planned was put into place. There were even a couple of hiccups that occurred where Karen just dealt with it and Nev and I had no idea it was going on! She was discreet and a pleasure to work with! We would 100% recommend Karen’s services to anyone that is thinking to hire a wedding day coordinator - I don’t know what we would have done without her! Thank you Karen! Xx

 We had the great pleasure of having Susannah as our wedding planner and it was the best decision we could have possibly made for one of the most important days of our lives! From day one, her calm, friendly and communicative approach reassured us we were in the best of hands. She was responsive, hands-on and anticipated are every need. She thought of things we had not thought of before we had even considered them. Our wedding day ran seamlessly and we could enjoy it to the fullest, focusing on what really mattered due to her meticulous planning and organization. We cannot recommend and thank her enough for putting together the wedding of our dreams!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Lindsay worked with us to create experiences for our guests that would blow their mind. It was the most stunning day and we couldn't believe how he managed to transform the Wilderness reserve into the most magical space.

Annie did a wonderful job bringing our vision to life, for a food and music forward wedding in a non-traditional venue. It was dry hire but she took that in her stride, thinking through the different elements with us in advance. Choose Annie if you want someone creative with a fabulous little-black-book for suppliers who are less cookie cutter than the industry norm.
