Keshira is an amazing wedding planner and coordinator. My husband and I worked with Keshira from the beginning of our planning through to coordination on the day, and it was the best decision we made for our wedding. We wanted to feel part of the party, not rushing around organising, setting up, coordinating. Keshira took all of that stress and activity away, and was an absolute pleasure to work with aswell. Always smiling, full of great knowledge and experience, which really helped us in the planning process. On the day she was a calming presence, fully on top of everything going on. All my husband and I had to do was enjoy ourselves. She is brilliant! -

Keshira and her whole team were absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish.
We booked the on the day coordination package but the help with timings and scheduling as well as advice in the weeks running up to the big day was invaluable.
As Keshira herself was already booked for our day we had Rosie supporting who was 10/10.
A big worry for us and our family of holding an at home wedding was the feeling of hosting rather than enjoying the day but that worry was completely taken away. We also took advantage of Keshira’s wider network including Charlotte and her bar team who were brilliant. They went above and beyond with ensuring all guests were happy, and the tidy up operation at the end of the night was a huge help.
It was a pleasure working with Keshira and team and we’d highly recommend anyone considering it! No notes!

Keshira helped the day run so smoothly and the timings were never delayed. She was there when we felt everything was a little overwhelming or for any advice. She was there at any time of the day- as she said she would be!🤣 Even if I didn’t have an idea in my plans for the florals, she went above and beyond and come up with another idea. I highly recommend Keshira and will miss her! 🤍 -

Keshira was fantastic with helping myself and my wife in the run up to our wedding with great advice, a useful excel spreadsheet to keep every detail in one place and even emotional support when things became a little overwhelming. On the day of our wedding she was on hand to help finish setting up our venue, co-ordinating the bridal party while getting ready, assisting the grooms party with their suits and button holes, ensured everyone was where they were supposed to be at the right time. I’m sure there are so many other little details that Keshira helped with behind the scenes that you just don’t see or realize on your big day. It was definitely a peace of mind knowing that there is an additional co-ordinator at your venue who is working for you and your best interests. We would 100% recommend Keshira to anyone who is getting married, she will reduce your stress. -

We hired Keshira as our on-the-day coordinator for our DIY barn wedding, and it was without doubt the best decision we made. From the very beginning Keshira offered invaluable insight and expertise, helping us shape our plans and giving us the confidence that everything would run smoothly.
On the day itself Keshira went above and beyond, styling and dressing the venue beautifully so our vision came to life while keeping everything fun, relaxed, and on track. We had a lot of suppliers, moving parts, and logistics, including a few room turnovers, and she made every single transition totally seamless. We didn’t have to worry once and were able to just enjoy every moment.
Keshira’s energy and positivity shone through, with so many of our wedding party commenting on how fantastic she was. She is not only incredibly professional but also such a lovely person to work with. From our first introduction call we knew Keshira was the perfect fit. We would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator who will bring joy, seamless organisation, and genuine care to their big day.

After being engaged for 5 years, a friend told us about how they hired a wedding planner for their wedding. We were hesitant at first, as we thought we didn't really have the budget. Turns out, it was 100% worth it. Keshira was a joy to work with, very responsive and flexible. We are from different countries and have kids so having someone you can trust to take over all the admin, find all your dream suppliers and help you tie all things together was all we needed and I would do it all over again. Everything felt smooth from start to finish.
